Food was great. The kettle in the room, the lid was broken. The sink in the washroom was blocked. The front desk lady thought it was most important for us to know that lunch was not included in the package. There was a funny, stale rose smell all over the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. There was no floor towel in the bathroom. Dining room was perpetually crowded, they need a bigger space. Somebody was interviewing girls, probably for the airlines, so there were girls all over the place, some looking cheap with odd makeup, some looking sharp. It's a quick in and out hotel. Not meant for long stays for sure.

The hotel is iconic. Excellent service from the moment you enter the gates. The staff are all friendly, professional and warm. They go out of their way to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and we met the most friendly.

Location next to metro station allows participants of conference to easily reach the venue . Service levels are satisfactory. You can't say that the service level delight you . I have been a visitor ...never stayed in the hotel ...but have observed room service and housekeeping response time which again is polite , delivers ...but never delights you

Staff is very good but the hotel needs lot of maintenance work. AC regulator doesn't work. Flush doesn't work. Carpet is coming out. Lots and lots of work. Not at all worth for calling themselves a 4-star property. An Oyo Townhouse is far better than this.

Hotel is great.. Breakfast is too good with multiple south Indian, north Indian and continental cuisine... rooms are also neatly maintained and location is quite convenient that it is just beside Indigo Guru Dronacharya metro station. Gym is also well maintained. Since it's been there for quite sometime, I guess room infra has become old and need to be checked for repairs.. The room I stayed had plug points not working, wifi speed very poor and there is no clock to quickly check for the time.. if not for these small issues, it was a great stay

I chose to stay here for my 5 day trip. My colleagues were wondering why I chose this hotel. Only for one reason nearest to my office. My colleague had also warned me about food quality. Still I dared to have a buffet dinner here for Rs 1200 Rs. And I was totally disappointed that I never ever had such a pathetic food quality in my life at such a branded hotel. Chicken gravy was just water of Tomato and onion. No taste. Rawa fried fish was sour in taste and sticking. Noodles, steamed fish everything was tasteless. Only two items in desserts that too avg taste. I will never choose this hotel again. Now I need to think of options for the next 4 days

Although situated at a very prime location in Gurgaon the view is not very good. The rooms are clean and hygienic. However, the food is very expensive. The staff is not very courteous which was a big downer for me and my family. The swimming pool is small without any view but clean.

Extremely bad stay, out of 4 days of stay we were getting plumber work done thrice, and we were asked everytime if we want to change the room. It was not a peaceful stay. Also the room key card was always not working and from 8th floor we had to always go down n bring new key cards but that also didn’t work and we were again told to change our room. This was a pathetic hotel in all.

The manager at reception was so arrogant. If want to do business do in a proper ethical way. Though I was from my company tour but the way they are charging for rooms is very very unethical. The rooms dont have a proper bed side cellphone charging point.

I visited this place for official trip, Hotel Room was so clean and Reception staff was good. Food was good and tasty, Behind the hotel there is a garden I spend most of the time there. Over all I would like to revisit this place in future.

Rundown hotel. Torn and filthy carpets in corridors. Rooms need fresh paint, cleaning and improved appliances. More like a 2 star hotel in current condition Front office Staff is well trained and Harsh is a very good example of a guest services associate

This is my second trip here. Manager at restaurant his behaviour is rude.When 1 travelled for the 1st trip they treated well. However, now not getting same response. I feel, at restaurant they judge people as per their status which not likely. No doubt room service is good and ambience is very nice.

We had our family's wedding function here in November 2023. Although the rooms are dated, the service and food more than makes up for it. Special thanks to Aastha at the reception for going out of the way for getting an urgent medicine for my father. These gestures make all the difference and I really appreciate her and her team's efforts!

Awesome stay, nice and clean room even the duplex room is spacious, bathrooms are small but room is spacious, good of the city from the room, food is very expensive better to take buffet or eat our.. ambience mall is very near to the hotel location.. staff is polite and courteous

Rooms are small and dingy. The hotel people do try to remain polite but the services are pathetic. Reception and the rest are quite puzzled most of the time and seek help from their colleagues in order to get anything done. A customer can therefore often feel 'helpless" in this hotel If you are hard pressed for time, this hotel can frustrate you a lot. Was an endless struggle to check in, to arrange a wheel chair for a senior in my case.

Good location of hotel. It is 100 metres from Guru Dronacharya Metro Station. Good rooms. Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Overall a very good experience. Good hotel for both - families as well as solo travellers.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Hotel seem very old vintage school type as overall hotel maintenance isn't contemporary. For the same budget, my recommendation will be to explore other business hotels. Location is best as metro station is only 150-200 meters away.

One of the worst experience with restaurant team....Could not see starters in buffet spread. When I asked I was told will be provided on request, but not for those in MAP plan...!! When I said, I will complain, I was given a option to choose. I asked for Chicken tikka. I was surprised to see few pieces were partially cooked inside and outside charred. When I asked the bearer argued with me that it is marination which gone deep inside and not the uncooked meat. I cut opened and proved him it is uncooked. God bless the guests...!!

I liked the room very much , the room service was also very polite , breakfast was amazing with time limit like in between 7 am to 11 am only ..My work location was Global business park so its just a walking distance from the hotel! Overall awesome experience !💞

Terrible experience. Pool and gym are under “renovation” Reception doesn’t allow delivery riders to leave packages at reception. You need to walk a cool 200m to the gate to kick things up . And upholstery has enough stains on them to be mistaken as a pattern
