I had a terrible experience and I would rather be staying in a less rated hotel than another one of the Hilton's Double Tree. Room was not clean, a number of switches were not working, cabinet drawers broken, tea and sugar pouches looked old and expired, no tissues in the bathroom and dinner was tasteless. Overall it did not feel like we stayed in a 5 star rated hotel. Although the staff was very good but the management could have done a better job in keeping up the rating of the hotel.

Great location. Lot of amenities at walking distance. Convenient for Visitors who don't have a vehicle all the time. I had great room service. Room was cleaned very well and kept comfortable. They have a decent gym for light workout. Not very crowded and adequate for the fitness conscious folks. My 3-star comes in for very poor restaurant waitstaff and incompetent service. And food quality is not worth the price. Fortunately, there are lot of eating options at walking distance and way better tasting and much cheaper.

I have good experience. Environment was pretty clean all corona protocols were followed. Food was great and staff was pretty attentive. All is good. I have seen people planning all parties and functions with their closed ones. This was the best hotel me and my husband have ever been. Location, food and rooms were amazing. But overall the best part was the service! You ask anything and they will do anything to get it done for you. They were all amazing! Highly recommend! Valet parking is also available.

Perhaps it is a busy marriage season for giving the benefit of doubt but the experience for attending the function in Pine area on December 9 was terrible. Food and snacks were chilled rather than hot and horrible in taste as well. The services were horrible. Getting fresh bread was a task. The bartender was good and prompt but being only one the services were slow. The ambience in the pine area was very average and the gas heaters placed outside were non-functional with the smell of gas emanating out of them. For the number of people booked the hotel should have either refused the booking or given a bigger area if available. Extremely crowded and not able to walk. Sure they didn't charge less for the same but it was an awful experience. Even the hotel was refusing to provide valet service citing a very busy schedule but that is not an excuse. If you can't handle better refuse booking. An awfully bad experience with a very poor value for money. Sorry for the hosts who spent a fortune for giving an excellent time for the guests but wasted their money on a once in a lifetime kind function.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights during a business trip. The staff were very attentive and got upgraded to an Exec Suite due to my HH Diamond status. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The low rating is due to the hotel and rooms being really run down, which is not the case for nearby hotels from competing chains at this price point. It's difficult to believe this hotel is either a five star or a Hilton. Management should really look into it.

My shower flooded with inches of water coming into the bathroom. I had to walk around in flip flops because the drain wasn’t functioning properly. I told the staff about the drain not working. Eight hours later after I come back to my room and the bed isn’t made and they provided no towels or bath mat. I asked them about the drain and the staff member said. “Oh we have drain issues.” The bathroom smelled like mold. So next morning I take a shower thinking someone fixed it. Same thing. Nothing was fixed. I went down to the front desk to show them multiple videos of the inches of water in the bathroom. They said they’d move me into a new room. I come back 8 hours later. They had no record of this. So I showed them the videos again of the shower drain issue. They moved me to another room with a properly functions drain. They wrote me an apology letter that essentially said “sorry not sorry” and gave me a fruit plate. Then later that day my key doesn’t work. I go down tell the front desk my room number and they give me a new key. Go back to my room and the key doesn’t work again. Then someone accompanied me to my room and made sure it worked. It did finally. Also another guest had the same thing happen to them with their keys not working. Then I enter my room turn on the sink and the handle falls off. This hotel isn’t a five star maybe a three. Stains on the wall and wallpaper tearing off. Also the breakfast is standard not extraordinary. Everyday I’ve stayed here there has been an issue.

We had a short but wonderful stay. Akash and all the staff were amazing and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. We were a little rushed and got a late check out without even asking for it! Kudos to all the staff! Looking forward to being here again on our return from the south.

Rooms are ok, nothing bad about it. Lunch and dinner needs improvement. lot of oil they put in vegetables and nothing healthy and fresh you will find. The place is noisy as well. Overall i will not recommend a longer stray.

The hotel is very beautiful, rooms are spacious , food is very good. The staff is fantastic in customer service. I dealt with Mr Riaz(Reservations) and Mr Ashim(F&B) , both were very courteous and dedicated professionals. Overall, all worth it and superb experience!

A very pathetic hotel to begin with. It doesn’t deserve to be called a 5 star property. Their staff is unprofessional, food is average and the room cleanliness not upto the mark. Their bathroom had a blockage which was not paid attention to by the staff. Their dining area is too small and the breakfast service is poor. They are a bit short on facilities like salon and spa. Also their parking is congested and completely unplanned. Their tariff is exorbitant compared to the experience they provide. A complete no to this hotel until they improve upon their standards. Better to stay in other 5 star hotels in the vicinity rather than spending money on them. They literally deserve 1 star rating.

A hidden gem for a couple of days of peace and quiet. While the hustle and bustle of the city may be heard when you step outside, the amenities offered guarantee that you can rest and unwind. Amazing stay experience, people here bare good and CARE FOR GUESTS...and attentive. Food is of great quality, including but not limited to food spread (multi cuisine) , food taste, quality, overal dining experience is great. Staff are kind and helpful. Room size is decently spacious. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. The restaurant looked quite nice and if I had to guess, Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag.I recommend it without any doubt.

Although the property is slightly smaller compared to other hotels, the service and the food more than make up for it. The rooms are spacious and kind of hi-tech. I spent a good five minutes figuring out how to switch on and switch off the lights but it's all on me. Loved the breakfast spread. The food tasted so authentic. Loved my stay here. Will definitely be recommending the property to friends and family

I had spend a few days here along with my family and i must say that it was the greatest experience i had. The staff were all very friendly and super hospitable. They made sure that we felt comfortable during the entire stay. Also the food was fabulous and tasty. The room service was up the top mark. The pool was great and my family had a lovely and memorable time there. I would strongly recommend anyone traveling to do stay atleast once and you surely won't be disappointed.

I'm feeling thankful with the great services and hospitality by the hotel staffs. One of the staff that always concern with my needs during my stay named Samir (F&B staff). He always ensure my daily black tea is served on my table before I asked. He also ensure if I require anything just tell him directly. He is such a great staff, the hotel definitely lucky to have him part of the organization.
