The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing especually Mr Javid Manager .They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown .

Poor service, disappointing experience and non cooperative staff as well as owner. Will never recommend staying here to anyone. Selected this place after checking reviews online but very much disappointed experience staying at here, perhaps they have purchased good reviews.

Md is a great host. He really took care of us proactively changing our rooms by his own suggestion and also all the other staff were very helpful with room service. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Unhygienic place to stay. Booked a deluxe room but there was no kitchenette as they mentioned. Sometimes there was no running water. The receptionist won't inform you of anything unless you ask. I won't suggest this place at all.

This is the one of the worst experience of my life. I booked 1 room for my guests as I had organised an event nearby. As per policy the hotel doesn’t allow any visitors to guests which doesn’t make sense especially when all are close relatives and meeting after long time post Covid. I feel this is quite an insensitive policy of this hotel and quite embarrassing for us. We had to leave the hotel as it wasn’t working out. One good thing was that they returned my advance to close matter amicably Edited post owners reply: Sir, your staff has given you wrong information. There were around 40 people visited your hotel from our side and around 45 towels were used. Does this count satisfy you? In fact, all the towels available in your hotel were used by our guests and no more towels were left for other guests staying in your hotel.

I had been here few times. The first time the stay was wonderful. The staffs were very friendly and the room service was also good. I didn’t see the same level of service offered the next time. I had asked for cleaning my room but it wasn’t done for 2 days. Also the service was not upto the mark as compared to the previous time.

Service really poor . Rooms are dusty and bed mattress aren't good either . Had plans for staying for 4 days but had to change hotel on the same day of arrival, got no refund . Switched to hotel 91 just next to it , 100 times better and nearly same cost

Charges are very high in the name of Boutique hotel. Stayed in this hotel in 2022.Writing this review 2yrs later because one night they will randomly add you in a whatsapp group of random 250 people. Very unprofessional behaviour.

It was a great experience... My family had to stay here and Deepak was a great host. He made sure they were comfortable and made their stay worth it.... We received full cooperation from all staff members.... You should definitely visit this property for both short and long stays.

The hotel was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the Huda city centre.

The hotels rooms were good. The food was also very good, and the behavior of the manager (Mr Javid Mir) there was very good.I have also recommended to my friends .

Very clumsy room and unprofessional staff...i booked online through Goibibo 1864,later on the ask me for extra 500₹ for no reason on asking for the bill for the extra amount paid they denied and said we so bot give bills.. feeling scamed!not even 1 star very very bad service and poor rooms ..stay away and save your money ..avoid this hotel ..also the ambience is very bad rooms are scary.
