just
checked
out
of
this
hotel
today
and
all
I
have
to
say
is
this
management
needs
to
go
back
to
basics
and
learn
a
thing
or
two
about
hospitality.
Firstly,
the
shower
cabinet
in
our
room
was
broken,
so
the
water
spilled
out
on
to
floor
of
the
tiny
bathroom.
Secondly,
their
menu
cards
say
24
hour
room
service
but
that
clearly
isn't
the
case.
So,
I
hope
they
rectify
this
error
to
give
more
clarity
to
their
guests.
But,
coming
to
the
incident
that
prompted
me
to
leave
this
review
here;
on
reaching
home,
I
discovered
I'd
forgotten
the
plug
of
my
laptop
charger.
I
called
them
immediately,
a
man
answered,
I
requested
him
to
keep
this
at
the
reception
and
I'll
have
it
picked
up
by
evening.
I
asked
him
to
give
me
a
call
once
they
find
this
plug.
I
didn't
hear
back
anything.
I
called
again
after
a
few
hours,
this
time
a
lady
answered,
she
assured
me
it
will
be
at
the
reception.
I
called
again
to
confirm,
no
one
answered.
Finally,
when
my
boyfriend
went
there,
they
had
no
knowledge
of
this
missing
item.
They
couldn't
locate
it.
It
seems
they
have
no
system
to
keep
track
of
lost
items.
This
place
is
grossly
mismanaged.
You'll
have
better
luck
finding
more
warmth
and
hospitality
at
much
smaller
establishments,
where
they
value
guests
and
are
willing
to
accommodate
their
needs.
