This is wonderful hotel with very supportive and friendly staff. Each member whom I have spoken is very courteous and friendly. The room has been very nice with good facilities. Very nice gym with decent equipment. Only one suggestion which I have is the dumbbell for each weight they can have two available it will be really great. Currently only one dumbbell is available for each weight. The food options both alacarte and buffet are really great. The mutton biriyani was outstanding and out if the world taste. As expected the price is at little higher end but worth it. Would like to thank entire staff and management of this hotel for the hospitality.

One of the worst hotel to possibly go to in this locality this hotel is not even close to even a 1 star hotel, while checking in they tell you that breakfast is included and after having breakfast they ask you to pay LOL but if you have breakfast they tell you don’t and you pay extra. This hotel also gave me a smoking room when I specifically told them I am allergic to the smoking smell and they took more than an hour to change my room. If you ask me I rather choose a 2 star hotel over this 4.5 rated dump!! Everything in the room is priced for example water bottles, they say it is complimentary but while you check out they ask you the price l. This is the worst hotel I ever went to in all my business trips

I just checked out of this hotel today and all I have to say is this management needs to go back to basics and learn a thing or two about hospitality. Firstly, the shower cabinet in our room was broken, so the water spilled out on to floor of the tiny bathroom. Secondly, their menu cards say 24 hour room service but that clearly isn't the case. So, I hope they rectify this error to give more clarity to their guests. But, coming to the incident that prompted me to leave this review here; on reaching home, I discovered I'd forgotten the plug of my laptop charger. I called them immediately, a man answered, I requested him to keep this at the reception and I'll have it picked up by evening. I asked him to give me a call once they find this plug. I didn't hear back anything. I called again after a few hours, this time a lady answered, she assured me it will be at the reception. I called again to confirm, no one answered. Finally, when my boyfriend went there, they had no knowledge of this missing item. They couldn't locate it. It seems they have no system to keep track of lost items. This place is grossly mismanaged. You'll have better luck finding more warmth and hospitality at much smaller establishments, where they value guests and are willing to accommodate their needs.

This is really nice luxury hotel. Rooms are very clean and spacious too. I do appreciate their services too, We reached there mid-night from US, and the booking was only for 1 person. Still they allowed me to stay with my husband for a night, without any extra cost. Also, they have a buffet breakfast, which I felt overpriced. Similarly, the food items in the menu were clearly at much higher cost as compared to the market prices. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is also good, near to Huda City Center Metro Station.

Worst experience ever. As a European frequent traveler I have been in all kind of places from hostels to 5 stars places but never faced such unpleasant hotel personnel. If you are coming from Europe or any other same standard places that’s definitely not the place to go. It’s a shame as it really does not represent the Indian hospitality and kindness I experienced in many other places

Decent hotel, clean room, nice service and obviously good buffet. They have a bar as well which we can enjoy with friends. The Staff is courteous and the overall a decent place to stay. They have good options in the Breakfast buffet as well.. Loved this place..

Ramada, at gurgaon is an excellent hotel to stay . I have stayed here twice. Rooms are excellent and staff is amazing. Very soft spoken and hospitality is spot on which is very rare to see these days . Highly recommend this place .

Best hotel located in the central place of Gurgaon. Overall hotel layout is planned in the most professional way with spacious rooms. Every small requirement of the customer is recognized and fulfilled while planning the interior of rooms. Restaurant is spacious and it is just impossible to find good words to express food quality in buffet breakfast and dinner. Menu is uniquely planned and very tasty menu right from soup till deserts. Every staff in restaurant, front desk, reception, house keeping is very hostile and well trained. In short if you are finding best place to stay at Gurgaon, you will definitely love and enjoy to stay here.

Stayed in Ramada for 12 days First the Pros: 1. They arranged for the hard beds which was really helpful 2. The room cleaning staff was really helpful 3. Good hospitality Now the Cons: 1. The pool was dirty and not well maintained. I think they do not change water frequently 2. The gym was also below average with most of the machines not working 3. The weighing machine in the gym was also not working 4. There was a stark difference in the food that we ordered in room and the buffet food. The buffet food is very average So overall the experience was very mediocre.

Great hotel!!! The service staff, all round, are super hospitable and help in any and all ways The breakfast buffet is just out of this world. Full value for money. The swimming pool leaves a bit to be desired, so 4 stars overall, but if you are not super particular about swimming, this place is definitely worth it!

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was super polite and helpful. Some of the food was average at best but overall satisfactory. Location is very good and close to the metro station. It takes around 25 mins to the airport, with relatively less traffic enroute. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Great customer service. Hotel manager personally offered to help us to get the bags to our room. Chef Vijay specifically made meals customized to our little ones allergies. Overall good experience.

The hotel is located in a great place. It is easily accessible and very near to Huda City Centre Metro Station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The size of the room was also good. We ordered room service during lunch, the food that came was also very tasty. The building framework is a bit congested, but other than that our stay was great. It is better for business travel or stays. Recommended!

Good clean big rooms, satisfying service and decent quality breakfast (Aalu bhaji every day in Veg, I don't know why). The staff is also good. Location wise also not bad, just 10 minutes from Huda City Centre metro station. Cost for 1 extra breakfast is Rs. 1500, like seriously?? If you could have brought it down to something in the range of Rs. 800, at least 10 of your +1 guests would have gone for it. Just think of other days. It's already prepared in good quantity. I think management should give it a thought maybe.

The stay was comfortable,rooms were clean and sanitized.we went there to celebrate my son's birthday.we enjoyed testy and delicious dinner. breakfast was also good in veriety and taste.pool was clear and clean.pool staff was helpful.we enjoyed a lot there.front desk was hospitable, special thanks to Mr.vivek and Deepak. My children also enjoyed there.But hotel charge are a little expensive, next time we hope for discount.

Decent location for a corporate traveller. Rooms are good sized with good WiFi connectivity. Some obvious facilities in the room like dental and shaving kit were provided only upon request and hence a star goes away in my reading for service. but they we're not charged so room retained 4 stars. Room service is good and prompt. Breakfast buffet could be better.

Famous hotel in GGN. Have been here multiple times and stayed on a few occasions too. The place has good rooms with decent views . The food is usually very good unless you are in a bad mood for some reason. The bar serves decent drinks of all brands. Lunch and Dinner buffet are available. The hotel has got a makeover recently and is looking fresh. The swimming pool at the terrace is an added facility for guests.
