Everything is fine only one problem when booking with included dinner/lunch you wont be getting choices whatever has been made in buffet only that is you can have , For non veg lovers its a very sad situation where you can only have a thing or two. So i wont recommend.

Feels like a luxury hotel. Nicely maintained Rooms are nice and clean. Terrace is the highlight with a waterfall structure with the pool. Food is really nice, service is a bit slow But overall a nice experience. Has multiple banquets for gathering of 100-150 people. Also have a open lawn for outside parties

The hotel staff including the manager is extremely rude. I stayed for two days. The first day i reached back after work to the hotel at 8.30 pm and the reception staff said the pool closes at 8 pm. The second day when i reached at 7 pm they said the pool is open and when I went to the roof top near the pool the staff manager said the pool closes at 7pm. When i said I was told the pool closes at 8 pm then he said there is a private party so hotel residents can't use the pool. Inspite of paying for the hotel facilities I was not allowed to use the facility. On top of that when i tried to complain to the manager and front desk employee Mr. Ashish. They made me wait for 15 mins and told me the pool is closed they should have informed but failed to do so. Absolutely pathetic service and really disappointed for the rating given to the hotel.

Very classy hotel and very polite & efficient staff. Sh Jitendar Kumar's gesture of serving breakfast to guests on his own is highly appreciated...although I personally think that it is not required at all.

Nothing comes close to Pallazio in terms of location, food & service. The place is managed so well by very courteous staff & Their Chef understands the guest's requirements & tastes. Rooms are well maintained & clean

I attend a business conference here. Though the place is accessible through car easily as it is road side and huge parking facility is also there. Good for organizing functions. The food of there is very tasty. And especially there services to sit and enjoy buffet as this was mostly not offered in other conferences buffet.

Only went lunch party so didn't get the chance to review the entire facility. The overall impression was good. The entry to the hotel is a little confusing as one side (the one bothering the internal sector road) is closed and people need to travel to the main road (the one leading to the Signature Tower underpass) to access the entry.

The hotel and their staff are well professional. All their services are up to the mark whether it was Airport pickup and drop or anything like room service. Overall this hotel is best to stay if you are looking for a good stay then consider this.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was very courteous. Hospitality was very good. The only thing which was hard to believe was the price of a water bottle. Just a very normal water bottle not even bisleri or some fancy company costing you more than 150 bucks. Hotel management should reconsider their rates as water is the basic necessity of life for any human being.

Good hotel at a decent price with variety of rooms options. I stayed here for a night on a business trip. The hotel has large restaurant that serves good food. Try the mutton rogan for a grand experience.

We had visited this hotel to attend the reception of a close friend. The arrangements were good and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and well prepared. The DJ in charge of music had a good collection of songs - We just had to request him many times to reduce the volume. All in all, we had a great experience here.

Stayed here 1 night in Sept, that was enough! Hotel is in need of a serious update. The sleazy spa could double up as a gentleman's club - if you know what I mean. Advised the hotel front desk and they said they'll follow-up with an email regarding what transpired - that was over a month ago, I'm still waiting. I do not recommend this hotel. With the exception of the doormen, the hotel is dated, sleazy and lacks professionalism and proactive staff. Why it's rated 4+ stars, I don't know!

We had a conference and cocktail dinner party on 6th Oct'23 and the list of thank you is soo big that I am confused where to start with. Starting from Neha(Sales), Anurag (Service), Jagat (Service), Surender (Service), Sushma (Banquet) and Uday (Sevice) and last but not the least all other staff members and IT guys who helped us through out the event were so nice. All of you were soo supporting and accomodating. We really had a wonderful event. Thank you soo much. Food was awesome.

We have booked for a corporate dealers meet event on 06/10/23 with The Plazzio Hotel. Everyone liked the Services,food and theme here alot. All the dealers had enjoyed alot and like the services. Specially, I would like to mention the name of the person who were really helpful and professional are Jagat at the time of day conference, for rest coordination IT person is available whenever required, at the dinner at roof top the most humble and proactive and very professional person was Surender from Service team. I would really like to recommend him for appreciation as well. Also, atlast everyone in contact at the time of coordination are very supportive.

Awesome place , courteous staff. We had a family function . Everything was perfect the food was super so was the ambience . Special mention to Mr Uday Barua who made everything so easy and comfortable for us . A must visit property in gurgaon.

Well, my experience was a lot different than what you expect from a guest/customer who stayed at the hotel. I had an accident right outside the back entrance of the hotel. Eventually, I was carried out to the hospital by some very humble people, whilst my bike laid there in front of the hotel. To my surprise, when I came back, it was still there. Now I have stayed at many hotels during my personal/professional life, this experience was a lot different and it still showed me the true meaning of customer experience, showing empathy to someone, and being helpful in any way possible. I had came back from hospital to the hotel to check on my bike, which I had to drop off till night, so that I could get it picked up and dropped back off to my house in Delhi. The staff, namely the Security guard at the check-post, the Security head and everyone involved were so helpful that they had let me park my bike in their parking and while taking full responsibility as well in case of any theft/misfortune with the bike. In the end, I did got it picked up from the hotel and I was very grateful for the behavior of the staff and everyone. The Pllazio Hotel, you do have some great staff at your helm. All the best for your future everyone.

Beautiful hotel, though scope of improvement is there. Sound proofing is required in the rooms , you can hear the Tv noise coming from the adjacent rooms. Food is really not upto the mark. Breakfast menu is outdated and quality needs improvement as well.

Nice , clean cool clam space for stay during trips. 1.2 KM away from Huda city center metro station. This is adjacent to Gurgaon Jaipur Highway. Bar, restro, spa, gym, pool everything is available here. Best place for corporate conference. 3 Big conference hall present. Food is delicious. Ample space of parking infront of Hotel. Front desk & sevice persons are polite. Overall very good experience for me.

Big rooms, comfortable appointments, courteous staff and a lovely in-house restaurant that also does decent Japanese food. Slightly pricey but you won’t repent the stay.

All staff is very very attentive and cordial. Check took 15-20 minutes checkout was smooth and quick. Must try Dal khichadi it was awesome. Special thanks to Restaurant Steward Mohit for good service. Excellent Staff as well service.

The hotel is okay. You'll not find it fascinating if you have already visited hotels like.. crown plaza, taj or le maredian etc.. If you haven't... The hotel is okay. One can stay comfortably. BUT... the BREAKFAST.. is not good. The cheese was bitter. The food tasted like.. it was cooked 5-6 hrs ago and was cold. The variety of food and quality of breakfast was not good.

I went there for an event named Gamexx, altogether the experience was good. Parking was free of cost and sufficient spaced on open area in front, guards were supportive as I left my window of car opened, he taken care of the same. Hall area was bit less spacious by it is ok for small gatherings or small events. Washrooms were clean and sanitised. Staffs were good and I ordered only sandwich and coffee which was averagely good I can say. Altogether the experience was ok and good for a meeting stay.

This was one of my visit to Gurugram where I am really thankful that I was allocated this hotel by my company. I met with a small accident and that time the hotel staff was the first one to come forward and support me in what I was going through. They were absolutely helpful in extending support by getting me whatever I required to my room throughout my stay. I can only say that be it their food their ambience their infrastructure their people, they are definitely the best that you will find in Gurgaon

Very good location. Nice and tasty Break fast. They have Airport pick up. And they to transport to our office. Very much chill room. Ambient is very much good. As a family we can stay. For me company booked this hotel.
