The experience at the property was disappointing. From pre registration where I call the hotel for a reservation where I was very rudely told that at night we do not handle reservations and you kindly contact in the day time. Later when I call in the day time I am not able to connect to reservations. When I check a third party website, the prices are lower than the hotel website. Post booking when I call the hotel they are not able to find the booking and rather rudely tell me that if I have a confirmation then it is confirmed. When I check in at night I would expect a paper free registration. I went to the room around 8pm where after reaching I found that the key wasn't working. When I entered the room finally I find that even the turn down wasn't done. The AC in the room was off. The room had a funny design. The lights for the bathroom were operated from the far side of the bed. The next day the room was serviced by 11am. I didn't find the bedside table cleaned. There was a lot of dust around the living room table. Most of the restaurant staff including managers and chefs didn't wear mask properly. One of the very few hotels who do not offer a fruit basket in the room and charge for an Ice bucket.

The overall stay was good. Food was good too. But the person at the front desk asked me to write feedback and I said I ll do it later but he insisted on assisting me but later turns out he gave 5 star on his own which isn’t right. He should have asked me to give stars according to my experience and wish.

Good hotel with very attentive staff. I went to this place for a business meeting. The lobby is quite fancy and spacious. They have a very nice restaurant adjacent to the lobby area. Facade of the building is not so great and looks pretty old as compared to new hotels.

The spaciousness of the rooms notwithstanding, the absence of essential amenities typical for a hotel of such tariffs was notable; however, these were eventually provided after several requests. The lavatories lacked hand showers, and the fixed ceiling showers proved sharp water streams and unadjustable for personal comfort. Despite inquiring with the staff, the switch for the night light in the room's lobby near the entrance remained elusive throughout my stay. Consequently, the light persisted throughout the night, prompting me to place a pillow in front of it, as it was integrated into the wall. The breakfast, considering the price charged, lacked sufficient variety, although the quality of the offerings met expectations. The room temperature for the juices was not maintained, and they were excessively chilled, a condition incongruous with the prevailing weather. While the hotel itself is commendable, its location is less than inviting, situated amidst an auto repair hub on one side and facing formidable, unmanageable traffic on the other, resulting in considerable noise and disruption for guests in the reception area.

I was there with my friends. My stay was very comfortable and memorable food, rooms was too good. Hotel staff is always there with a sweet smile. Specially Chef priyanka was very humble and supportive during my Breakfast. I really appreciate her hospitality. Thank you country Inn team. I will visit again. 😊

Stay was good !! Dinner buffet was good with really amazing sarso saag and makki roti.,ther cheers to chef sudharshan rawat!! Morning breakfast was fresh and lip smacking....Ragi idly / Dosa / uttapam/ paneer paratha made by chef Abhishek was very tasty. Will surely recommend!!! Keep up th good work

Great food... good hotel with the price , Rooms are clean and with all mentioned amenities., Breakfast is what we liked ... It was fresh and less crowded,. South Indian food has a lot to offer, idli, dosa are great by chef abishek.,will visit again .

Breakfast at country inn and suites by Radisson. Had a great stay at the hotel, morning bakeries muffins, Patties, and specially ragi cake was nice and good to see promoting millets , morning breakfast was nice and fresh, chef abishek made nice pizza paratha for us with ginger tea, All in all great efforts by hotel management.

Awesome! Very nice experienced, spacious room, clean, hygiene, yummy food, superb complementary breakfast, great hospitality, great tariff. Location is Okay but surrounding areas are not clean. Hotel is near to Delhi Airport and other few visiting places. Special thanks to Suman Borah at reception desk who helped me in the entire formalities. She is really nice person and helpful.

This is for the first time ever I stayed here in Country in sector 12. I found comfort staying here. Everybody took care of me. during my breakfast I was cared much. Specially Mr. Bipin gave me a very good service. He is very polite and handles all the other customer very softly that I observed. He is very professional as well. I hope i will stay again in future.

Enjoyed a scrumptious buffet breakfast at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Gurgaon! Fabulous fresh spread...good interiors and smiling staff. A special thanks to Ms.Priyanka for preparing soft delicious and perfect eggs! Sunny side up or cheese omelettes. A must visit and enjoy!

Excellent service by Lalit Kumar and Ms.Suman. The rooms are top notch and the food too. The staff has been nothing but helpful throughout my stay. Bathing towels could be better rest was excellent.

I had a really bad experience in country inn . Lit(cocktail)was really really bad. Morning breakfast was pathetic , there was not even single item that had some taste. We ordered paratha 4 times and in one hour they couldn't give us parantha even one parantha .it's not like there was too much rush . All the staff was really cold somehow. We booked the hotel for 12k . It wasn't even worth 2k . Really disappointed

The service,food and hospitality was excellent by the hotel team. In general everything was carried out brilliantly and it is a perfect location for a wonderful stay in Gurgaon. Akash and Vinit,Vipin and Pankach looked after my family really well. One of the best service I have ever had.

We had booked the new year package with breakfast included. When we reached the place to our surprise the place didn’t look like a 4 star property- the swimming pool area was closed, the restaurant area was very bad and they told that DJ is not part of the package as that party is separate. The Gala dinner was in the restaurant and there was no DJ and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the MMT platform. When we spoke with the manager he showed no interest in our concern. We had a lot of expectations from a 4 star property but they are cheating customers with false online commitments. Highly disappointed and do not recommend anyone to book this as they could also feel the same when they checkin . Such a bad experience at such a high price. Will never think of staying in any of the country inn branches.Also the landline was not working so i had to find the direct dial no from google and tell them about the issues in the room like landline not working and tv not working

Good hotel and my regular home to stay. This time is little special, my flight was delayed and check in around 3:30am, I supposed to do check out at 12pm, but allowed me stay until 14:00 , good that it gave me to relax more and get ready for afternoon meetings. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience staying in this country's hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall positive impression. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The services are great. The staff was courteous and polite. The food was amazing and have made it as per our requirements. We went with babies who created a lot of mess but still the staff was friendly. They even tried to entertain the kids so that we can enjoy our meal. We really enjoyed our lunch!

Room and services are good. Although I personally did not liked the morning breakfast items as it was spicy for me. Food quality is good but can be better. Service wise hotel is in good shape and helpful people were around. Experience was totally good worth staying.

Worst location. Don't book it for family leisure. You will miss the entry of a "5 star hotel". The service staff is good. Food is not good at all. Not much variety. Rooms are fine, no view. Windows are covered with translucent sheets.

Overall rooms and services are good.cleanliness is above good. Card access becomes trouble sometime but staff is helping. Although front desk managers needs to be more polite. Quick Checkin and checkout. Good options with food and beverages.

Good rooms, good food, staff at restaurant are really polite special shout out to Deepak for taking good care of us during breakfast. Breakfast spread is decent. Chef Priyanka was really pleasant and took the time to come over to interact with my son ... really appreciate these small gestures.Only one point, the staff at reception could be a little more welcoming like other staff at the hotel. They are crisp and to the point, same thing sprinkled with a little more warmth would be greatly appreciated.

Nice Hotel to stay with family and friends. Rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Security staff is very Helpful & All Staffing behaviour is good. The taste of food was very good. Lobby and other places are well maintained.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Amenities provided were good too. However, the staff was not very proactive with requests. Had to ask for the wifi 5 times before being informed it wasn't working. The AC was also not working well, was hot at night. Overall, it's a good place for people who want to come back to a comfortable room with TV. Not for someone who wants to wfh.

Overall, the hotel does not give a 5 star feel at all. It's a small hotel. The rooms are good, neat and spacious but the service can be a little better. The wifi was not working, I had to call thrice but still I was not able to connect. The breakfast buffet was also nice. There were a lot of variety and options and the taste was amazing.
