The rooms are big bt not worth 4 thousand .Oyo townhouse quality in everything. I was staying in nemesia checked out because wanted a cheap hotel booked it for almost same amount of money paid as nemesia bt the rooms were not 10% of what I thought would be reading the reviews. Go for a cheaper option rooms like this is available in every second hotel.

Had an overnight stay here recently, and the stay was smooth. The room was decent with a roadside view, but the service was not that proper, they provided toiletries and water bottles only after we asked them. But otherwise the place is good, with some good interior done. The breakfast was good with a good variety of options but was understaffed.

Everything was perfect except the location...but overall front desk guys Ali and hariom were good ...the key cafe guys doesn't even take 5 mint to deliver the service ...that's the fantastic part,,apart from that food and break having the best taste ever

The availability of hot water is inconsistent, requiring guests to request it, which can result in a 25-minute wait. There are instances when they fail to activate it, leading to further inconvenience for guests who must repeatedly follow up for such a basic necessity. Upon my arrival, I requested a change of bedsheets due to their unclean state. However, the hotel lacks 24/7 housekeeping services, so my request was denied. I was informed that I would have to wait until 7 AM the following morning to have the bedsheets changed, even though they were already dirty upon my arrival. Additionally, the hotel's staff lacks proper training. Only a few individuals in formal attire seem to be present, with little motivation to provide adequate service and a tendency to pass the time without attending to guests' needs.

The hotel was good. Food was tasty. Staff was very curtious and helpful. Overall the experience was really great. Stayed with a kid and she enjoyed it too.

This review of Keys Lite Mayfield is delayed by almost a year. As a Platinum Member of Lemon Tree Hotels, we usually stay at the group hotels on our various trips around the country. Since 2017 we have spent every Diwali (except in 2020) at the Red Fox Hotel, Sector 60, Gurgaon, but for a change, in 2021 we decided to try out the Keys Lite Mayfield Gurgaon for a change. For the booking we contacted the Manager Mr. Gokul who completed the formalities in a jiffy and even offered a great deal for our long stay. We hardly knew at that time that our stay at Keys would be the best ever. Location- Located in the busy Sector 51, the Hotel is bang on the Nirvana Road just opposite the Baani Square Mall and just 1 km from Good Earth City Centre, both known as food and shopping hubs. Our fondness for Bengali Food is satisfied by the multiple restaurants in the vicinity. Though it is within stone throw distance from the main road, there is hardly any noise pollution, probably on account of the innumerable trees that line the streets. Rooms- We were allotted the room on the ground floor just beside the lobby. It was huge by any standards and quite spacious even after the extra bed due to our triple occupancy. The well stocked washroom too was large with a bathtub, which we never used. Cleanliness was top notch and fresh clean towels were provided on every single day along with change of bedsheets. The central AC was comforting. The hotel also has ample open parking space for 5-6 cars. Food- Keys Lite Gurgaon is praised by guests mostly for the fresh food that is prepared in-house. Based on the occupancy the homely spread of 4-5 dishes are prepared for breakfast. The menu was different every day and having it in the small restaurant on the top floor accessed by a small lift, was a wonderful experience. We didn’t order any room service so cannot say much about the same, but in terms of taste and freshness of the breakfast, Keys Gurgaon poses a stiff challenge to any premium hotel. Service- What prompted me to write this lengthy review is the quality of service and the competence of the staff, who are multi-talented. Even though there was shortage of staff on account of the Diwali, there was no let down in quality of service. The staff members manning the Reception were chipping in with the Housekeeping, the Restaurant and also in beautifully decorating the hotel for Diwali, all the while with a smile on their faces. Such things happen when the Leader leads from the front and employees consider the workplace, their home. All in all the Keys team felt like family and we felt happy to share sweets with the team on the eve of Diwali. On Diwali Mr. Gokul paid a visit to our room with a big box of sweets and some discount coupons for future stays. In conclusion I would like to say that when I booked Keys Lite Mayfield, I never expected such a brilliant experience, though based on my more than 70 plus stays at Lemon Tree Hotels, I knew that it would be every penny worth. What I had not expected was the top notch service. This year I am again planning to stay at Keys Lite Mayfield during the Durga Puja holidays.

Accommodation is not worth 3800/- charged for a night. 1. There is a lot of seepage in room with plaster coming off. 2. Quality of hand towel can be judged from the attached picture 3. There is a huge gap in the curtain on bathroom window which is a major privacy issue 4. They don't keep a soap at the wash basin. When I asked for one, a security guard brought two dispensers with shampoo and moisturizer. Probably the receptionist also did not understand or convey what a soap is. The guard went and finally brought a soap. 5. The breakfast was absolutely cold. The induction cookers below each dish were switched off. Both the dispensers on table had salt. On being asked for pepper, the service guy looked for it and then brought sachets. 6. At the time of checkout I asked for a copy of invoice and they refused saying it is already paid. On insisting the receptionist woke up a manager and he said finance people will generate invoice once they come on duty and he will send by whatsapp. It was already 9am and the accounts guy had not turned up. What kind of excuse is this?? Again on insisting, the manager gave the invoice. A decent hotel location with a good room size is unprofessionally managed.

To find a budget stay in Gurgaon is difficult. But keys Lite Mayfield is a place with luxurious rooms, car parking and comfortable beds. The rooms are neat and tidy. They take good care of hygiene. Also the hotel staff are well mannered and helpful. Go ahead to book this place to experience!!!

Found the staff super friendly but wasn't impressed with the room maintenance. Some interior seems to have cracks and broken. Room cleaning was to the point.
