Prime location surrounded by excellent walk out streets. Property ambience is very good. Decent buffet in citrus cafe. The hospitality was great. There are many dumb and deaf candidates are working inside the property with different tag to identify themselves. Great to see this kinda initiative in the star property. Kudos to the management and other staff members for this enablement. Overall 👍🏻

The service level is pathetic and rates obnoxious even when the footfall is negligible. It was a huge mistake to stay in this hotel. Need to be avoided always

I stayed there for a week time. The chevron was smooth, the rooms were spacious for a single occupancy, well maintained though. The room service was quick, and appreciable. The breakfast was good, though choices were limited, the quality of food was good. Despite the above, I rate 3/5 because this Hotel is close to disco floors, pubs… the loud music is trouble in the night, and your sleep gets disturbed..! Everything else is fine. Perfect fit for the party people, I would say….

I had the worst stay ever. Services are not at all good. Rooms are very small and dull. Even the furniture was not good. They are very late with house keeping. Morning breakfast was not at all good. Even at the reception the person was not coordinating. I would never want to visit LEMON TREE again.

Good ambience. Decent food. Cozy and clean rooms. The only issue that I faced were that their business rooms are non-smoking and the exhaust of the bathroom wasn’t working. Overall, a good experience. Also, their in-room dining menu is quite limited especially for non-vegetarians like me. Buffet breakfast was good.

Looks like this property is on SELL and they only care about revenue to secure more fund and hardly care for customer service. 1. I booked the business suites and paid in advance for 3 days. Check in time is 2 PM and I reached few hour late due to flight delayed. I found receptionist saying, they marked my booking as No show without informing me and gave my room to somebody else and intentionally made double money. After having long argument, they alotted me room like store room which was full of dust 2. Housekeeping / receptionist , never answer your call 3. Room was like 500 rs OYO room, 4. Moreover receptionist has an audacity to say we don't have any room and I was like what about my booking ? Therefore please be careful before to book this property

Absolute nightmare. I never ever expected to have a hotel stay this bad. Witnessed a rat and two cockroaches. Not all of the food was out even after 15 minutes into the breakfast starting. Lots of built up gunk in the toilet bowl and showers. The wifi would disconnect if you move like 10 meters and specially when you leave any room. The AC wouldn’t work throughout my stay and had me sweating a major part of the day. Neither of the bed side outlets worked. Staff was good but the hotel it self wasn’t.

Nice location and nice co-operative staff. Ready to help even on request they extended check out time. Only issue I faced no wallet parking or hotel private working available. U have to park in open parking in front at your own risk.

Stayed here for 5 nights last week and it's deserving of 3.5 stars out of 5 from me, but certainly not 4. The good thing is that the rooms are nice, comfy bed, friendly staff and clean. The downsides were the keycards stopped working a few times, pool was closed for maintenance, food is good, but not incredible as well as turnaround time. Sometimes the food was really quick as well as drinks, others you were waiting ages so was really hit and miss from me. The worst thing however is the NOISE! I know where this is located but at 12pm - 2am you can barely sleep. You hear so much of it from the rooms it's like you're on the dance floor opposite and I'm really not exaggerating; sadly because of this, I would not stay here again. This is not a bad hotel at all, it's just an average one. (EDIT: Actually going to just rate this 3 star as I remebered that all the plugs I tried wer'nt giving full charging power to my phone; plus the internet was truly awful and would disconnect all of the time. Sorry to say, but this has just been my experience).

Terrible WiFi! Like you can’t even open a simple webpage half of the time. Also noise at night from the clubs nearby. Hotel should consider soundproofing the rooms since they’re right next to so many clubs

Worst hotel I can imagine that includes rooms, front desk, housekeeping, cleanliness & customer service, which they don't believe in. Extra Charges which they explain or gave me any kind of documentation and explanation was printer not working. There printer only didn't work for extra what they have charged, rest they can print out everything. Extremely worst staff at front desk including manager. Gave me smoking room when request and booked non-smoking room and very first night I got allergy and got sick during all my visit to India. They changed my room next evening where the night desk clerk promised me to do it early morning when the hotel was vacant. They move me to different floor where the renovation of the rooms was going on, fully dusty floor bad rooms bathroom was leaking have bad stains in bath tub and mats. Hairs all over bed and floor. Dusty floor. There's too much to mention but I don't want to get stressed again remembering that. Again worst of worst staff & cleanness. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Hopeless hotel with hopeless front-office staffs. Rooms were not alloted and upon arrival they manage room. I had to wait for more than 15mins at reception. Alloted room in smoking floor while my preferrence was non-smoking clearly mentioned in booking. There is a resturant at adjuscent property and till midnight it runs loud music. No sound cladding in rooms and literrlay I had sleepless nights for those 3 nights (11th to 13th Oct 2022) I stayed over there. Food quality specially south-indian dishes are pathetic at breakfast. On checking out, they made wrong invoicing (for first two night they have applied agreed discounted room rate while for third night they have charged full - I fail to understand what kind of "software bug" is this as explained by the front office staff on duty on 13th Oct 2022 morning 09:00 am). While paid them they assured that they will send the corrected invoice to my e-mail by next few hours. But I had to beg them for 3 to 4 days to get the same. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

Rooms are well maintained but they have started showing their age. Service is good and buffet is upto the mark. But there is no private parking space and one has to park their vehicle on the common parking ground just opposite to the hotel. So, it is not a big con but does impact the sense of security you get when you park within the hotel premise.

Stayed there for a week and absolutely love the place and the friendly and useful staff. The place was very clean. The staff very nice and the chef cooked such nice food. Chef khanna even shared a recipe as I was absolutely in love with the food. I have only good words for you guys. Thank you for looking after my dad and myself. Well definitely recommend this place.

Cancels the accommodation on the day of check-in citing some power outage etc., and doesn’t pick up phones for the whole day. Talk about importance of customer service in hospitality 🤖 My friend stayed in there during those 2-3 days without any issue 🙈 clearly, they came up with a reason for being oversold than their capacity..

Itinerary services are excellent!! Staff available at the restaurant is superb . Food provided is excellent. I would like to appreciate specially the Chef Gaurav Khanna for his special attention given to each one of us as per our preferences. We just felt at home 🏠 I would like to appreciate Sonu kumar & Prateek for his Room service😊..

Comfortable place to stay in Gurgaon. This was my second visit to the hotel. I travelled with my toddler. One of the worried of travelling with kid is food, but Chef Gaurav made sure that he get extremely nutritious home cooked food. He remembered us from our last visit and this time he knew exactly what my son liked. He also packed some food for our journey back. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had thanks to Chef Gaurav

liked a lot our stay in Lemon Tree Premier Hotel. Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is very good. Chef Gaurav Khanna cooks amazing dosa, perfect pancake and was super friendly. Next to hotel a lot of restaurants, nice area. I would come to this hotel again. Thank you

They are the most popular business hotel in Gurgaon. Rooms are of good quality for business travellers. May be family travelers find it of fewer amenities. Location is perfect and closer to both offices and chill out zones in the evening. The room service is decent. Their breakfast menu is very bad. After three days I had to go out for my breakfast. Their inhouse dining is very costly. No parking for private vehicles.

Location is very nice of hotel. Nearby many good pubs and restaurants available. It's near to most happening nightlife in Gurgaon. Food and breakfast was good. Room size ok. Not very far from airport. There are total 3 lemon tree Hotels nearby. I stayed in No. 1 which was OK considering deal I got on easemytrip.

Few items in food were very good. Best thing was that chef was personally moving around. But banquet service was pathetic. For everything we had to ask multiple times. For bar they charged hefty amount but there were no cocktail mixes, only soft drinks and juices. There was no crockery. There was shortage of tea cups and glasses. Many people were served alcohol in tea cups and then there were no cups left for tea/coffee. It was so embarrassing for us. Very ineffective AC. They reduced temperature to 16 degrees but still people were sweating. The room allocated was so far and inconvenient. First time we booked their banquet and very disappointed. I never expected this kind of service from lemon tree.

Visited the hotel today and it was not well kept at all. It has two buildings side by side.. Lawns had garbage and was poorly kept. The entry to one hotel was blocked and the main reception area was barren. The look of the hotel did not give us the courage to try it's restaurant. The rooms in the hotel had very old furniture and sub standard stuff.

Breakfast buffet was okay, not much options. Last day on checkout, on asking for a bottle of water they said it is chargeable, i dont think a hotel like Lemon Tree should not charge for a bottle of water.

Loved the vibes we got there . The pubs and bars nearby adds liveliness to the area !! The cherry on the top was the citrus cafe !! Lovely food and the coffee is just bang on !! Highly recommended for coffee lovers !! A must visit! I stayed there for 3 days and had every meal in the cafe !! Would love to visit again!!

The ambience was good. Cons: Rooms could have been better. There is no scope for air circulation as there's no fresh air mode in the AC. The body wash and shampoo are fixed and are not changed after a guest vacates the room. This is good for less consumption of plastic but it would have been better to have degradable satchets of shampoo and body wash. Billing is clumsy and there's no clear seggregation of room cost and tax, there is scope for improvement. Pros: Service was great 5 stars for service though, this hotel employs challenged people during nights which is a great initiative. Kudos to that. They have excellent laundry service.

Decent hotel located along side other lemon tree hotels. Personally, I liked LT Premier 2 more. All these hotels are co-located in Sector 29 which is also a party hub. Just opposite to hotel at walking distance are many bars and pubs. Sanitization and all was maintained at the hotel. Due to limited bookings, the breakfast buffet was not as lavish as is expected from LT brand. Rest all was fine and stay was comfortable.

Buffet was not there they are slowing room dine in. Room was not good insted of booking LTP1 you should go for lemon tree premier 2 it is far better than 1. They are charging for small things like dental kit and bathroom sleepers

The hotel is at an excellent location , uncrowded, green, quiet, and you will get the quality, no nonsense value you can expect at any lemon tree hotel . Book it blindly . It’s the best in this price bracket .

The hotel is very okayish in the price paid, the service is not very great, room was of decent size and clean but many basic amenities were lacking. There are better options available in the price I paid, however the only good point is that it is of walking distance to Sector 29. All the rooms are non smoking and they are not soundproof if anyone needed to know, we could hear everything from two rooms over.

Bad hotel.. room was not cleaned.. price is too much high...even they charge for toiletries.. breakfast not tasty.. all the rooms are same dirty.. bedsheet were also not cleaned
