Liked the ambience, loved the hospitality. Deluxe rooms are quite small. My room no. Was 316 which was situated near the terrace and sometimes the noise of dj and live singing disturb u. Food quality should be improved. Lifts are very busy if there is any wedding in the hotel. Overall nice experience. 👌

Everything was top notch. The whole experience,service and vibe. If i had to mention just one little problem then I'd say that the base category rooms are very small. Rest everything is praise worthy. The breakfast buffet was good with numerous options. The staff was polite. All in all a great experience. I got to relax a lot during my visit.

Would Stay Again! The shuttle for the airport was fantastic, highly recommend even though it costs more! The rooms were very clean and updated. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection, even for those with diet restrictions. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Gym is quite large, and the equipment was nice.

Obsequious Staff... Breakfast Buffet is Good... Cleanliness is Top Notch... Covid Protocol adhered... Room Size is Small but thn all the newly built hotels have small room sizes..

2 December 2023 Visited today, and experience was pathetic. Never thought of such horrible experience in a 5 star rated hotel. Starters were lying just like they are just placed for animals not for humans. Soft drinks seems to be adulterated with 70% of water and service was far below par. Lunch buffet removed before the set deadline, thank god.. One of my friend told me its not edible. Evening snacks menu even more pathetic, specially chilly potato- was horrible. Roadside chineese van serves way and far better than that. Coffee/Tea stalls- not even those able to satisfy the taste buds.. Only the cookies were tasty, as they must be brought in from local roadside tea stalls. Please shut this hotel, as FnB service is so so so horrible. This hotel is a big black spot on hospitality industry. Raise your standards team.

Sorry to say, it's not 5-star from any of its facilities. 1. Room cleaning- Don't happen every day, they don't even come and ask you if you want the cleaning 2. Food not worth 3. Staff is not trained to be a 5-star hotel 4. Only 5-star hotel I have seen where the snacks which are kept for display are chargeable. Even they are chargeable they don't highlight anywhere is there booking. They say, a QR code is kept somewhere in the room which shows the charges of the commodities. 6. So they expect a customer to come to a hotel and check for a QR code. 7. Staff behaviour very bad, at the time of checkout they enforce these hidden charges, and you don't have any option but to pay. Please don't wast your money, don't know why it is considered a 5-star hotel.

Had a good stay at the hotel. It was very busy and almost fully occupied in Nov, 21. Nonetheless, their service remained good. One of their staff members had mistakenly knocked our room at 2 am and apologized for his mistake. What I really appreciated was that at check out, the lady at the reception as well as the manager personally apologized for the inconvenience. We had forgotten about it the next day but a truly appreciable gesture by the team shows their commitment for a superlative hospitality.

The hotel scores a 5 on everything but I am rating them, 1. The Hotel is absolutely casual but guests roaming through the hotel without a mask. Thankfully didn’t extend my stay as there is a big event at the hotel, indeed a disaster in the making!!

Beautiful property! The view from the hotel is amazing. However the service is extremely slow. Need to make a couple of calls for room service. Not child friendly, when asked for dessert spoon or straws they said it’s not there as of now! Also the staff and front desk are always into the screen and nobody greets you with a smile. Surely a lot to work on for 5 star!

Although, I was there to get a taste of their much talked about buffet breakfast, I loved the overall feel of the property. Ofcourse, it is a standard that every 5-star property follows and so, everything felt absolutely amazing - right from the huge food spread to the management. Overall, had a great experience on an early morning breakfast run here. Hopefully, when I get to stay here, I'll speak more about the experience. ❤️

Being a 5*, overall experience and the property could have been bettered. It has a great office space cum business centre, Good arrival experience, a lovely restaurant but relatively smaller party areas, not that great place for diners, over all look and feel too can be bettered.

My experience at Le Meridien Hotel Gurugram was less than satisfactory. Despite the check-in time being scheduled for 3:30 pm, I found myself having to repeatedly follow up with the staff to secure our room. Unfortunately, their response left much to be desired, as there was a noticeable lack of urgency and no apology for the delay. I made numerous inquiries about the status of our room, only to receive the same response each time, that it was still being prepared. Finally, at approximately 1 hour later, around 4:30 pm, we were assigned a different room. While the location of the hotel is acceptable, the overall quality of service does not align with the premium pricing. The food, while not terrible, was rather not that good in taste. Throughout our three-day stay, I couldn't help but feel dissatisfied with the overall experience. One major concern was the absence of latches on the bathroom doors, which raised privacy issues and was quite unsettling. Additionally, the rooms themselves were less than impressive. My overall experience was disappointing, particularly when considering the hefty price tag attached to their rooms and the services offered. However, I must acknowledge the efforts of the housekeeping staff, Sanjay Kumar and Vinod Kumar, who were notably helpful during our stay. Nevertheless, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and am unlikely to return in the future.

One night stay at this hotel. Aravalli Room view was amazing, didn’t know there was greenery still left in NCR region. :) Room was clean, spacious and beautiful. Staff was friendly and courteous: In room dining was on time and food was delicious. I didn’t try their restaurants/breakfast etc.

Decent star hotel. Location is not upto mark considering the vicinity. But it is good for those on business trip and meeting customer around Gurgaon cyber hub. The food was decent, service was slow, crews were out of interest and food bill was cheaper consider a five star property. I visited for a event, found banquet hall pretty decent.I have not stayed there hence can't comment on the rooms, room service. The property is affordable due to off location may be.

Our family of three enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The foyer area is very bright and the rooms were comfortable. The staff are accommodating and provide excellent service. The breakfast and dinner buffets were a highlight. The selection was very large and many of the dishes changes each day so it was suitable for a multi-day stay, to avoid getting tired of the same food. There were also many made to order items, all of which were delicious. It is clear that the chef/kitchen staff know their trade well.

Excellent rooms and efficient services. Stayed for one night to celebrate new year eve 2022-2023. The staff were extremely polite, cooperative and friendly. Every floor in this hotel were quiet and not noisy at all whether it's day or night. Check in and check out were hassle free. Would love to stay here again in next new year eve.

Excellent food, really like staff, and they do take care or at least try their best. The breakfast is one of the best food quality is superb, enjoyed every bite and the passion by the food was served was amazing, just one downside is room size and interiors are very modular that posses challenges if you are a traveller with couple of trolleys. Bed and sleep quality is second to none. Highly recommended for family and business travellers. I shall come back again.

I spent a few days at the hotel and have nothing but praises for the staff. Front desk, Chefs were extremely courteous and personalized the experience. The hotel is really close to CyberCity, Hub and walking distance from the Metro station. It used to be the Pullman. However, I'm happy with the change in management as its definitely an improvement over Pullman. What can be improved: Gym equipment in being upgraded.

A stay of constant disappointment. Service, and in particular the front desk, was a poor experience. - No one offered to take our bags on arrival and departure - Power outage in the room that took more than 6 hours to fix - Front desk staff completely forgot about our requests and were unapologetic after. Hotel staff seemed more concerned with managing organized groups. Other customers suffer as a result.

Recently travelled as a part of business events and stayed for two days. Rooms were in good condition but felt smaller as compared to some other five star hotels. Food was also good but not that great in taste. Hotel staff was very supportive, Located at a great location and not very far from the Airport.

It’s a beautiful hotel, no doubt! Chef’s did a wonderful job at the morning buffet. Although, won’t call it the BEST Marriott property. The hospitality could have been better. That’s the only star lost in my review.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast spread was amazing starting with North Indian to South Indian to Continental. Only one comment. The rooms were small. Especially when there was a queen bed. Not much of free space left.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the property. From the moment we walked in, we were treated to impeccable service and surrounded by opulent amenities. The room was a haven of comfort, elegantly furnished with every imaginable luxury at our fingertips. The in-room dining was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu that catered to every taste, and the breakfast was a feast fit for royalty. The attention to detail and the level of care from the staff truly made our experience worth every penny. We can't wait to return and indulge in this oasis of luxury once again.

The reception was efficient, the bedroom spacious, well equipped and clean, the breakfast first class and all other meals excellent ,The swimming pools were a great asset with good service by the attendants. The staff is good Overall, a hotel to be recommended in all respects.

The hotel completely disregarded our request for modifying our booking for a day later since our flight got cancelled (due to bad weather, not in our control), for which we had already paid and informed them of our request before the checkin time that day. Our money got completely wasted. We talked to multiple people over the course of 2 days - reservation manager, duty manager and etc but absolutely no cooperation. We informed of our request well in time, but if the hotel takes a late action, then we aren't responsible for that. But it is us who is bearing the brunt of this. We didn't even request cancellation but a modification; a modification request shouldn't be that difficult for a hotel of this stature. Very disappointed.

Excellent Location and best Customer Service in all Of Five star hotels. Annie the Office Manager was astoundingly amazing and made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. In my opinion, this Le Meridian is much better than one in New Delhi.

A great property to stay. Amazing staff, good rooms, the club lounge has a great coffee and happy hour. The food is great, just that the buffet restaurant staff take half an hour to get you a napkin. Carry one!!

I stayed at the hotel from January 5th to 7th, 2024. The hotel is centrally located, and I liked how the team interacted. The food was better and more tasty than what most similar hotels offered in Delhi. However, I was there for a conference. The conference venue was chilly, which didn't meet the expectations of a luxury property. On the last day, I got a high fever and had to rest for two days before I could explore India as planned. The room has high-tech gadgets to manage the lights. However, it lacks user-friendliness; not everyone comes with the insight to use it. I feel that the property should work to manage the temperature for both the harsh heat and cold winter that New Delhi gets and leave a one-pager on how to work on the lights.

They ruined my surprise, for which I felt bad at that time. Everything was conveyed and paid in the advance for the arrangements but still they didn't give the effort for it. Rooms are pretty, but neither spacious nor sound proof. Still I liked their room. Had lots of options in the breakfast buffet. It is decent for the stay and can recommend others but if you are planning something like surprises, I would say don't opt for that here or you can try other hotels.

I loved the service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the food was so good but expensive. They gave me a Aravalli facing room which was beautiful and the lighting was good too they also helped me with surprising my fiance with pastries and sweets.The only feedback I have is that the speaker wasn't working, they didn't allow me to take my small speaker because they said the speaker in the room works but it didn't. There wasn't any bath salts and bath robes. They first denied helping me with the surprise because they didn't know whether they could do it however they excited it well later.

An amazing experience. Stay is worthy of every penny you spend here. Food is great. One Should try the dinner and lunch buffets, wide variety of food served, super delicious food both veg and non veg. Great staff.. Very helpful. All in all a wonderful time was spent here.

The rooms and check-in staff was really nice especially Annie has been really helpful. But the breakfast was horrible, it wasn't upto the mark as was expected. You expect breakfast ambience to be nice, warm and welcoming but it was kind of monotonous due to the nature of the staff. The food quality was also horrible.

Coffee shop staff needs to be more attentive. Good ambience for meetings. The mirror in washrooms can cause accidental injury due to illusion it creates.

I am generally a very choosy customer who always look for value for money at any property, stayed at this hotel for two night, the facilities, staff behavior, check in time is too good. Rooms are pretty spacious, ideally located property, 500 mtrs from a metro station. Food spread is too good, hotel staff go out of way to help you, felt like HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Highly recommended for travelers coming towards Gurugram and nearby areas.

Lovely ambience, courteous staff and exceptional hospitality made our stay a memorable one. Housekeeping services are excellent…impeccable rooms, well furnished and maintained, staff very prompt to respond and great attitude to make guests comfortable.

We booked a 1+1 buffet lunch and it turned out to be a fantastic. It is way better than their counterparts such as Radisson. There was a huge variety of cuisines. It is impossible to try everything but more importantly, the taste was yum. The decor has white interiors that give a soothing look to the whole place. There is an outdoor seating area, perfect for winters and a handicraft shop in addition to a conference room and lobby. The Pool and spa is on the lower floor. Guests can also park outside the hotel as it is more convenient than the Hotel Valet parking.

Good property to stay. Would give 4.5 for the entire experience. Breakfast buffet was good but there is some room for improvement. Overall great property

We celebrated our wedding anniversary on 12th December '21 at Le Meridien. It was a great experience. The property is a great luxury with very friendly staff. The sanitation is considered as an utmost priority. The room service had been very hospitable. But, I sincerely feel that there could have been still more organized display of the dishes. As we are a food enthusiast, I felt there could have been some more options in the north Indian cuisine. Over all it was a great experience and memories.

Stayed here for 2 days and the experience is just awesome. Rooms are beautiful and cleaned. Staffs are also very cooperative and humble. I liked the breakfast as it have lots of varities to eat.

This is a 5 star hotel. Bit inside from the main road and secluded. Very neat place, staff is extremely polite and take care off all needs. Rooms are big and amazing, lobby has good ambience. Wide choice on food but not upto mark in taste. I stayed here during my business travel in October 2021, inspite of COVID they have maintained it extremely well. They provide all toiletries. COVID safety measures can be better. Someone looking to stay at Gurgaon can explore this place, even if you want to fi is your work from Gurgaon and want to travel to Delhi next day morning can also prefer to stay here as this is on the Gurgaon-Delhi border. Convenient for airport also due to close proximity.

The stay was fantastic and the staff was so courteous. They all made sure that we have a good time. Special thanks to Mr. Gagandeep who is working in Housekeeping department. Highlight was the Delicious and lavish Breakfast. It was a warm stay. Staff ensured catering to our needs. It was definitely value for money.

Definitely not a five star hotel! The overall cleanliness was quite poor! Did an early checkin which the hotel was informed about but the whole process took a long time!! The room was quite shabby and not maintained! Upon entering the layout of the room is quite different with the washrooms tucked in one corner. With regards to food it was nice, the dinner as well as the breakfast buffet was quite elaborate. The staff though there is quite rude. Even whilst we were dining one of the members came across with the bill and upon requesting that can he bring it in another ten minutes as we were about to complete he was super persistent that it had to be signed like we were about to run away! In all, for the amount paid there are way better hotels and this one should be definitely skipped!

The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. Either holiday or business you will find the staff supportive and accommodating. The view from floors 5 upwards is great since you get to see the scenic beauty with the lush green Aravalis.
