Well,
my
experience
was
a
lot
different
than
what
you
expect
from
a
guest/customer
who
stayed
at
the
hotel.
I
had
an
accident
right
outside
the
back
entrance
of
the
hotel.
Eventually,
I
was
carried
out
to
the
hospital
by
some
very
humble
people,
whilst
my
bike
laid
there
in
front
of
the
hotel.
To
my
surprise,
when
I
came
back,
it
was
still
there.
Now
I
have
stayed
at
many
hotels
during
my
personal/professional
life,
this
experience
was
a
lot
different
and
it
still
showed
me
the
true
meaning
of
customer
experience,
showing
empathy
to
someone,
and
being
helpful
in
any
way
possible.
I
had
came
back
from
hospital
to
the
hotel
to
check
on
my
bike,
which
I
had
to
drop
off
till
night,
so
that
I
could
get
it
picked
up
and
dropped
back
off
to
my
house
in
Delhi.
The
staff,
namely
the
Security
guard
at
the
check-post,
the
Security
head
and
everyone
involved
were
so
helpful
that
they
had
let
me
park
my
bike
in
their
parking
and
while
taking
full
responsibility
as
well
in
case
of
any
theft/misfortune
with
the
bike.
In
the
end,
I
did
got
it
picked
up
from
the
hotel
and
I
was
very
grateful
for
the
behavior
of
the
staff
and
everyone.
The
Pllazio
Hotel,
you
do
have
some
great
staff
at
your
helm.
All
