I would have preferred 3.5 stars..... Balcony rooms are spacious and especially their bathroom but the interior of the room in which I stayed needs to be maintained a bit. Otherwise it was not a bad stay.

It was a sweet memory for me. Its location and environment is very nice. Room quality is also good. But i think the management should be more caring. They are miser in providing toilet tissue, facial tissue, shampoo, hand wash. They should improve it.

Had good experience there. Rooms are nice with quite spacious washroom (one of the best part), food is also nice but need to add more items in the menu. Need to improve room service. Its best place for guests for weddings or any big gathering functions.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting gurgaon. Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic. A wonderful experience of staying here, this is bascially a 4 and 5 bhk flats in the apartment which is converted into room but the room is awsome, everything is good location, connectivity, nearby best hospital MEDANTA, quality of breakfast must be improved. But i would rate 4.8/5

The manager dhirendra is really annoying person.He literally wasted my time inspite pre booking,when i landed to gurgaon.All rooms were vacant,but still he was not allowing to check in.He is rude arrogant and doesnt know,how to talk to client.

Very rude staff. They are doing construction work and drilling inside the gazebo and not giving a damn to the already occupied rooms. They don’t care if the people already residing in the rooms are getting disturbed. On complaining to the manager, he says it is what it is.

Great stay at the hotel for 5 nights from 8.12.2023 to 13.12.2023. Staffs are very friendly & responsive for the smallest needs of their guests. Room was quite spacious. Bedsheets & linens are neat & clean. Food is healthy & tasty. Overall a great stay.

Easy accessible from the main road and having a good parking space. I came for a business visit. Rooms are not very spacious for the price of being paid. The food tastes good at an affordable price. The room dining is good and the restaurant is open up to 11:30pm is noteworthy. Can be opted if no options are available.

The room was not worth its money. we paid 7k for two days and was given a shared suite. The bedsheets weren't clean, The all over ambience of the room was pathetic. Food was okay at best. They refused to extend our stay, The staff was very annoying. Wouldn't recommend staying if you are paying this much.

Very clean and neat rooms, easy to access at sector 32. Very close to city heights and food is good. But only veg is available. Friendly staffs.

I booked this hotel for 12 days with breakfast+ 1 meal included plan. My stay was one of the worst experience. Problems faced are: In first room, there was water coming out from bathroom sink, which was used in other rooms. That was making whole bathroom floor unhygienic and dirty. When I complained about it, the reception/housekeeping staff didn't address it first, after pressing for some time, I was allowed to change the room. In second room, there was issue with electrical circuit boards, I couldn't use few of the sockets as it may have damaged my laptop. I was asked to change my room by reception because of new guests, I complied, but in new room (third), there were other issues. The cupboards in the room were placed in a bathroom. I dont know how they expected me to keep all my stuff in a bathroom. Even in bathroom, the flush wasn't working properly. Now coming to food part: In my plan, one free meal along with breakfast was included. But there was cap of 275 on free meal everyday. At the same time almost all items on the menu were priced above rs. 200. So I was left with options of veg thali or shahi veg thali. In breakfast, there was buffet option, but items present in buffet were very less. The dining area was so small, that it couldn't accomodate 10 tables. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Very good one night stay. Awesome rooms. Only drawback was less variety in breakfast buffet. Otherwise Hotel is a wonderful place.
