We got the rooms quickly and didn't have to wait that long, and the service was very quick. Got complementary chocolate truffle cake, which was amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is just superb. It is very tummy with so many different varieties, especially the sweet dishes. At least 10-12 sweet dishes were there. The pool was also amazing.

I stayed here on my business trip. The overall experience was good. The room was good, all amenities inside room were perfect. The location is very convenient. Reception was good and check in/check out was smooth. The only area of improvement can be breakfast services and specially omlette counter. It was extremely slow and both days my order was exchanged with some other. Too many people are there and it’s managed poorly.

Well to start with , rooms were clean ! Staff was courteous, respectful and helpful without a doubt! Pool - easy to access Food - super nice breakfast and dinner buffet Rooms - they were clean n fine ! I had a pool view 💓 Check-in and check out - went super smooth! All in all i had a great experience! Not to miss - they have great kebab factory just by the pool ❣️

Staff at reception desk was definitely not polite. Rooms were not clean. We stayed in 606 it had torn bed sheets and quilt covers. No dental kit in room, had to ask for it. Only good thing was staff in restaurant who were very professional and welcoming. Food was also not great, cocktails also sucked (LIT esp).

Stayed here for a wedding and great place to stay. The rooms were not superbly great but they did have a decent view. The staff were very polite and great service. They have good valet service here and getting your car seems to be quick and easy. Breakfast spread is nice, they have south and north india options with great continental option too. Food was good. Overall it's a nice place to stay .

This was earlier Fortune Excalibur named hotel. Radisson acquired it some time before. Majority of staff is old and good. The good thing about its is its location and pricing. Location is bang on sohna road and pricing compared to other non branded hotels like lemon tree group . So overall its always a good experience.

Really good rooms. Room service was kind of slow and the front desk usually forgot to get back to us about details we asked about, regarding any of their services. Location is on the main road so its easy to find. The food here was delicious. The pool area was good too although there seemed to be a lot of pigeons around that area, considering it was summer and birds needed to drink water😂 its understandable👌🏻 and I'm happy they didn't drive them away (not sure about the chlorine though). I would have rated it 5/5 stars but the front desk made a lot issues regarding payments about the taxi and the rooms. The charged us twice for the taxi and then charged almost double for the rooms on "accident" so I'd keep an eye out for that 👀. Overall, I had a good experience👌🏻.

If in Delhi NCR and want to have weekend Get-a-way please visit this beautiful Hotel, lovely ambiance and ever smiling staff will be a stress buster. We had been there few days back and I just didn't wanted to come out of that property at all. Don't foget to try the huge breakfast spread. We went for a family gathering in the restaurant. It was a buffet but a buffet with as few options as possible. The service was extraordinarily poor, it took them 20minutes to arrange for a clean soup bowl. The dishes were not up to the standards of the Radisson. Also Radisson being an international chain, one would expect to maintain similar standards everywhere. The only baby high chair was in maintenance with no other option for the baby to be seated. No baby changing area, no feeding area. Would never like to visit again.

My stay was great. Clean room with best quality staff experience. Every person was helping me with my issues. Thumbs Up and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to everyone.

This is a great place to stay in Gurgaon. The lobby is a bit outdated but the rooms are great and the service and food and beverage is amazing. The staff goes out of its way. The management is top notch and Ankit and Jitendra gave great service.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Food and waiter service was excellent especially during breakfast and even when very busy. Room was nice and clean. Just a little bit too cold in October. Somehow the AC could not be toned down. Extra quilts were provided promptly so manageable. Housekeeping was attentive and resourceful. All staff is polite. Entry gate and reception is welcoming. Very friendly staff, the food surprinsigly is very good and a lot of variety. Rooms are clean, the gym is fine however treadmills are a little outdated. Overall you can expect a pleasant stay and I think is one of the best options you can get in the area.

We went for a party. The food and service was awesome. The lobby Christmas decorations were innovative and a sheer delight. Full compliments to the Chef. Being a Food critic and a Food and Beverage professional it was a, sheer delight that this comparatively compact hotel had such dedicated Chefs and team of food and beverage professionals.

The hotel is close to all the hubs in Gurgaon. The rooms were spacious and clean. The very understanding staff at the front desk gave a late checkout as I was caught up with my meeting. Overall a pleasant stay. Never got to try their restaurant though.

No word in English dictionary is enough to express how much poor the stay is . We have booked triple sharing room. Checking in we found that the lock of the washroom is faulty . We asked to fix it but in vain. Morning at 6:00 a.m. one of our 3 , went to the washroom and as the lock was faulty, he had to remain inside the washroom for almost half an hour before he was taken out by the hotel representative. All the rooms are very small compared to the other same budget hotels . The housekeeping department also sucks . If you ask for an extra pillow also, you are not going to get until you escalate the issue to the manager. Even staying in a low budget hotel better than staying over here. If you aren't compel to stay here in this hotel, please don't come because you are gonna face severe consequences during your stay.

A eloquent hotel with rooms for every type of personalities. They have all the topmost quality products along with a swimming pool and gym for work out enthusiasts. It is more apt for professional rather than for finding a place to spend few days in city.

6 nights October 2022. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Excellent gym and swimming pool. Concierge and porters very helpful and friendly; however reception desk staff were rather aloof. Communicating with room service was challenging; orders were incomplete and/or wrong.

My review is only for Pratiksha and Anita Because I'm also a hotelier and i know when we work that time if we faced any difficult situation that time i can't react with that situation and every time we have to smile on our face and both of you work very hard and i also learn lots of thing.. I went for a spa at R3. The services were quite professional and good. Ashley is a skillful masseuse. Vinay took care of my experience while I was enjoying my drink next to the pool. He kept the area tidy and dry considering there were a lot of birds to litter.

The hotel is located at a great location if you want to be closer to the city. We however experienced some delay and confusion in the check in. We had requested for an early check in which was denied without any consideration. The service was a little slow as compared to a few other properties. The swimming pool was a relief however it seemed to be unattended and the steam room door was open and steam filled the area to the changing rooms. It felt a little scary and since there was no attendant we skipped it. The food was tasty however I would not recommend the coffee here. They were not able to serve it hot even after repeated requests. Overall they should try to take care of the finer details as they are one of the biggest chain hotels and customers do expect more.

The stay was comfortable. The reception staffs Ms. Anita were really helpful during my stay. The food were good enough and it's near to Huda Metro station. Access to the convenience is accessible 24/7. Recommend for this hotel.

Radisson should actually up their standards being a premium hotel in India. The rooms are smaller than average, although not tight. But the service could be way better than what we had got there. Only one fresh towel was served for the three adult occupants. Hand towels and floor mat towels had to be asked later. The mini bar had zero drinks in it and even though it was plugged in, it was not working at all. Wonder how such a hotel with such high tariffs could not keep up with basic amenities in a place like Gurugram. The room came up with a tv with a d2h set top box. One should have seen how that set top box was hanging. Is Radisson providing temporary half cooked rooms as accommodations or what? Please do not give us a 1k rate type room feels. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast spread was poor. Very very basic in Radisson's standards. Maybe I went there with over expectations. But yes, the positives. Good reception team. Really good security team too. Very active and welcoming. The location is also more or less good for business trips to Gurgaon. Spa is also available, although we did not try it. The lobby, although not big, gave a good first vibe when we entered the hotel. Yes, it can still be recommended to stay in the hotel, but at the same time, would actually want to see improvements at that rate that they charge for a night.

Out of all 5 star hotels, one of the most unsatisfactory rating I would give in terms of ambiance - suffocating environment, quite few food variety & dirty lobby toilets... In spite of informing the front desk, personnel on duty didn't clean the washroom within half an hour. It was our wedding anniversary n we were quite disheartened with our experience.

I had an opportunity to stay here for 15+ days and my experience was really great, humble and warming staff and facilities, food and other things are really great. Would love to stay here again some day.

Rooms are relatively smaller, service and location are good Very unlike RADISSON, gives an impression that the hotel just wants to have its presence in the area, but fails to impress for the kind of rooms it has. Service is impeccable though.

The road to the destination is one of the many parameters, the destination is judged upon, and I would say the road to the Radisson needs improvement, and I am talking about the road right in front of the Radisson. As it was a business trip we were around the Ballroom mostly and looking at it, all I could think of was, it desperately needs renovation. The staff is polite and eager to help out. Overall a great experience.

Room was ok, bathroom door was not locking. The hotel staff is really rude probably its in the Delhi culture or God knows what but they are really need to calm down in terms of replying back to customers. I requested for an additional mask twice in 2 days and they replied back rude that i told you Mam yesterday only. Such a huge hotel and they cant provide a one time use mask where all the staff members are wearing it? Thats funny!! I ordered for breakfast at 11.23, the breakfast arrived at 12.20 and i got the call from the front desk asking my check out time. I told her the breakfast arrived late and i would check out by 1 to which she replied “PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE THE ROOM AT SHARP 1.” I literally convinced myself that there’s absolutely no way i will waste my time arguing with people like them. They obviously dont believe in customer service.

So we went for dinner on 22 Sep 2021. I mentioning the date as want to make it clear yes in covid times there was no temperature check, no sanitizer,no precautions for covid. So we used ours nevermind next comes food and services and trust me both were garbage. Our bill was of 12000 but we felt cheated.

Rooms are good with goood room service. Swimming pool is good with clean water. Complimentary breakfast is average but quantity is good.

I went there for family dinner, I checked in Zomato that for Pro members there was an additional 25% discount on the published buffet price of 999+ tax. I was informed when j arrived that I will be charged 1499 per buffet if I used Zomato gold membership. This was never mentioned any where on the website and this caused a bitter experience. The billing also was delayed and I was asked to wait atleast 20 minutes to get bill copy.

Lovely ambience, excellent food and the surprise by the master chef.. dahi bhalla and papdi chat was so amazing....bhallas just melted away in the mouth. Looking forward to revisiting again and again😊

Totally value for money. Booked an overnight stay at the hotel for 2.5k (including breakfast) and it was worth way more than that. Pros: -Great location -Absolutely clean rooms (one of the few hotels I have found really neat) -Great service (got everything we needed within a few minutes) -Good food (ordered room service, the food tasted good) Cons: -Understaffed during breakfast, hence bad service. (2 people serving to almost 50 guests) -Terrible bakery goods (got a tiramisu, it was sour) -Overpriced food

Experience was just okay. Nothing comparable to the Radisson Blu airport, which was my reference. Still, problem with the shower, problem with telephone which was fixed later, problem with AC. Complementary Breakfast Buffet: Being South Indian, the South Indian dishes were below average. The stale chutney was served, which was rectified when informed. But, the staff was very well behaved and very helpful. I am hoping the quality improves in the future.

Although the property is slightly smaller compared to other hotels, the service and the food more than make up for it. The rooms are spacious and kind of hi-tech. I spent a good five minutes figuring out how to switch on and switch off the lights but it's all on me. Loved the breakfast spread. The food tasted so authentic. Loved my stay here. Will definitely be recommending the property to friends and family

The pub was comfortable! My spouse and I hung out there for a few hours, tried the Mango Beer (which was awesome), and felt it was a good place for conversation/chatting during a rainy afternoon. The glass walls of the pub revealed a beautiful surrounding and a calm green space. Service was not fast but not slow. Not too loud for old people like us 🤣.

One of the things that stands out at Radisson is their hospitality. The staff is extremely warm and prompt. Hygienic and comfortable, the hotel surely makes it a point to make the stay truly 5-star. We would definitely stay here again.

They have the best service team. I asked the housekeeping at midnight to help me to store a certain medicine. They immediately sent someone and helped me out. Excellent food, specially Rose Kheer and courteous staff. Also the view from the room was amazing.
