One of the worst stays of my life.. @Marriottbonvoy do remove any affiliation you have with this property Reception was handled by a bunch of ametuers.. The rooms had terrible exhaust system and poor cleaning.. All the plumbing lines were clogged up (even in my friends room) and simple servicing and maintenance is not done.. Now the best part.. They knew we were booked for a wedding and refused to take our wedding clothes to be worn the same day.. They said they would return them only after 2 days as they outsourced it.. After a bit of a push and help of the laundry manager we managed to get some done but were told no for the rest.. They expected us to use an old hotel iron for wedding gowns and suits... Isn't a 4 star property supposed to have same day laundry service??? Only saving grace I say would be the food quality

Poor reception staff. Unwelcoming check-in experience ..no smiles np greetings...Refuse to give second key for room. No offer to help take bags to room. Wrote wrong room number on key card.. Totally disinterested. ..Certainly Not up to Marriott standards. The restaurant staff was efficient and they try to keep guests happy. I am giving two stars because of restaurant staff otherwise reception people make it worth zero. And yes security guard outside reception smiles and greets. Long face of reception ladies as if they don't want to work makes this hotel below 2 star experience. Good luck if you decide to stay here...For me this was my last stay at Anya.

The service level offered by Abu Khan and Kanish are really good. Food was delicious. Friendly attitude.

I have done reservation for one of our German Client. on the day when he arrived the receptionist says who are you? we do not have reservation on your name. made him wait for one hour at around 2:00 am at night. they charge every bottle of water from him at did not provide the breakfast which was included in the package. No proper communication among the staff & management. I wont recommend anyone to do reservation in this Hotel.

This place is a rare find. I like the peace and serenity in the hotel. The staff is well behaved and extremely helpful. they put hospitality into perspective. Special thanks to staff members Leela and Navin for making mine and my family's stay extra enjoyable.

Review is for Naya restraunt in Anya hotel- A wonderful property near to golfcourse road, sector 42, Anya Hotel. We have Naya restraunt inside it, a casual dining experiance one can have. A beautiful place with peaceful ambiance. Wonderful dining area both inside and outside. The food was super awesome in terms of taste and quality.we have tried Prawn wonton soup, Mezze platter, classic caesar salad (chicken with bacon), handmade mushroom and chixken tikka pizza, kung pao chicken with Haka noodles and lastely in desserts we tried chocolate decadence and apple and berry linzer torte - so lots of variety of food we had and the taste was tottaly amazing and one should experiance it. The staff was very nice and manager himself is taking care of the table and even chef was ensuring your satisfaction. What else one needs while dining :)

We were told the hotel recently reopened after 3 years - it had been shut since pandemic. We had only booked for one night and that was enough... The room wasn't bad, however it was extremely dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned the whole time it was closed. Breakfast was included - which was appalling! The few items that were available were cold and inedible. We ordered a paratha which was ok, but we couldn't understand why all the lights were shut off - even in the kitchen! We felt like we were in a haunted hotel! The hotel has potential but we definitely won't be back!

Complete facilities and first-class service. Staff English... The whole stay was more surprising than expected. The hotel staff, including the front desk, housekeeping, and cleaning department, were all polite and efficient. Mr.Ashish Front Office even helps me recharge the phone number package, very nice and kind.I really have to give it full marks.

Hotel is good but the location where it's build is bad. When you walk outside the hotel there racist against White people. Getting stared down etc not friendly

Stayed here for two weeks. Nice place. Good food. Good fish. But the room didn't have a jet spray in the washroom. Only toilet paper was available. Room service was not so good. They would forget to refill the shower gel, shampoos and toilet paper. Complimentary Iron was in a miserable state and not always available. The pool is shallow.

Decent place to stay. Was here on business and stayed for 5 days. In room dining has limited options but loved the veg cheese sandwich. Morning breakfast could be a little more elaborate if possible. The work desk was a little too narrow and uncomfortable for work. Also wish internet could be tad faster.

It really a shame it's under the Marriott program. The internet sucks even if you pay 1000 for the high speed internet. The rooms are basic. Marriott status members dont even get the usual welcome amenity here, not even a welcome drink, no acknowledgement of their membership and benefits. No exec lounge, no fruits or hors d'oeuvres in the room. My desk phone never worked and could not even stream netflix. Asked to meet the duty manager, he never arrived. Ordered dinner and the slightest customization was denied...... Sad, 3 more nights to go....

Very average Hotel for the price! Doesn't feel like a Marriott property. The only thing that works for this place is the location, which is next to one horizon. The room decor is not great and for a relatively new hotel looks old fashioned. Food is below average. The lobby was infested with mosquitoes.

We stayed at the property in the month of June 2019. They say it is a Marriot property but did not get the feel of Marriot. We conveyed our thoughts to the Manager and he happily upgraded to the bigger room. We are thankful to the Manager but still if you are with family and Kids this might not be a good choice. Food wise it was ok. The only good feeling was that the Manager was helpful in upgrading.

I made a room reservation for my father using Agoda. When my father arrived at the Hotel reception the hotel didn't provide the room and advised him to cancel with no cancellation charges or penalty. He was assured no charges will be deducted from the credit card. I booked another property for my father who was stranded at the hotel reception. To my surprise hotel deducted full room rate for 2 nights later in the evening despite communicating there will be no cancellation charges. This clearly shows Management and Hotel reception team don't have active communication. The reception staff are not friendly and this hotel is not upto the standard of a 5 star Hotel. If a 5 star hotel is happy to charge 2 night rate after having turned down the customer one can clearly say they don't have customer centric ethos and are also cheating their customers. I highly DO NOT recommend to make any reservation with this hotel.

I am updating my review after stay and it is as follows: Pros: 1. clean 2. good entertainment system 3. nice bathrooms and Accessories provided 4. Pillows are the best I ever had in hotel 5. house keeping Cons: 1. highly understaffed 2. deprived menu and food quality for a hotel of this caliber. 3. waiter doesn't have a clue of the food items present. 4. too small rooms not as projected 5. less staff, I literally had to carry my own luggage to room or else the front executive had to do. overall other good thing is have a great spa, and people are well mannered. but very bad management. so for the price you can stay there but if only it's one or max two day stay
