The hotel is good for corporates. The rooms need to be maintained properly. I was in Room 807 and the AC control switch was not working as it had gone inside the controller. The house keeping also needs to be improved as it takes quite a long time to give the things. There are an ample number of smoking rooms available so that is not an issue. Can be stayed for a day or two.

I really liked it. Was really clean and elevators made life easier as it was difficult for senior citizens to go upstairs and difficult for us to come downstairs after all dancing in heels😄. DJ was awesome too. The food was really good, though being a foodie in America, I thought it could be better. Plus the feras were outside and we had to find staff to put some chairs and give water constantly. So a less star. I will rate it 3.5

This will be a long review, so TLDR: "okay room, horrible service. Please stay away. There are better hotels around at the same price point". This horrible experience is courtesy of Mr. Neeraj, Mr. Manoj, Mr. Manish, and the rest of the Lemontree staff during our nightmare stay. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a wedding group. My in-laws paid close to 15L to book the wedding venue and the rooms. My wife and I were bride and groom. Night 1 (before the wedding): I checked into a suite which apparently was an accessible room (understandable). I went downstairs to explain that the room is accessible and ask if they have a different suite. You would think the staff would say "Oh, let me check". Instead they said "it's impossible. That room is not accessible. There might be a wheelchair sign outside, but it's not accessible". We argued for a while explaining that we are not lying and the room is infact an accessible room. Finally they said that they don't have any other suite available. Basically, we had to convince the staff that we are not lying, we saw the room ourselves, and we are telling the truth. Such an unprofessional behavior... Night 2 (wedding night): My wife and I came to our suite after the wedding at midnight. At 3AM, the fire alarm glitched in our room and went off. We ran outside, looked around and realized that it was just our room. No one came upstairs. We finally went down to the reception and asked about it. They were not aware of this. They turned off the alarm a couple minutes later. No one came to check on the alarm, no one followed up, no one came to apologize, no one even acknowledged it. At the very least, in an event like this, someone is supposed to come and check the alarm. Nothing!! Day 3 (reception day): Apparently the phones don't work or no one picks up. We called room service multiple times, housekeeping multiple times, and front desk multiple times. Finally I had the phone number of Mr. Neeraj, Manoj, and Manish. I had to text them on Whatsapp to get some service... Which didn't really help either. If you are a regular guest who doesn't have a direct number to the managers, please be prepared for unanswered room service requests and unaddressed housekeeping requests. It's faster to get things from Zomato and Blinkit than depend on the hotel staff to provide. And as a guest at this hotel, you are much better off using Blinkit and Zomato for your needs. I wouldn't be surprised if Amazon delivers faster than hotel staff response. Night 3 (reception night): Apparently their housekeeping staff at night is not the best trained. We talked to the kid who came to do a basic sheet changing. The poor guy was not trained properly (not the kid's fault but the fault of Lemontree) and trying his best. We felt bad for the kid and helped him ourselves. So, please be ready to make your own room. Day 4: Finally the sweet release... We checked out.. praying to God that we never have to set foot in this place ever again.

I have booked the venue for my own wedding. The services is really pathetic, the staff did the every possible thing to ruin the wedding. The moment I paid the money the manager changed every rule. At the last moment they told me that they can not allow more than two persons in one room for getting ready they did not allowed the photographers for shoot and make up artist in room. They did not even turned on the air conditioner and all lights in the hall to save the cost. The food was cold. There was no waiter to pick luggage or serving food, they said there is staff shortage. On asking why they are doing this, one of the waiter said 'Aisa hi hota h apne kabhi dekha h five star' to one of the close guest. Very very bad experience don't ruin your precious moments by booking this property. They just want money for everything at last moment so that u don't have any choice. Pathetic hospitality. Did not expect this kind of behavior from a chain like lemon tree. The only good part is venue.

The check in took a lot of time and the place where the sofas are placed at the reception you get direct sunlight and the ac isn't functioning properly. It was a torture to wait until check in. The room was good with a bath tub as I wanted, thanks to the lady at front desk. Even on a sunny day, the signals were not there to watch TV. Good of them to employ people with partial dissabilities. Overall the experience was OK. There was no iron, slippers, dental kit available.

Updated review after 4 stays spanning across 2 months. Experience remained below average, except of one stay in the first week of April. Rooms: Same category rooms have different furnishings. Room furnishings are in very poor conditions. Bed side lights not working, dead phones, etc. Some rooms don't have safes and in others they are not functional. You will be lucky to get a room with a luggage rack and everything functional. You will find it difficult to get any supervisors or manager around to complain about any issues. My special appreciation for Vishnu and Aman, who seem to be the only people around who get things done. The hotel runs well because of the business folks who are booked by companies with long-term contracts. So none of these complaints matter 😅 Overall, my stays at this hotel have been disappointing due to the poor reception service, below-average food, lack of management presence, and slow response to complaints. I hope the hotel management takes note of these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve their services.

Not sound proof/compact rooms. You can hear what's happening in the other room and vice versa. Service was good, as it should be.

First thing first, excellent staff members.. The staff members are very active and polite. The hotel is kept clean and hygienic at all times. Services are fast, they even provide shuttle facility from the airport. The surroundings too are good.

The room was comfortable and even had a heater facility as it can really get cold in winter. The room didn't have ironing facility. The cafe at night was not fully functional and/or had an unfriendly service person. The receptionist was very professional and handled it well.

This property is a hidden gem. Great service and hospitality. A spl mention of mr Vinay the restaurant manager and Darshan with him. Such warmth and connect they builld . Highly recommended for stay

A comfortable and well maintained hotel with luxuriously decorated and spacy rooms. Good hospitality. Has a pool and a cafe. Some windows offer a grand vista overlooking Gurgaon.

It was a good experience staying at the hotel for around 10 days. The service was fantastic, where the response time was very quick. Though it is situated at the little outskirts of Gurgaon city, that is sector 60. There is no restaurant within walking distance. You need to rely on the hotel's service or online ordering system. There you will find a whisky shop nearby, which is open till 4 am. Beside that, there is a pub, named as Where else. Generally they don't allow stag entry, so better find someone to go as a couple.

I stayed there last week and it’s a application review for MUKESH NARIHAL from in room dinning. I wasn’t well so I decided to order food in room but as per my company policy we’re not allowed to order we can go and hav buffet but I explain that I am not well to this person. He provided me full main course and that’s not enough I didn’t even ask him to give any dessert he himself sent that’s an amazing gesture 🫰🏻 Keep this good work Mukesh. We went here for a birthday party in a small hall. The hall was just sufficient to accommodate 25-30 people. Food was good and the service was great. The host had arranged the buffet for the guests. Comfortable location and worth the price. They also set up mic and speakers for additional service charge. It was a decent senior citizen birthday party.

Was visiting India and booked this place for 3 nights. The front desk lady Aman was a pain! Probably came from some 2 star homestay. The room service is a rip-off and lousy food too. The buffet staff was nice. I left the place one day early and found another place. There was no offer or enquiry as to why I left early either. Not going back.

Good for conferences and meetings. Their tangerine ballroom can easily accommodate 150-160 pax in round table with a decent sized stage.

The rooms are nice and the service is good. Will provide a very good breakfast in the morning. The only problem is with the location. Can't find even a small shop nearby if required to purchase any essentials.

I will give it 5 stars just because the rooms were just what I required. It's a good business hotel which has everything that you need and nothing unnecessary. The staff and the managers were extremely friendly as well.

I was stay of 3 Nights & 2 Day.s honestly impressed with everything from services to amenities and food services.

I went there for 2 day training. So can't comment on rooms, room services or other services offered by the Hotel. But whatever experience I had, was good. Except food. Food was ordinary.

The lemon tree is very much affordable with good quality consistent service. This particular locality has various pluses. This property has a very spacious and luxurious venue for organising marriage or any other events including office get together. The adjoining fox hotel is a plus for an affordable stay. This is away from hustle bustle and location at very quite yet easy approachable location. The quality of food and service is top notch.

Compact rooms. The hotel chain swears by sustainability, so much so that they won't even provide water drinking glasses in the room. I had to call the house keeping as well as the reception numerous times over 2 hours to get a glass to drink water in. After 2 hours I do get a single glass to drink water in. That too delivered by a physically challenged person who can neither hear nor reply back. I appreciate employing people with disabilities and have nothing against them taking care of service. In fact, it's a good way of silencing an angry guest. The food spread for the buffet breakfast is pretty oily. The in-house restaurant serves decent food and the service staff is attentive. Well, this might not be my choice again, at least for Gurgaon.

The rooms are very small. Services are the worst that I've seen in a hotel or in hospitality sector. They should reconsider flagging it as a 4 start hotel. The food here is great. That is perhaps the only thing holding this place together, in my opinion.

Poor wifi speed 450 kbps, very small rooms, require to place your card to use the elevator, horrible checkin process, horrible food, home food is better in taste... No qualities of a 4 star..misbehaving staff... An oyo room provides better service compare to lemon tree.

The staff is not cooperative . No visitors allowed. They have their own set of rules at the hotel which are not mentioned while making reservations.

We attended a wedding here. The venue looks good and is nice but servicing was really bad and so was the food. There were not many options in the menu (which is fine) but with what was available, it was all cold. Snacks were served cold. Dinner was cold. Rotis were cold. The amount they charged from the hosts per plate was so high for the service they provided. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody if you are looking for good food.

A no fuss stay and hotel. Good staff, average food and FNB a little expensive but that is understandable. No issues otherwise, staff accomodated all requests. This is a budget hotel so please keep expectations at that level. Location is unbeatable esp if you have work towards that side of Gurgaon. The area is still getting developed so bonus is the views you get if on a huger floor.

Attended a conference for two days and the food and service at the event was great. Staff was courteous and friendly.... The event venue was clean and perfect for a business meeting...

Best hotel for a stopover. Amazing room & best service. Only downside is the parking. If their front side has no parking then you have to park at the back. Although that is inside the hotel premises but still you have to walk a lot then. Also, if even the back parking is full then you have to park in the basement which looks a little spooky at night. Rest everything was fine.

We had a office meet at the Convention centre .Google Map helped me reach there..The conference room was quite spacious will all the amenities. Power went out for a few times with back up running..Basement parking was also provided from free which is really good...Lunch and snacks were quite good .Overall a good place to host office meet and conferences

Rude front desk person, No bellhop, no vallet, no proper guidelines for self parking. The security guy was helpful though. The only people who can give 5 stars to this place is they themselves. Pretty confident this is the worst place I've stayed till now.

The worst hotel I have visited... The security guard guided in the wrong lift and was stuck in the excluded staircase for 15 mins.. Really had to call security to evacuate. Apart from this incident the property is also poorly maintained which can be easily sensed by anyone. Not worth it at all.

We had gathered for a post convention party..... What fun ............... Food was yummilicios...... specially the amritsari fish tikka...... Can't comment on the rooms and service related, but food is a must try

Decent hotel for the price you pay. Taste of food is unbeatable from reputed 5 stars hotel as well. Staff is polite and services are good specially my driver who came for pick up and drop to airport Mr Sanjay is very helpful and nice.

Mr yogesh from transport services was very kind to be on time and very humble and helpful and Mr Narendra from housekeeping department made sure i had a comfortable stay in my room overall wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel last weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the view of the city from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for fine hospitality in a great location.
