Not good experience. Don’t confuse it’s not 3 star hotel… Bathroom leakage & drainage problem, Tea kettle not cleaned which is used by someone. Paint falling. Curtains not clean- fungus grows on it, Spitted by someone as it is. Old towels. Less bath space. Breakfast not good. Fruit cut not fresh. Late food delivery. Staff expect Tip-as per their behaviour.

I haven't been to a worse hotel than this till date. The 24/7 room service or customer support, they are proud about, is a big joke. The hotel does not even have a first aid kit in case of emergencies. We weren't provided with even the basic necessary items like slippers. Half of the toiletries were missing, and the other half were half empty. We asked for water bottles, and were told to pick those bottles ourselves from the reception. Whenever we called reception for anything at night, we just received one answer that "abhi kuch nhi hai....kal milega". Such a pathetic experience at a hotel located at a prime location is quite shocking.

Had a fabulous experience.. Good service and pleasant environment. Room was nice and ofcourse one of the cleanest hotel. It's a good place to go.

Fantabulous experience in the cyber hub space of of Gurugram. This hotel is the good for stay. The view is great for all the rooms and staff is friendly. The food is also good and buffet breakfast and dinner should try.

The place is extremely bad. It doesn't deserve a single star. I can't explain in words how dirty and disappointing it was. It was too much for the amount we paid. It was worse than an Oyo room. The rooms are small. The corridors and window panes are dirty. There was garbage and dirty bags/ towels kept randomly in the corridor throughout the day The service was terrible and extremely delayed. The have no arrangements for electricity back up. It was raining and the electricity conked off at 4am, there was no back up till 9am. Phone lines were disconnected.. Lift wasn't working Due to heavy rains the water came inside our rooms, on all four sides of the bed and couch area. There was no house keeping for hours. We used washroom towels to wipe the floor and help ourselves The breakfast was done in dingy room, pitch dark honestly. On requesting our money back, they didn't pay heed. Extremely insensitive They are not even worth 1k per night!

Location is excellent. Though there is no sign board outside. So it became a bit diff to find out , ultimately we happened to ask the guard n he Helped . A walking distance from cyber hub . U move out n walk towards ur left , in 2 mins cyber hub back gates are there . Rooms are clean . Service is very good . Staff is helpful. They have personal geezer in every room . Rooms are well lit . Its in a residential colony .

I stayed in this hotel for 14days without any kind of fear..all the staff members are really really good...I will surely stay in this hotel wheneva I plan to visit Delhi...thank you so much for your warm hospitality..

I chose this property due to proximity to my office. Whole of DLF cyber city is accessible from here (on foot and rapid metro). Food is decent. Rooms are spacious and quite clean. You have choice of ordering food from outside or use their in-room dining.

Location, Place & staff is quite good. Rooms are spacious, clean and also if you order something from Zomato or Domino's, the delivery person can easily deliver the food at your door (Room). A bit of problem is the road is nearby...maybe you feel a bit noisy sometime. Rest everything is perfect.

Rooms ok satisfactory , but seriously hotel to think over for replacement of ACs and their mattresses which can affect CS. Rest Service Nd food was good .

I am from NCR only and I found this hotel the most difficult place to locate in Cyber City Gurugram, I took three rounds of drive in cyber city to finally locate this place. The landmark is to take a U turn in the cyber city underpass and the hotel entrance comes immediately left on the exit mouth of the underpass which is really difficult to locate. Keep your vehicle at dead slow speed at U turn exit mouth, else you will miss to notice the entrance BLACK GATE and you have to circle back. Google Maps will confuse you only.

Don't spend your hard earned money in this garbage hotel. Spider webs can be found around all the corners of the room. Floors were not cleaned properly. The food taste is below average. Hotel service is zero but in every 5 mins Receptionist will call you to say please ask the visitors to vacate the room in 30 mins.

Checked in Inde Hotel for a couple of nights on office trip. The USP of the hotel is it's proximity to cybercity. Most of the offices of IT companies are at a walking distance. Food (I am a vegetarian) was good. Charges for breakfast and one meal were built in the room price. Rooms were spacious. All in all, I would endorse it..

I stayed at Inde Hotel for 4 days and I'm happy to rate it 5 stars. Clean & well maintained rooms, courteous staff, room service & guards, excellent food - both South & North Indian dishes. Check-in & check-out experience was hassle-free. If you're looking for the best value for money hotel with a premium feel near Cybercity, this is it. Definitely, I would choose to stay here again.

Worst hotel experience ever. No parking space, you have to park infront of hotel gate. No security of your parked vehicle. Some one stolen my bike mirror but they fails to catch and capture in CCTV. They are charging 350 for breakfast and every day you will get potato in breakfast. You will get better chhole kulche from street hawker. Towel are too old and their colour become grey from white.

I stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Breakfast served was just too good. The property is excellent and other amenities are great as well. Will recommend.

If you have got work in and around CyberCity this hotel scores 4 stars but other than that it is just another below average hotel. The rooms looks okay but the mattress is just bad. The breakfast is terrible but the food ordered in the room is still okay. Speaking of the service they are just below average. The staff is not friendly. Also do carry any and all toiletries that you would require. The towels provided is too old so carrying one will be a good idea. The worst thing is when you ask for water(ro/filter) it doesn't get delivered to your room even after an hour. They said you should have ordered the bottled water.

It's awesome location if you love Infrastructure + Nature. It has combination of both, in a residential area with greenary around and huge Cyber Hub surrounded! Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. It's a normal hotel and not a Chain Group Hotel. Food tastes yummy, specially South Indian! Hotel Toiletries are well provided. And room amenities are good for a short stay.! Cleanliness is Good & no hot water problem alike many other hotels. They have individual geyser and not solar which never works. Restaurant has reading facility and looks like a designer cafe! Book it if you a get agood deal!
