Came back home after attending a angagement party here, it was a very good experience. So its located on floor of the and it has its separate entry, parking, are available. Food was so good, from starters to main course everything was so well cooked. Neat and clean ambiance and staff is very quick to respond and serve. Really luv the decor of engagement ceremony done on Classy and beautiful. it is very neat and clean and elegent. Very relaxing environment. Staff is cooperative and maintained well. Food is good but i wish there are less chillis in food items.

It was a horrible experience and i advise against booking this hotel. Me and my wife arrived at the property on 16th oct 2021 by booking through their website only to discover that the room was not having a bath tub contrary to the promise made by Mr. Pawan from sales. We still checked in and guess what the room's AC was not functional. Some electrician came and said it will take an hour for it to cool. That was it and AC never functioned properly. Adjusted with the fans but the horror continued. In the morning when i went to take a bathe none of the drains were working and it resulted in water logging. To get ready i took out the hair dryer and it was stuck in the drawer so i tried to free the wire and RECEIVED A PROPER ELECTRIC SHOCK had the fuse not blown on time i dont know what would have happened. Open wires were attached to the hair dryer. When we complained to the front office, the guy said we are operating for 10 years and you guys were upset about bath tub and thus making a fuss of everything. Although the manager was kind enough to listen and apologise but damage was already done. This was the worst experience that you can have and such mannerless staff.

The hotel is value for money. You will be get all the facilities which you expect. I would love to stay again in my future visit. Food is delicious. Staff is very good and cooperative. Location is very good and nice.Rooms are spacious neat and clean and hygienic

Third class property. No service at all. Luggage boy they don’t have, delivery boys they don’t have, ACs are not working in the rooms. That’s the reason this property is not getting any bookings. Because who comes once doesn’t come back here.

Great place to stay.Great food and soothing ambience. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and the house keeping made sure that everything was in order. Special shoutout to Nerias, Abhishek, Rohit , Arjun and Hrish for their hospitality. Overall a good experience. Will definitely come back again.

We stay here longer, as we wont at first, because it was so nice here. The rooms in this beautiful Haveli are very clean and comfortable, the bed was very good, the restaurant on the rooftop has very good and cheep food, the staff and the owner are very helpful, they help us, to by the bus tickets. They have also very good massage in the hotel. We feel us, like home.

I visited this amazing property of Savoy suites Manesar with my Friends. The booking and check-in process was really smooth. The hotel interiors are too good with exceptional hygiene standards. The staff here are extremely Helpful and courteous. I personally loved the view facing of my room. The balcony served a great view and rightfully the most relaxing spot. The rooms are well lit with all modern facilities

Super lovely suites offered for our 2 nights stay and very humble, soft spoken, helpful staff. Service is a tad delayed but we have no issues with that either since our rooms and infra was really very good. Food was warm, tasty, served well and very aptly priced. We loved & truly enjoyed our stay with our extended family here and would love to visit again. All the best Savoy team.

Best place to have a stay in manesar sec 1. Rooms are fabulous and the maintenance too. They also have complementary breakfast. The price of the food is a bit high. Opposite to suites there is a market and it's your choice. Availability of cabs 4 star

Was there for a dinner get together of 10+ people and was attended pleasingly & with utmost humility by Mr Ajay & Ms Nerias. They were pretty swift in attending to our asks/ orders. Food taste was simply great & satiating,chef was helpful as well given we wanted jain food too. Would highly recommend this..!!

Rooms are spacious and staff are cooperative at reception( vinay and anubhav)and room service staff...Ac is not effective...some plug board not work at desk to plug my laptop charges..... Suggestion: Daily check up the ac and other conditions effectively If family residing then you put some facial things (fair and lovely,deo or other) to attract customers... Discount for frequent visits to manesar customer....

It's such a horrible experience with this hotel. I'm coming first time to Manesar. I've felt like it is the worst part of my trip, that choosing a room in this hotel. The AC is not working for two days. This guys aren't responding, they're simply wasted my time. They're charging a lot but the response is very poor. Even highlighting this multiple times they've corrected this problem before I'm checking out. The service guy said the water flow valve was closed. I'm not sure how periodically they're doing maintenance. The ambience of the hotel is good but the hospitality from the management is very poor.

Lovely place to visit as well as for wedding functions. They are having rooms like 1bhk apartment with all the facilites available such as locker, iron table, iron, wifi, some kitchen essentials. Enjoyed the food too,north Indian as well as South Indian.

Dining experience was not up to the mark. Restaurant ambience was good but It took more than an hour after ordering food despite of restaurant was empty. No taste, quality of food was not good at all. Very limited options available in menu. Variety needs to be improved. Infact outside market restaurants are better than this. Would not recommend to anyone.

I said here for last night and it was very bad experience nobody's professional they are not supporting. As the just you not to book this hotel. While leaving I have to water bottles and I wanted to fill that bottle for my journey and there is used to fill and I want me to go to the hotel and fill by myself. When I check in the hotel the staff was very rude. In the breakfast time in the morning staff was not behaving good, The white sauce pasta was as cold As ice. Nobody has asked about how's the food is hand will you want anything in the cutlery was at the dining not that dining section. So I suggest not took this hotel as it is not worth.

Its actually a single bhk studio flat with great interiors and comfort with good view from room as well hall. Kitchen has all cooking accessories like Micro, elec stove, ref and mini kitchen bar counter . All these at a great value for money. Breakfast really nice with multicuisine varieties..Overall this is good place to stay like a home away from home...

We stayed for two days with kids and felt very bad about housekeeping and room service called several times for cleaning and maintenance of door lock but they didn't provide service. Very slow service... Food are not upto expectations. I don't recommend this for stay with family and kids because of no playing area for kids and swimming pool is in very small size. Nothing went upto the mark. 2 tv in the room but in our 2 day stay we couldn't use even 1 due to no recharge of the tata sky, Even after several complaints, no solution came out. Restaurant staff is just good for nothing, they'll pickup the call and say YES to everything and hardly care for anything. Trip went horrible due to the service, food and lot of small things. Good market is just opposite to roam around and have snacks and chatter patter. OYO Town house is even better than this property. Last month we had my younger wedding celebrations in Savoy Suites Manesar. It was two days functions and we had guests with different age groups. All the guests and us as family had a super amazing experience of stay, wedding, venue and food was an absolute delight. All the guests keep appreciating the quality of food and experience of stay.
