The
experience
at
the
property
was
disappointing.
From
pre
registration
where
I
call
the
hotel
for
a
reservation
where
I
was
very
rudely
told
that
at
night
we
do
not
handle
reservations
and
you
kindly
contact
in
the
day
time.
Later
when
I
call
in
the
day
time
I
am
not
able
to
connect
to
reservations.
When
I
check
a
third
party
website,
the
prices
are
lower
than
the
hotel
website.
Post
booking
when
I
call
the
hotel
they
are
not
able
to
find
the
booking
and
rather
rudely
tell
me
that
if
I
have
a
confirmation
then
it
is
confirmed.
When
I
check
in
at
night
I
would
expect
a
paper
free
registration.
I
went
to
the
room
around
8pm
where
after
reaching
I
found
that
the
key
wasn't
working.
When
I
entered
the
room
finally
I
find
that
even
the
turn
down
wasn't
done.
The
AC
in
the
room
was
off.
The
room
had
a
funny
design.
The
lights
for
the
bathroom
were
operated
from
the
far
side
of
the
bed.
The
next
day
the
room
was
serviced
by
11am.
I
didn't
find
the
bedside
table
cleaned.
There
was
a
lot
of
dust
around
the
living
room
table.
Most
of
the
restaurant
staff
including
managers
and
chefs
didn't
wear
mask
properly.
One
of
the
very
few
hotels
who
do
not
offer
a
fruit
basket
in
the
room
and
charge
for
an
Ice
bucket.
