We stayed here for two days during the republic day weekend. Overall a pleasurable experience here. The staff was sweet and caring. The food was fabulous, wide variety in dinner buffet. Breakfast was good too though there could be more improvement there considering its a 5 star hotel. It surely lacked a few things and there is scope for improvement. Rooms were good as expected.

The regency suite was spacious and comfortable. The walk in closet and Jacuzzi, shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin counter etc. are well designed. Separate sleeping area and living area with a study table is quite comfortable and convenient. A small toilet from living area is convenient. The main Lobby area is spacious though low hight for a such a property. Staffs are helpful and co operative. Food has good spread with variety. May be due to slightly remote location the property seems to be less occupied.

Hyatt regency is amazing and beautiful with a very best interior also a very good terrace with and appreciable hospitality. It is such A beautiful place to relax . i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very spacious with all the facilities to fulfil a relaxed and pleasant stay. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the staff and hotel management, who are very caring and well mannered. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

One of the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed in. Smelly room and wardrobes. They are recycling 5 to 6 old towels with all stains and spots. Some towels have even turned grey. House keeping staff are very rude. I don’t think they have cleaned the rooms after pandemic. Lot of spider webs on the ceiling and the AC’s for sure need service. I guess no one is supervising the house keeping work. PLEASE AVOID this property

Giving it 5 stars inspite of the poor service we received probably because they were fully packed the first time in 2 years and were low on staff. We associate good service with brands like Hyatt, but i guess when we are moving out of the pandemic, there will be small hiccups where customers like us need to be empathetic towards the businesses who have been running inspite of heavy losses. The property is right on the manesar toll. The interiors are modern and top notch. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are very spacious. The food is mouth melting. We had dinner and breakfast buffet and loved every part about it. The swimming pool was packed in the evening during our stay and could have been much cleaner, but again because of lower number of staff probably it was difficult to attend to every detail. Calling the check in situation madness and chaotic would be an understatement as many people waited till late in the evening to receive the room keys. Probably something for the upper management to look at. But i would like to appreciate the housekeeping and restaurant staff, who inspite of being outnumbered overwhelmingly by the guests put up a smile at every request and did fulfill everything.

The team is absolutely Guest centric from reception to kitchen to housekeeping. I reached at 3 am local time with kicking jetlag from US. The team smoothly transitioned me to my room and asked to order any food I need from the kitchen, even at that late hr. This room is regency suite, i booked using my Hyatt loyalty points. Knowing that I am a Marriott Ambassador Elite, but nothing at Hyatt, the hospitality was beyond exception. The team gave multiple other offer like 1+1 drinks, 6-8 pm unlimited drinks at bar, extra water bottles in room , plenty of tea-coffee of my choice, good discount to the lovely dinner buffet. Not to forget, the massive breakfast spread was complimentary too. Such a breakfast is a dream in US :-) You will cherish once you stay here and you must. It takes roughly 30-45 minutes from New Delhi IGI airport.

Perfect place for a short getaway. Rooms have a nice view of Aravali and morning sunshine is great to experience if your room side is NH facing. There are plenty of dining options with in-room service, play area for kids, swimming pool, etc. Staff is customer friendly and in-room service is fast as compared to many other similar hotels

We had a one day staycation with the whole family booking six rooms. Overall experience on the property was not great and not reflective of a Hyatt property and five star hotel. We were given our rooms late and our late checkout agreed request was not honored. The front desk was not the most friendly. The rooms were good - no issue there.

I've visited this place yesterday. It was a morning event and I was there as an artist. It's my humble request to hotel management team, please provide fans on the open area stage for the artists during performing on the stage. It was really heating when I was performing on the stage with my band. Else, everything was fine and well managed. The staff was good and polite.

This is a hotel with the best friendly staff who provide the best service. They approach the customer with love and smile for every thing.. The fact is that you get more enjoyment and comfort here than you get from other hotels.. Every room is clean and efficient. If you choose five star hotel then this hotel is best for you..

One of the best property for a staycation in Delhi NCR if you wish to rejuvenate and recharge over a weekend if you don’t wish to travel far distance. Rooms are luxurious with long windows having panoramic views, you wake up to a great sunrise view right from your big window panes. What else can you ask for. The most disappointing experience. Lack of hygiene, tasteless interiors and complete lack of service efficiency.Calls are unanswered,deliveries are delayed and cleanliness is absolutely absent. The worst hotel ever encountered.

As someone who has visited a few Hyatt properties in my time, I was bitterly disappointed with this one. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights as part of a business trip with a colleague. For starters the service was terrible. There were many basic items missing from the room we were assigned. Simple toiletries, hand/face towels, hand wash, a toothbrush - to name a few. My colleague and I rung up room service and they promised to send the missing items but nothing came! We called them thrice and there was no reply after that. We finally went down to the main reception at around 12AM and informed them as well, to no avail! The food over 4 days and 3 nights was not worthy of a "five star", rating. It was all either over cooked, under cooked, too salty, too bland or jst plain inedible!! (the rotis were more like glorified rubber pieces!!) Tea was watery for the most part and the coffee was passable. The dessert was palatable but lacked any quality. Coming to the only good part in my rant, the hotel provided us with a nice room heater which kept us toasty during a very cold Delhi winter! This property can only be described as a very good 3 star hotel. Nothing more. Their property at Chennai was way better in comparison. A hard pass if you're looking for a premium 5 star experience.

My recent business trip led me to stay at the Hyatt Regency Gurugram, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and comfort this hotel provided. The dining options at the Hyatt Regency Gurugram were exceptional. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food. Overall, my stay at the Hyatt Regency Gurugram was a fantastic experience. We had our brother's wedding here. Food was great. Service was pathetic. They were grossly short staffed and overwhelmed with all the functions they had signed up for. Their staff was rude as well. Their service providers on the panel are pretty horrible as well. Hitesh their wedding planner was the worst. Their beautician too was pretty bad. They dont even have a salon in the hotel. Hyatt is only for namesake. They have music till late night too

I stayed as a part of a wedding group in this hotel and I must say it was really very mismanaged. The rooms were changed thrice for me , we could not get towels for hours or the bell boy service. The taxi’s were not arranged till the venue. And I ordered tea from room service and it was the worst tea i have ever had. Overall very disappointing experience

Room Boys are not courteous but they are managing becos they are under stress. Shaadi servicing and standard hotel servicing are different sections and boys should be accordingly trained and harnessed. Rest was okay. I stayed in 1102 . Has a gud window view. However , the boys doing cleaning n MTC néed to be taken up. Would still come back.

Just off the highway - NCR It's a great place. Nice spacious rooms. Good staffs. The restaurant kitchen district is a great place. The housekeeping staff is good only one night they started some repair work in the same floor. But after the complaint they stopped. Housekeeping Staff like Naiyer are examples of hospitality. I had a good stay.

My stay of 3 days and 2 nights was really awesome. It was my business trip but I take my family with me . While the stay me and my wife was busy in our meetings but our kids were also enjoy their stay. They enjoy the pool area they enjoy the kids play area.

Went there for a staycation on our anniversary.The stay was great, we were welcomed by balloons and a cake which was a treat. Also Cleanliness was top notch. Beds were comfortable. We got a higher floor so the view was also quite great. Washrooms were nice and clean. Everything was great except for the dinner buffet. There was so less variety and taste of food not at all good. They took ages to bring drink and that too was not good at all. Although the breakfast was quite good and was full of variety l. I hope they improve the dinner menu. Although the pizza and pasta counter at the dinner buffet was good.

Never go black......while black adds a lot of aura and class into a property but it is one of the hardest colour to maintain which is very evident in this hotel. The lobby was dusty and surfaces reflecting dust and finger marks everywhere. The fine lines and wrinkles are showing up fast in all the areas. The suite was well appointed and spacious but bathroom fittings are looking very dated and close to breaking. While most of the staff are very helpful and willing there is a need for some to be trained better to manage guests. The pool side is very bleak and very uninviting....i wouldn't want to swim in this pool which looks more like a afterthought than a planned site. The breakfast menu is decent and most of the items are ok, although the sausages are really subpar and very synthetic tasting and surprisingly with small tendon bits even though it's chicken...... All and all this is a very average property the Hyatt tag would lead you to have a high expectation but you would be disappointed on most counts.

Pros 1. Rooms are good and you will pretty much have all the basic necessities such as tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, shower gel, etc 2. Bed was really comfortable Cons 1. Food was not at all tasty! I dined here for two days, unfortunately I couldn't find any food which was tastier 2. Digital lock works only after 10 tries. There is a phone in the lobby but how will one get to know the number to call? I don't ded up going all the way down for help but I continued to face issues later on 3. No place to sit and dine in buffet. There is only one sofa to accommodate 150 people 4. We're asked to wait for hours to allocate room

I stayed at Hyatt about about 10 days back and found it overall below average considering you spend at least 10k per night. Overall average, few good things and few below average, as detailed out below: 1. Check-in: Slow checkin process, had to stand at reception for over 10 minutes. This needs to improve, considering i saw few folks around but only two counters working. Check in person allowed for kind bed room instead of twin beds, so some points for that. 2. Rooms: rooms are exceptional, very good. I had high floor, non smoking room. Bathrooms are beautifully done with all amenities. 3. Dinner experience: Very good experience with staff and service. Nice spread of buffet. Good experience while dining 4. Breakfast experience: This was below par. As soon as we reached, we were told "sir! we dont have any tables". It was quite direct and we felt not welcomes. No further direction. We stood by entry and then few minutes later was told that we have a table now. We arrived 30 min before closing and few minutes waiting. After 20 min, the same lady came and said that sir we are closing. That day, there was huge queue, breakfast was not available and huge waiting so obviously we had not even started by then. In addition, the whole floor has water and it took more than 10 min to clean the stuff. How can you expect the guest towrap up when food in not available, everything we ordered did not reach our table and i had to go another time to order and then collect. Needs huge improvement, bad experience overall 4. Swimming pool: Previous evening we enjoyed the pool. However, in the morning, there was no staff or lifeguard. No towels. How would guest go back with water dripping. Bad experience. Overall, below average consider the price point.
