Hyatt is an excellent choice for stay with all the luxuries available. I had the chance to spend some quality time with my loved one when I was in Gurgaon. I was amazed with interior designing which looks highly sophisticated & elegant at the same time. The place is so divine with all the comforts like pools, bath tubs, bar & restaurant available with multiple cuisines. The taste of the food is absolutely remarkable and variety just amazes me. Coming to the rooms are just so outstanding, as it got all the great things. The service of the staff was even great with them following all the guidelines as the guests requirements. I got the pool view room which was very pleasing with breakfast on my bed. I also celebrated birthday their and loved the organisation which includes all the room decorations, cake, wines and warm welcome by the team Hyatt.

We were here on the new years eve. We liked it. They had food and drinks , a disco and live music for the night. Our rooms had all the amenities and it was pretty comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. The only concern is that the walls are pretty thin, we could hear people and babies in another room. That did not bother us . Room Service was great too.

Good property - nice rooms but .... Horrible staff and disgusting service. The assistant GM feels the staff can talk any which way with guests and covers up saying we will talk to staff. It's important if you're talking to staff that you note their names as later the hotel will disown any commitments and would ask you for the staff member name whom you talked to for anything - hopeless hospitality.

A little way off and poor cousin of Hyatt. The place tries hard to live upto its name but small flaws show. It is a pretty decent place bar is there, pool is there , rooms have a view. Restaurant serves pretty decent meals but the overall ambience and service lacks the teeth. You are sort of indulgent that you are experiencing Hyatt brand at budget price. Its cool but not swanky. You don't get swept off your feet but feel decently amused.

Highly Recommended with a fur baby - This hotel allows guests with pets and you can take your pet around except in the restaurant. It is a very welcoming place -Great Food options - Well done rooms -Great staff and service and memorable stays!! Keep it up 💥

I am currently staying here. This is Hyatt luxury's more affordable version. Rooms are fine, some attention to details are missing. Bed are not as comfortable and comforter is thin. However, the service and staff attitude is outstanding! Very hospitable, friendly and genuinely caring people. The restaurant is beautiful, calm and serene. Love having my breakfast there.

Good experience overall! They care hospitality of their customers. Great staff attitude and nature. There were large variety in breakfast and taste wise it was good. The breakfast area is also quite awesome. Breakfast time staff also took good care by keep checking on the needs and provided good service. Guest rooms were good. Spacious, sofas, work table.

Good affordable place to spend some quality time with friends or family. The location, room and service was wonderful. The morning breakfast was decent but the variety was limited there could have been more varieties like other Hyatt hotels.

Waiters do not seem to be able to cope when a coach group want to pay for drinks. Got the wrong bill for two drinks and also got charged two service charges as they came on separate bills!! Eventually got the correct bill. The hotel did not seem to have enough cash to give you the correct change if you pay in cash. If you buy a beer in the restaurant it seems they do not have that same beer in the bar, and run out of white wine??? Other than that hotel was fine

The food is excellent! Not one day in my 12 day long stay was I not happy with the food. The staff is attentive and courteous at all times. Even though it's located in a bustling office neighbourhood, there is quiet inside the rooms. A great stay all in all!

Terrible hotel. We were doing a birthday party for my son in the banquet hall. The unprofessional staff at this hotel made our life miserable. We were dealing with Mr Deepak Singh Danga (handling F&B operations). We were committed that the party will happen at 12 noon. We paid the booking fees and got an email from the hotel that our booking is confirmed. Then two days later we were informed that now they have allocated the banquet to someone else for the afternoon and we have to either cancel our event, or move it to that evening. It was a birthday party for a two year old baby, and evening party did not work for us. But cringingly, we agreed as we were not left with any other option (how can we move a birthday party four days before the event). Then two days before the party, we again got a call that now they cannot give us the hall at the promised time of 6 PM. Now they can only give us the hall at 6-45 PM. Knowing very well that it is a birthday party for 2 year old kid. Not willing to budge, offering to cancel the event. I have lived in many Hyatt properties around the world. Working with this group of unprofessional people has been the worst experience. This is my last ever visit or event at Hyatt (both for personal events and professional). I have taken a vow to never deal with Hyatt again. Pls avoid this hotel for events. Unprofessional, cannot keep their word not once but twice.

FRAUD, MONEY LOOTERS Hi if you are reading this review it means u probably have come to check about the hotel and staff and i hope my feedback will help you. I have booked this hotel on. 25 aug 2023 to 26 aug 2023 on call with the help of Hyatt Staff & while booking the hotel the front desk lady have asked for the credit card details, so i denied to give details due to security reasons but she insisted me to give the details by saying that it is only a formality and we will not use it for anything but it is mandatory for booking. So we have trusted her as Hyatt itself is a big brand and we were sure it is on safe hands. Since in google it is a 4 star hotel property but after visiting the hotel and checking out the rooms we did not like the room as it was not matching our expectations so we immediately asked them to cancel the booking. So they have canceled it verbally without giving any written notice. The next morning i woke with the message of my credit card account has been debited with the money of 6000 rs and I really got shock and scared as how can anyone use my credit card without having my permission and these hyatt people have used to deduct my amount from my account as they thought we have stayed in their property. I immediately went to the Hotel next day as i was staying near by and asked for the Manager to see in this matter. So after approx half and hour Mr. Piyush Mishra ( Assistant Manager Front Office) came to us and gave us written apology in mail and asked for 14 days to return our amount. Today its been 2 months now we still have not received our money also he have stopped picking our calls and not responding positively yet. Never expected this from such a big brand having a fraud employees like Piyush Mishra who are looting people just to generate the business. Please stay at your own risk as they can loot you in many other ways. Also i have only one option left now is to go legally now and put an FIR in the name of Piyush and hotel. This is a mental harassment and fraud and i will not spare any of them.

We are from Kazakhstan and staying in Hyatt palace in Gurgaon. Zishan and Chief Prateek was very careful and helpful all the stuff was professional, food is delicious. We would like to come back here again. We spent a good time here with family. They work very clean and professional. Service is amazing!

Amazing staff! Consistently very friendly and go out of their way to serve. Breakfast was superb: varied Indian cuisine, lattes, yogurt, fresh juices, fresh salad items, great pastries, made-to-order omelettes. French Toast was a decadent dessert. My wife and I stayed 5 days and would absolutely stay here as often as we can. A special thank you to Zishan and Chef Yashpal for outstanding service! Also, Parmoi and Mangmin made our mornings very enjoyable with their great service and friendliness.

Great price for a pretty good location but what compelling me to give 5 stars is the service. Very attentive and polite staff. From check-in, to arranging transportation, and breakfast service (Ajay and Akash) everyone was attentive to our needs.

A wonderful hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Nice and friendly staff. Close to the airport, about 25 min by car. Unfortunately, the freshly cooked food which you order during the breakfast took too long to receive, didn't receive the toast in 30 minutes and then had to leave for the airport.

Comfort with great functionality of the rooms was the biggest point for my stay. Zeeshan and team took real good care at the restaurant for the food requirements. Will recommend and return.

At best a 3-star hotel; rooms are dated; lobby is not pleasant; rooms and corridors smell badly; tons of mosquitoes in rooms and common areas - be very careful to avoid getting bitten; staff are not trained well. Bathroom has a poor design which leads to shower water spraying outside

Good connectivity to other parts of Gurugram and to New Delhi airport. Room size good. Bed comfortable. Free bottled water. Tea/coffee making kits available. Free slippers. Good number of TV channels to choose from. Good view outside the room window. Bathroom decent with free toiletries. Iron/ironing board avaliable. However there were signs of wears and tears on both bathroom and bedroom. Noise insulation not upto the mark - I could hear loud noises from the road outside. Reception staffs were not very polished nor courteous and appeared clueless with their laptop, and ID verification. They need to improve and train their reception desk staffs. Breakfast area good with wide selection of food. Live counters with paratha, dosa, sugarcane juice etc. Breakfast area servers were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was tasty

Thanks for hosting me for my corporate visit. I am definitely getting everybody to Hyatt over any other place next time onwards. The reception people are the nicest and so damn helpful. Also, the breakfast buffet was great too. Even the in room dining menu has lots of options and service is quick and fine. Will be back soon. Thanks again.

Actually I liked the breakfast here more than the rooms itself. Being from south I am amazed how authentic the south breakfast was. Especially the melon juice in this picture is so fresh. Rooms are very good clean and compact. Faced some issues on my initial stay itself but the management was quick to act. Overall a very nice experience for my office trip.

A wonderful hotel, very clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. A great place for international travellers who look for comfort, for a reasonable price. However, there are two things that might not suitable for some travelers. 1) The gym is not good at all. If you are into weight lifting there is only room for one person, one broken bench... 2) For such nice and luxurious hotel, the breakfast choice is not good at all, and it does not cater international needs. Don't get me wrong, I love Indian food and I can handle spicy food but not early in the morning. They can add few more options to the breakfast menu. Having said that, if fitness is not your priority, and you can have have breakfast outside. This please is more than recommendable.

We went for a family wedding. The property was amazing, clean and well-organized with spacious rooms and wonderful service. Our stay was for two days with breakfast which included a wide variety of dishes. Over a very nice experience.

Whether early or midnight check-in, Hyatt is the hotel to stay at no matter where in the world you are. My flight got delayed and we checked in at 1 30AM and even then the staff were so accommodative and welcoming and processed the check-in within no time and took us to our room. Everything was just perfect as it was meant to be. Breakfast was slightly better than expected and non veg options added to the happiness quotient... Will keep coming back again

This is a budget hotel with bad service at the price of a 4 star hotel. Avoid if you can. Here are the issues we faced: 1. Luggage lost: We got an early check in, but our luggage was misplaced. The front desk did not tag our suitcases and put them into their cloak room as unidentified. After an hour, we had to go down ourselves and identify our luggage and bring them up. 2. Staff smoking in our our: We called for housekeeping as we were headed out. When we came back later our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. This was true for our friend in the adjoining room as well. 3. Poor quality breakfast: For a Hyatt, the breakfast was poorly made. The fresh juice was watery and had added sugar. The idli was stale and the sausages were dry. 4. In Room Dining not responsive: We tried to call for breakfast up to the room on a different day and in room dining disconnected the call on us. We called back and they said they would call us right back. They didn't. We called a while later but by that time breakfast timings were over.

We had lunch at hotel. We ordered veg lunch . Tanisha served us wonderful food as we demanded which was not in menu . We had Gobhi and mix veg . This is the best food we had for a long time . Tanisha was awesome host to us . She understood what we need and served as exactly what we needed. Chef really cooked delicious food . We will be coming regularly at hotel . Cheers to the team .

Average hotel. Acceptable stay. But safety rules are not applied here: very few guests are wearing masks and if you ask they will not able to provide!!! That’s absolute non-sense considering the remaining of the pandemic. Please, do something..

The breakfast kitchen was amazing..!! The ambience, the menu, preparation and especially the staff was all outstanding.. They were leaving no efforts to make sure everyone is getting the right attention and is being looked after with great love. We were here with family including three small kids everyone had a different choice. The staff here, especially Ajay were so prompt in responding to each of our requests and doing their best to make it the most pleasant family experience for us. Well done and big thanks to Ajay and the whole team!!

The stay was awesome. Staff was well trained and polite. Chef Sanoop was especially great with service and attitude during breakfast. I felt so nice during my stay. I would definitely want to visit again whenever I get the time to do it.

The room and staff were lovely. The pool needs cleaning and could have been nice if it was open to sit around in night. The breakfast was okay, dinner not so much. Also, there was a lot of corporate crowd around when I visited, so if you are going for leisure, you might want to rethink this hotel branch.

Comfortable rooms! Awesomely Tasty food in the in-house restaurant.. would love to stay again! The waiters are very alert and Cater to your every need. We asked the cook to prepare special dal without onion and he made it for us especially, and it was really yummy too!

Room was clean and huge, worth the money, but the amenities were not up to the mark. The mini bar was empty, no complementary/paid snacks in the room. Don't judge me for saying these slight things but this can be expected with hotels like Hyatt. All in all it was good experience, but could have been better.

Loved the environment of the place but food was little blend almost everything… so make sure you tell them when order what exactly you are looking for in food other than that I had no complaints at all. Enjoyed staying there… Staff is also very friendly Highly recommended
