It pains me to give a bad review for any business but this had to be done. This has probably been a massive rip off experience. Of course they charge you bomb for the room and you’d expect 5 star services for the price but you’d be lucky if the staff actually decide to give you any attention at all. Got a room finally after back and forth emails with my company (which was understandable) - the room was very basic - the air conditioner did not work despite me calling the reception asking me to get it fixed. The hot shower in the bathroom does not work. The food is OK at least the restaurant staff are pretty nice. But overall for the price it has been a horrendous experience - just a massive rip off! Will I ever come back to this hotel? No. Should you? Up to you but there are better ones at the same price. Thanks for reading.

Hotel was good. Giving one less point because it took 7 minutes to a person to get my vehicle at the entrance. Food and ambiance of this hotel is good. I have dine-in for around 5-7 times here since 2015, so in respect to the food it's good. They have banquet halls as well for small gathering. Rooms are same as other similar hotels, nothing extra to say in respect of the room size, all are decently good.

The worst ever experience i ever had in staying is a hotel like double tree. The rooms were not ready even at 6:45 pm whereas the booking mentioned that there will be confirmed room at 3:00 pm. Neither there was food menu nor digital QR Code based menu in the room. The room services calls were hardly attended and post multiple calls I got the QR Code based menu but out of experience I decided not to order the food. The worst part of the stay was that my surname was swapped with my colleagues surname due to which I couldn't figure out using the WiFi of the hotel. I also saw few pests in the bathroom. I will never ever recommend this hotel. These guys are just interested in making booking and false commitments.

I stayed here for 15 days as part of a business plan. The hotel benchmarks all its standards same as industry leaders. What was the key defining factor was the exceptional service by the staff. They were very considerate throughout the stay. For eg. During a workout I seriously injured my arm, thr hotel staff particularly the concierge Pia responded with empathy and immediately arranged hot water and salt to relieve the strain. The staff in the restaurant was respectful and prompt with their service. I would love to visit here again. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

An average experience at named 5* hotel. Valet parking is available but the number of services people are short. Servicemen are kind and polite. For a buffet, again the staff is short and strange thing cutlery is also less. Food was not tasty with very little variety. I would say the staff is polite. The rooms from inside are ok but the bathrooms aren't clean and are having yellow stains. The executive lounge is a little premium side where you can see the view of the main road. It has 2 washrooms including a bathtub. Overall it was an average experience which I won't recommend it if cost is not a barrier.

The hotel was located at golf course Gurugram. Once you check in in the hotel they serve you chocolate cookie as a welcome sweets.. Seriously it was very hot and fresh & the taste was mouth watering..Then we were expecting overall good service... The hotel room was good. We opted for dinner and breakfast buffet... There were vast varieties of veg & non veg.. We enjoy the meal... We celebrated our son's birthday there so they presented a cake which was a sweet gesture... All in all the stay was good.. The staff was supportive. One can plan a stay there... 👍

I don't understand some of the negative reviews for this place. I stayed a couple of days (was visiting from abroad) and it was a good experience. The room was clean, service was good and the staff was respectful. Everything worked perfectly from the AC / TV / Hot water etc. and I had no issues ordering the food either through their app or the phone in the room. On a side note I would give 10* for the lobby restaurant if I could, excellent food and selection! Only slight issues I had was a noisy neighbor during the morning of my checkout (but can't complain too much as jerks are ubiquitous); the secondary issue was the lack of equipment in the gym... but once again, hotel gyms don't exactly cater to hardcore lifters. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. also, a shout out to Deepak at the front desk for his excellent service!

Extremely disappointing. Room service is really bad. Have to call multiple times before they could assist me.. Poor service! The phone in the room does not work properly as well. I'm sure that even a 3 star hotel would have better services than this! (I actually came across few people who even shifted to a 3 star hotel after 2 days of staying here)!!! People kept shouting at 1am and despite several complaints, the hotel management did nothing about that!

Good place, however you can anyday expect better rooms and food in buffet in other 5 star rated hotels. Staffs are polite, room service is decent. One suggestion would be that the hotel should have basic first aid kits and usual medicines like paracetamol.

Went with family for North Indian vegetarian dinner. Ordered food took time to be served but was the way we like. It was cooked fresh and was tasty and not spicy. Tomato soup was also very good. Liked the ambience, food and the price. Will cost something around 1500/- per person. Want to visit the place more often.

Visiting India for a wedding and this was the chosen hotel due to close vicinity. I was greeted by beautiful decor for Christmas, I’m impressed by the effort and thoughts that go into welcoming guests for the Christmas festivity. They even built a giant ginger bread man in the lobby. Food selection at breakfast was good, staff was attentive to serve food to table if I needed to wait at the station. A reception staff Shivani was pleasant and helpful with my requests. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel the next time I visit again!

I stayed here in September 2020,when the covid cases in India were high. The hotel followed all precautions and the food was extremely tasty.

I always enjoyed staying in Hilton, Staff is very good, Restaurant is excellent this was the first time after 2 years during Pandemic , I travelled to India and I was happy the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms and sanitization have been taken seriously. I would highly recommend

The palace has decent ambiance and staff is very cooperative. I went there for food photography. I had few Chinese dishes at lunch. The food tasted amazing. Spices were very balanced and cold coffee is amazing! 5 start for food, hospitality and ambiance. Great experience working with them. Plus great experience with delicious food.

Awesome stay ….they upgraded me into a suite….wonderful gesture!!! My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. The comfort offered in every aspect of the experience truly made it a memorable stay. From the plush bedding to the well-appointed rooms, the attention to detail in ensuring a cozy atmosphere was evident.

The stay and rooms are pathetic and so is their room service. They put us on a smoking floor and inspite of us asking for a change refused. I got very sick. They did not arrange for air purifiers when asked not did the quality of rooms appeal to me. The breakfast spread is amazing and so is the food. I would recommend no one to stay here.

Extremely upset with my experience at the hotel. Wrongly billed for a lunch I never ordered; wasn't even on the premises. Staff were not just unhelpful but outright rude, aggressively insisting I pay for this nonexistent service at checkout. This level of incompetence and discourtesy in handling guests' concerns is appalling and unacceptable. It reflects a serious flaw in both their billing integrity and customer service ethos.

I went there to attend one function. Food quality was not upto the work. Restaurant food is not good at all and service is very slow with no one to bother about you. Not a good trained staff. Location is good as it's bank on golf course road and near extension too. If they can improve the rooms quality and service by staff then probably this hotel could be best fit.

Even though I had stayed there for 3 days the service was good and so was the food but ordering it took a little time. Swimming pool was good with music but the water was murky. If you book a room on a high floor then the view is amazing but on the lower floors its not that good. Overall the hotel is good and i would suggest this hotel.

The rooms were very neat and clean and service was quite good. Buffet was delicious. The location is just in outskirts of the city, so one need to be prepared for the method of travelling.

The housekeeping staff at the DoubleTree was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, efficient, and always went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and comfortable. We arrived late at night, and our room was spotless. We also had a special request for extra pillows, and they were delivered to our room within minutes. Throughout our stay, the housekeeping staff was always there to help us with anything we needed. They even left us a little surprise one day - a basket of fresh fruit and a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel. It was the little things like this that made our stay so special. We would highly recommend the DoubleTree to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with excellent service. We were especially impressed with Narayan, who was our housekeeper for most of our stay. He was always so friendly and cheerful, and he always went out of his way to make sure our room was perfect. He even took the time to learn our names and remember our preferences. He was an absolute delight to interact with and made our stay even more enjoyable. Narayan's dedication to his work and his genuine care for guests are exemplary, and he truly embodies the DoubleTree's commitment to exceptional hospitality. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very good hotel located conveniently near Rapid Metro station. Very friendly, deficated and helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay very much.

A hotel with great hospitality and maintenance. The service was on point. The breakfast buffet in the morning is one of the best I have had in 5 star hotels ever. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again.

Such a beautiful Hotel .I’m Really happy with the services provided by the hotel..I’m short of words for the hospitality provided by hotel.All staff were so friendly n helpful. Would specially like to mention Ms. Prachi for her warm welcome given to us. We were too touched about how she made us feel special..She also surprised us with a complementary cake ..Since it was our engagement anniversary..We were thrilled . Would surely be back for such a beautiful experience..

The buffet is quite nice with 2 beers or mocktails per person during the dinner at the Asia live restaurant. The salads were great. The only improvement required is in the service. Sometimes you have to keep waiting and the staff looks in opposite directions, chitchatting in a group.

This is one of the best business hotels in Gurgaon at the most convenient location in terms of travel. The services in terms of fitness, food, in-room facilities are amazing. Lastly the welcome cookie is something to relish on and that give us a complete WOW customer experience. Highly recommended.

Very poor service. Staff is not ready to listen to your needs. They are busy in their own world. Elevator was also not working. Elevator are too slow for a hotel with 10 floors. In the breakfast also you will have to ask them multiple times to get the cutlery placed on the table. Very bad experience.

Very very slow service means getting simple stuff done, like getting a few bottles of water or ordering food to your room are just exercises in futility. The chef does not even know how to make a burger, they tried to pass off an omelette sandwich as a burger. Stay facilities are decent (not great) but the budget cuts are showing. Don’t recommend this hotel at all unless you get a super price deal. Use this hotel only if your requirement does NOT include any service. If you want food or water, it’s better to just get it from outside rather than relying on the service staff.

It's a five star hotel with all the amenities. Those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Gurgaon would love this. Lovely ambience and beautifully decorated banquet. Service is slow and food is not very much up to the mark.

Although a Hilton but Not very good. The check in is slow. The staff is always busy and asks you to wait. The rooms are average and no special or extras that you get here. Food is Ok but not gr8. A little too costly for the amenities offered.

I went for drinks and meal with friends. Great ambiance, friendly hospitality, prompt service. Special mention about Piyush at the bar. Smiling guy served some great cocktails.

We had a big event here. We Had taken over 50 rooms and suites. The service is pathetic. Very poor co-ordination internally. Food is very good but the property needs to be renovated. Lifts, damaged, bathrooms gets flooded, they don't take calls for any service. I would never check in again.. for stay.

We were there for the weekend stay with our extended family. Almost had an entire floor for all of us. The ambience is excellent, dinner and breakfast was amazing, the staff very courteous and polite. We had a gala time and had fun. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in luxury. Fully recommended.

Spacious rooms, complete with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Electronic safe, iron board and iron, mini fridge, toiletries, closet, work station, all r provides in the room. Location is central, directly facing a metro station and yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Swimming pool is now operational, which is an added advantage. However, the breakfast lags behind, when compared with other facets.

Nice n big rooms. We were 4 friends who got connecting rooms so it was fun. Pool is not so big. Very clean. Didn't get smoking rooms despite prior notice. Got room by 4:30pm despite waiting from 12:30pm.

Great value given the price. Good rooms that are well maintained. Housekeeping was very good! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the service was very slow. Could be due to shortage of staff given the pandemic.
