I have stayed in this hotel in oct 2021 , I was under quarantine as per my company rules. The hotel was easy to locate and on the main road . One can easily reach with google maps if new to DELHI-NCR. I stayed in budget room and The hotel has 2 kinds of room one is smoking type for smokers and other is non smoking type. The smoking types rooms are located on the separate floor than rest of the rooms. The room was good with twin queen size bed. But for me the lighting was not great that was the only issue faced by me but rest everything was very good. Room service was very good and available on call. Even for small things the room service was happy to help so full marks. About the food at the restaurant the food was very good and authentic taste of continental and Italian dishes. I was here for 3 days and whatever I could try I tried and all things were good as per my taste.

My experience at Radisson Hotel Gurugram Udyog Vihar was disappointing. The presence of cockroaches in the cafe was highly unsanitary, raising serious concerns about cleanliness standards. Despite promises of callbacks, there was a lack of follow-through, leaving me frustrated with unfulfilled expectations. Additionally, the improper handling of cutlery in the cafe further highlighted a lack of attention to detail and overall hygiene. Overall, a subpar stay that fell short of basic expectations. Notably, the security team exhibited commendable hospitality, assisting with luggage and any required support. The housekeeping staff also delivered excellent services during my stay.

Karamveer has been my host till my stay. She has been nice in hospitality and guiding me throughout the facilities as well. The overall experience has been so exciting and executive assistance and behaviour has been equally warm. This has been second stay and I am looking forward to stay here again.

It's located inside a gully. Easy to find with Google maps, but challenging to locate without Google maps. Once you reach the hotel, it is very grand inside. There are a number of rooms and convention halls all well maintained and neat. The staff is pleasant and cooperative. Parking is available. Restaurant is good

I stayed in the Presidential Suite here but I didn’t get the feel of being in it. First of all the service was not prompt. The hotel was hosting a wedding because of which all other guests suffered whether it was at the breakfast, bar or in room dining. If the place had inadequate staff then they should have offered some discount to the guests who were paying hard cash to get comforts of a 5 star. The bar was inaccessible to the guests because of the wedding attendees. This was really sad. Mornings were a big rush at the breakfast and we had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. I didn’t feel that it was very professional on their part. Next time I’ll think ten times before booking.

We were there for a wedding. They served dinner at 11:45pm. The food wasn't worth the wait. The only thing that stood out was red chillies. The hall was decorated nicely. Well, it doesn't feel nice to go for a wedding and come home hungry. 😂

Nice room and perfect place to stay. Many facilities, gym, swimming pool etc. Feel really comfortable and private. Recommended !!! Thanks to Ms.Karmveer, at reception, very kind and helpful. One recommend to improve, it’s should be more air purifiers inside the hotel, not only resident floor but also reception and restaurants due to severe air pollution.

My stay at the hotel was really very pleasant. The staff was incredibly nice and took care of everything. If you had problems, you were helped immediately. I also thought it was great that the use of the pool and gym was possible. This gave me the opportunity to continue my sport here. Im happy to come back again.

We had a fantastic experience except for the food services. I think there can be improvement with turn around. We sat at tables and waited for extended time after asking for water and cutlery. The other staff were awesome. From being greeted at the door all the way through. Ramanpret and Karmveer were always polite and ready to assist us with a smile. We would certainly love to see them on our next visit hopefully with better food services.

I was there for a seminar and had my dinner there. 👉 Taste was awesome. 👉 I tried fish 🐠 curry and pakoda both were beyond my imagination. Problem is they don't guide you properly for parking. The entrance of this hotel is little untraceable. Overall a good experience.

They have the pool maintenance in peak season of November. During check-in the staff were charging extra. Had to show them our booking policy. They kept our speakers even though we told them we will not use them/play on low volume cause their pool was shut. Location is pathetic and not appealing at all. There's nothing nearby, only the highway and the toll and if you want to go to Ambience Mall you'll have to drive through a nightmare traffic and take a long u-turn. Room service was also terrible, it took them over 30 minutes to get a TV engineer so we could listen to some music. Guess what there is no English channel for music. We ordered extra coffee sachets, that took another 2 hours and 5 follow-ups. The Gym is the only good thing here.

Security services is very good and Co operating , specially ankit sharma. Virenda singh abral, Ram pal and akash Roy all very kind and help ful for the visitors .. I really appreciate of their hard work.

The ambiance of the hotel is very classic. The room was clean and beautiful. The lunch I orders came on time and the quality of food is up to the mark. Morning Breakfast has a huge variety to choose from at a good cost.

Very comfortable and cozy stay. Room was very big and specious. Breakfast was good Very neat and clean room Karamveer from front desk was very supportive. She was very attentive towards us. Highly recommended.

Had a very nice experience here.. especially staff like Pooja, Naveen, Akansha and Navneet were very helpful & prompt. I was looking for a stay initially for just 15 days... but the amazing service provided by them made me extend the stay by 7 days... best wishes .House keeping staff (jyoti and Sunil ) were very warm and welcoming too.

Good security in hotel , excellent work by chetram singh, ankit sharma , anubhav tyagi. These are one of the best person, i meat in this hotel. These person’s done there job very par factually.

Spacious rooms with all facilities like ironing, kettle and very good supply of multiple type of tea and gree teas. Their Buffet breakfast spread is also very huge and very sumptuous with a mixture of North Indian, South Indian and Continental. Staff is very supportive and courteous, they packed breakfast ( Sandwich,Puff, Cup cake and an apple) when they got to know of early morning checkout.

This was a great place to stay. The location is very convenient to reach. The staff's behaviour was always polite and helpful. The food was yummy. The facilities like the gym and swimming pool were absolutely functional. The only minor issue I faced was with the room access keys which would randomly decide to stop functioning. This was rectified by the staff within a day so that it didn't worry so much. If you are looking for a great stay, do give this place a try.The security service is absolutely high quality especially Ashutosh, Vivek, and Praveen. They make sure everything flows smoothly.

Everything was so good and the services specifically was amazing. The spa was clean and comfortable. I got massage attendants were good ,professional the experience was great and relaxing one of the best spa I have visited.

Horrible and stale food served for our conference for 100 people. Idli was reheated, hard and stale, sambar kept was cold probably machine not working which is suppose to keep it hot. Poha served was spoiled it probably served from day before. Channa served for bhature had a dark layer on top the one that forms when something is kept for a long time and than served. I really don’t understand how can a 5 star hotel like raddison fall so low in the food and catering. Worst was I told 2-3 people who were managing the food and no one took any action only the last person finally listened and called the chef which was also not of much use for instead of checking the things they started to give explanation.

Good security and the ambience around the hotel was good and decent. Asutosh and Praveen Kumar and aakash and Alam and Ram pal were very helpful and had a politely manner loved this place.

Staff, house keeping, NH 8 cafe and the Brew were providing Admirable services. Will come again. Arvind from The Brew and Krishna from the Gym was very humble and providing each knowledge. Though we had all 3 breakfast, lunch and dinner but Breakfast was the best... All the precautionary measures were taken seriously.. And I should mention the management staff it's really necessary how you carry what you are trained for... And they do it really good... Very nice way

Its a 5 star hotel so all general 5 star services and amenities are here. But what distinguishes Raddison from other hotels is the behaviour and hospitality offered by the staff. I simply cannot remove even a single star from all five for any reason. It has been great experience each and every time I visited here.

Airy room. Comfortable bed. Some might find it too soft. Due to covid, all toiletries will have to be requested for. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and was delicious. Service was very prompt.

We were here for our nephew's birthday lunch. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is very professional and courteous. The food was amazing. Overall it deserves a 5 star rating. Keep it up. ☺

Hotel is near to airport 1/2 h drive. The room is good with all facilities. From tea pot to study table sofa , storage, safe, minibar iron, . Hot cold water was consistently provided. I thought that the light should little more Ac was with controller

We had a lovely stay here. The breakfast was amazing with a nice spread in cafe NH 8. Our server Rakesh Jain was extremely polite and cooperative. Will definitely recommend.

It was a very good service given by the whole staff whether it is cab driver, guards, room service staff, cafeteria staff specially Akanksha, she was very fast in her service. My colleagues and I had a great time at the hotel. Everyone was so welcoming and professional.

I visited here for the wedding of my cousin sister and stayed for 4 days. Dislikes: 1. Catering staff is uneducated, they don't know which food is called Veg / Non-Veg. 2. No covered parking was served. 3. Room ACs are not working properly. 4. No ventilation system in the bathroom. 5. Pedal bins kept are no working. 6. No self room cleaning until repeatedly asked. 7. No or long wait house keeping service, asked for previous day used towel replacement, no one came after several calls. Likes 1. Room is spacious and clean. 2. Nice GYM. 3. Small but nice swimming pool. 4. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner all are good.

Comfortable stay. Clean rooms and hospitable staff. However, we had emailed for early check-in and called the hotel staff too to inform us as and when the room is available. There was no revert which led to major inconvenience. Other than that, good stay and nice breakfast.

The hotel is good but the taste of food is just average. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable but sometimes their card based electronic room keys do not work properly and have to reset them from reception. The swimming pool is small. The hotel location is not nearby with any public transport mode.

The stay was good and the food was excellent but now I'm telling you a experience that I had yesterday. The staff told us to give a feed back on Google . They told me that they can just open the page for me and ended up writing a excellent review by themselves. That is why gave only 3 stars. The rom was decent but lamp was not working .

I found this hotel needs to renovate its room or at least replace the mattresses, they were so inconvenient that I didn't have a relaxing sleep. At the price the room was offered, I would prefer another Radisson or IHG Somethings were really good 1. Room service and housekeeping staff were putting effort to maintain hygiene and quality service. 2. They have ample parking space. 3. The location of this hotel is simply great.

Good place to stay, spacious and clean rooms. Restaurant is good too, but slightly heavy on portion and the pockets. Aakansha and Aniket offered good assistance during breakfast. What I don’t like there is no good bottled water available in the hotel. Complimentary water bottles are some local one and I don’t like it

Very good hotel. Naveen & himanshu at cafeNH8 are very friendly, attentive to guests requests. They help to choose dishes, seat and attends to all requests from guest with priority. Satbir and his house keeping team are great, cleaning daily and attends to requests easily. Room are cleaned properly, spacious, newspaper is given daily, welcome basket on checkin day. The bed are king+ size and mattresses and linens are all fresh, cleaned, pressed. Overall would recommend this hotel for business and family visit.

It was a lovely stay at Radisson. The staff is good, comfortable stay. Rooms are well maintained. The food is very good and very tasty. Just deducting a star because its almost on the highway and no shops are there nearby.

I and my other colleague stayed recently. I got room in 'Business floor' and my colleague got other category 'Guest Room' in other floor but rates were same. That room is just 10x10 room, a small TV and a standard size bed! Never seen a such smaller rooms in any other five star chain across India!

Rooms are clean and stay was comfortable. Have stayed here before as well.. In room dining could be more prompt. Bharati and Ranjan did an excellent job with the laundry.Kept to promised delivery time (same day service). Clothes are clean. Thanks!

Buffet breakfast was great but the South Indian food options weren’t up to the mark and dinner options were okay. The rooms are basic so not like J W Marriott but still cost almost the same. The staff just kept asking for giving a good review but didn’t really offer any service what so ever. If they were offering service and then asking for a review then that would have been great

Giving 5 star mostly because of the hospitality provided by the security team. They were super helpful with the luggage and any help needed. Special thanks to Brijesh and the security personnel on gate no. 1 (forgot his name). They helped with the direction and ensured the safety of the guest by keeping unknown folks like delivery guys outside.
