Nice place. Good food. Parking is also decent. Google maps might take you to the back of the location so be careful plus their was no signboard that I could see. It is a good mix of outdoor and indoor seating arrangement.

This place is a sudden breath of fresh air in the middle of populated city… It was a pleasant surprise to see a green and nice built resort with a super clean swimming pool… food undoubtedly was too good.. crispy veg and non veg snacks and meal was actually mouth watering… a great escape for city people in the middle of the city.. that’s the best part😍

Amongst many 3-4 stars around, this resorts stands out for its obvious reasons. They've got some nice space, good restaurants and amenities to top them all. Breakfast options were comparatively limited but food was good. Service was excellent so was the cleanliness of the property and rooms. Location stands out with nice approach. Overall, would certainly recommend.

All that shines is not gold ... is true about this place . I stayed 2 nights n I would not prefer this place again. They have pathetic rules and staff are very rude . They don't realize that they are in hospitality business n customer satisfaction should be their priority. Pool is eye candy but that's it , there are so many unnecessary rules for customers to follow like ; no photos or videography , only proper swim wear u can't afford to miss swim caps as they will charge extra 200 /- rs for the same . Room service was also pathetic , slow n non responsive . Management is the issue , even after paying I didn't njoy my stay so for me it was totally waste for money .

In my life ever worst experience with this resort, place is nice indeed. But this is not covering all over even most of the itmes are available in local shop better than they have but they have some shiitty, panner tikka role, less and pathetic starter. Also in the drinks beer is like lemon juice which is feel like drinking nonsense... don't go please 🥺.. I'm really disappointed as all over experience was disgusting . I was not alone so please expect same response from everyone who was there at party

The staff and their hospitality is very poor. They don't even smile at you. Rude behaviour and looks like they just are doing their job in pressure. No valet parking, to swim, you need swimming cap, if you don't have they will ask you to pay 200rs per person for it. And don't know why photography is not allowed near swimming pool. Useless rules. The grass around the rooms is not well maintained. Please note that they keep the swimming pool closed on Tuesdays. Really weird rules for a 4 star hotel.

Everything was above expectation. We went there with our 1 year old kid and there are lots amenities for baby's entertainment. We found the place fit for a quick getaway within the town and will definitely consider again. Cheers!!

We have a two day stay here. It’s just the first morning and the breakfast experience was pathetic. The service, staff and food was not up to the mark. At 10:15 we asked for some parathas and they served it very late and on asking for more since the taste was not satisfactory , they straight away denied the service stating that the breakfast time was over. Even the other breakfast items weren’t good and the service was even worse. Although, the overall ambience of the hotel is nice but there’s no point of it if the service is so disappointing.

With huge and sprawling campus it is one of the best resort in Gurugram which is ideal for marriage ceremonies and business trips . They have very good and comfortable rooms with scenic lawn views . Complimentary breakfast which is served here could have been better as the options and range is not so wide . A decent parking space with banquet hall and restaurant . Overall very nice for a comfortable stay .

The hotel didn't have any baggage checking machines whatsoever and the male guard forcibly opened my bag, they didn't have any female guard at the post and the male guard was rude enough to open my bag and check without even asking me. when i complained about the same, the front office executive Jyoti acted rudely. when i asked to speak to someone from the sales or management team, she mentioned that it's a club and everyone is on leave and she gave same argument for the unavailability of the baggage checking machines. you should not open the gates of you property to non-members unless you wish treat them well. Mind you, it was a paid visit not a free one where you can treat a guest however you please. i would like to take this to the legal team.

A beautiful destination to spend your weekends and holidays. The staffs are kind and reach out to our needs accordingly. Foods were one of my favs. delights. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing moment, the destination is just the kind. The lawn and front yard were quite the shot for the seasons. The only regret would be the non-functionality of the Pool.

Architecture of the property is very attractive, for a moment it looks that we are in a country outside India. Location is added advantage, ample space for parking .Food is also O.K . Overall Satisfactory and recommended for functions.

Rooms are large and with a vintage style that gives them a certain charm. However a better maintenance would be required. Prémices has a pool and fountains. You could imagine a peaceful place unless there is a party under your window with very very loud music And that the staff did not even bother warning you. I was here for a business trip and having good night sleep was essential for me. I will probably won’t come back here. Staff is ok, the pub is nice for drinks and snacks, breakfast is average.

Tasty food, however slow and poor service. Also, the food menu has stayed same for several years - make changes and experiment with new dishes that guests may want to have.

1. Facilities in room are not good. 2. Huge small comes in a bathroom towel. Hand towel was not provided by them. 3. staff is not much cooperative. 4. receptionist is not allowing to talk with senior person. 5. there was no buffet. so many restrictions in food order during dinner. 6. I have ordered for water bottle in the early morning but they forcing me to pay amount immediately. 7. there was two single mattress on double bed. quality of mattresses pathetic.

The location is great, the property is very beautiful. But the service, management, and stupid rules makes for a somewhat frustrating experience. We had organized our wedding in this resort back in 2021. We initially wanted to book about 15 rooms at this property, with 15 more at the neighboring hotel for our guests. The receptionist/hotel manager was very rude. Since we were booking so many rooms, we had initially agreed for a price of Rs 5k per room per night. We would have booked the rooms for 2 nights (very small rooms). Later, the management (which saw our excitement), told us that we have to pay Rs 8k per room per night. They thought that we will go ahead with the deal (thinking we dont have an alternative). We then went with only 5 rooms and booked more rooms in the neighboring hotel. Thank god this happened, because the rooms we booked were not very satisfactory for a '4 or 5 star hotel'. One of the rooms we had booked, was smelling of a dead rat. Another thing was the useage of a hall which was in the hotel building. Other things which were a little out of place were the so many *RULES*. The girl's side family wanted to use a hall for a very short puja. When they found out, they sent 5-6 staff and put plants in the small hall so that we are obstructed from doing our puja. They forced us out of the room. This did not feel like hospitality in any way. Some of the good things- The property is well maintained, looks rich. The food can also said to be good. Suggestion- You have a very good property. Rules should be in place, understandable, but also be courteous and friendly while dealing with guests.

The staff is not very professional and courteous, especially the people at reception. No valet parking. Buildings having rooms till 2nd floor don't have lift. Rooms don't have wifi, instead they have given ethernet cables. Bathrooms and towels are not very clean. They don't have and are not even aware what a kids menu is.

I went on 13 nov 2023 with my wife This is one of the best resort in Gurgaon.Luxurious room with n number of amenities and facilities. Dinner was awesomely delicious and breakfast was amazing with ample number of varieties.pool is so beautiful. Gym , squash, tennis court, billiards are extremely wonderful. Hospitality and management was upto the mark and they are kind and sweet. Extra care. The lawn area outside are luxurious. Amazing experience.

Ambience of this resort is superb ....I was here for new year stay with gala dinner ...dinner was quite Impressive but bf was so so so bad even though they closed the buffet around 10.30 variety was very very less even all varieties were too cold with 0 freshness I would not recommend this resort specially for with food option yeah for one night stay it's good you can enjoy the Ambience and also bathtub was so small ....1 star rating for food , 3.5 for resort

This is my favourite place. Amazing atmosphere and food. We generally go there for winter brunch. But it’s for members only

Its a good property but very strict rules which are not mentioned on the booking sites.. no cameras or blutooth speakers are allowed inside. No camera near the Swimming pool. Need to buy cap and costume from them. Pool time is limited if it is crowed. Rooms are very small. Though bath tubs are available .
