My
experience
at
Le
Meridien
Hotel
Gurugram
was
less
than
satisfactory.
Despite
the
check-in
time
being
scheduled
for
3:30
pm,
I
found
myself
having
to
repeatedly
follow
up
with
the
staff
to
secure
our
room.
Unfortunately,
their
response
left
much
to
be
desired,
as
there
was
a
noticeable
lack
of
urgency
and
no
apology
for
the
delay.
I
made
numerous
inquiries
about
the
status
of
our
room,
only
to
receive
the
same
response
each
time,
that
it
was
still
being
prepared.
Finally,
at
approximately
1
hour
later,
around
4:30
pm,
we
were
assigned
a
different
room.
While
the
location
of
the
hotel
is
acceptable,
the
overall
quality
of
service
does
not
align
with
the
premium
pricing.
The
food,
while
not
terrible,
was
rather
not
that
good
in
taste.
Throughout
our
three-day
stay,
I
couldn't
help
but
feel
dissatisfied
with
the
overall
experience.
One
major
concern
was
the
absence
of
latches
on
the
bathroom
doors,
which
raised
privacy
issues
and
was
quite
unsettling.
Additionally,
the
rooms
themselves
were
less
than
impressive.
My
overall
experience
was
disappointing,
particularly
when
considering
the
hefty
price
tag
attached
to
their
rooms
and
the
services
offered.
However,
I
must
acknowledge
the
efforts
of
the
housekeeping
staff,
Sanjay
Kumar
and
Vinod
Kumar,
who
were
notably
helpful
during
our
stay.
Nevertheless,
based
on
my
experience,
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
and
am
unlikely
to
return
in
the
future.
