    If you’re searching for a luxurious stay in Gurgaon, you can consider this hotel. Locality is not so good. Hotel staff is highly trained. Room service is also good. In the room you will get a fridge, office chair, one big size bed with best mattress, sofa and many more. Further I am attaching some pictures of room Interior.

    I had a very neutral experience, the amenities in the room could be better and service was okay too. I would recommend it for a short haul, not for a long stay

    What you see in pictures is just half the truth. Although service and food is of very good quality and you can rest assured of it. However people at reception need to be changed if repeat customers are desired

    Very nice and comfortable stay. Nearby area is less crowded, also you will find very good clubs within 5km. All daily necessities shops are just in walkable distance. Just close to hotel building there is snacks and bakery Shop.

    The hotel staff was rude, the only good thing about this hotel was that rooms were big. There was no mini fridge, snacks available in the room. Also amenities like slippers, towel, toiletries were not available, we have to call them again and again for such things. We booked considering that it’s a part of Raddison group but it was nothing like that. Considering the price, yes it is affordable but there are challenges to face.

    No hot water, no heating in winters, cold rooms, very mediocre food, decent staff but not very understanding of customer needs or feedback. Overall not recommended.

    The place needs an urgent and complete revamp. One enters the door with a distinct musty stink. They just do not seem to bother to either freshen up nor air the place. This musty smell runs right through all the floors, corridors and rooms. It was an official stop for only one night and as such didn't go searching for a better place elsewhere. Had to check out 3 rooms before settling on the best possible ...which is much below any hotels in this price range across the country that I have stayed in the past 10 years. All the 3 rooms that I checked out had water seeping in from the bathroom into the bedroom and the wooden flooring soaked and warped. This also left an ugly smell. The initial room had cigarette butts and packs discarded by the earlier occupants still lying around. The night food I ordered was also way below par though highly priced. The complementary breakfast was quite decent though not a wide spread. Quite a surprise how a good brand can get associated with places as such. A big disappointment 😞.

    Seeing the Radisson name, I assumed it would be good, but had the worst stay. rooms are very old, broken floors, gadgets, leaking plumbing and had to change 3 rooms in 3 days, the reception people told told that they will fix the leakage as hotel was full, but after putting me through the ordeal when they realize it couldn't be fixed, they gave me adjoining room, so they lied on my face. To them room allocation is more important than guests comfort. breakfast is fine, but everything else is pathetic

    Useless people in the reception. They alloted me the room which was already occupied by some other guest. When I entered, got abusive from guests who already the room because of wrong room allocation. After coming and asking recipient, they are very cool and replace the key of different room. No courtesy, no politeness, no respect... most of them guest complaint but those who are in reception least bother anything.

    A decent hotel with good rooms and great location. The only thing lacking is the service , the staff is not at all responsive and arrogant too.

    I booked this hotel considering the fact it's part of Radisson Hotel Chain. However the hotel overall look was just like any other 3 stars hotel. Rooms were big and spacious however I could see cracks on some walls there, not something I would expect from a Radisson Hotel. Breakfast was good. I think I was fairly satisfied with the options given. Some amenities like mini fridge and hair kit, dental kit were not there like we get in usual 4stars but had to ask for a dental kit which they later provided. I guess the hotel is trying to be sustainable. The location of the hotel was good for the reason I travelled to Gurgaon. Overall I give this a solid 3.

    I don’t like there services first we have to ask everything there is no glasses in the room even we asked they give us only one glass and Some amenities like mini fridge and hair kit, dental kit were not there like we get in usual 4stars but had to ask for a dental kit which they later provided.also I forgot my watch nd I called them after my check out they tell us to call later after I called them they said it’s your responsibility we can’t help u this is very unprofessional I don’t like there service..

    If I start from the check-in, I asked then for pool facility because it is mentioned on MMT and on google as well that they have pool facility but at the time of checkin they denied. All staff at the reception are very rude. No hand towels , no dental kit, no proper soap and shower gel available. Room condition was very poor. No carpet in the room. It was like a good oyo not a 4-star hotel. Food quality was very poor. No variety of food was available. They denied for late check out without even checking thé availability. Overall very bad experience. Not recommend at all.

    Everything, except parking is up to the mark. Parking is not adequate. Only experienced driver can maneaover through parking entry and exit.

    The rooms are pathetic, not at all Park Inn standards. Staff is nice though and food is also good. They don't have a bar currently so keep in mind.

    Rooms were fabulous, clean, ladden with essential products, huge! However, service was pathetic... No room heater available when temp. outside was 4-5℃...

    Nice hotel for the money you pay. Neat and clean rooms. Provision for tea and coffee in the room. They have a nice banquet hall. The food prepared for the party was quite good. Complementary breakfast had cereals, eggs to order, chola bhatura, Idli sambhar, aloo Paratha dahi achar, stir fry veg, fruit juice and lassi. Though in fresh juice only watermelon juice was available. Tea and coffee after breakfast was good.

    A very poor condition hotel. The sofa and curtains have stains. Lights are not working. The tap in the bathroom is broken. The wooden floor is broken. There is no fridge in the room as mentioned in the amenities. After paying so much pathetic is the word. Even the room service is very very slow. Please dont waste your money here

    It's the worst hotel i have ever visited. Its falling apart. The rooms are so dirty, everything has stains all over the place. Tiny bathroom and the whole thing feels suffocating. It hasn't been renovated in decades it seems.. Staff was nice. But they can only do so much with such bad infra.

    I will not recommend this hotel for anyone due to many issues there. - First they provided me the standard room while I have booked the Deluxe. So I have to change my room. - I found water leakages issue in my room. - TV was not working - Very bad room service, For everything I have to call room service again and again but they did not come. - Some servent don't have the basic manners. - Rooms were not in good condition too. I didn't expect this kind of service from a brand hotel.

    The hotel definitely requires to improve on its hospitality and cleanliness.. there was not even one person who greeted me in my 3 days stay. The rooms were not cleaned.. No towels and toiletries provided before hand.. I had to ask for it and then got a wet towel. The room was dirty and things were torn/broken out. The used plates were kept outside the room for the entire day. The breakfast menu wasn’t very great. In all not at all a Radisson standard hotel. The only reason why I chose this place to stay was because it was by Radisson. But highly disappointed.

    The way they showed their picture on google is totally opposite of what they have in reality. I will categories my review as followings for a better understanding: 1) Hotel (as a whole): It's very improperly maintained and very congested. You can see the stain marks left on the table by previous customers. 2) Staff: It doesn't seem they have graduated from some hotel management college, looks like some local hotel boys. You will not expect this in a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel. 3) Location: In image it seems that hotel is quite spacious but it is surrounded by 2 buildings, you may find it difficult to locate it at first place.
