People are courteous when checking in, not really when checking out. Hence when in Gurgaon, you better find another place.

We booked luxury suite which was good. The room was clean but certain things needed attention like tv was not working as the subscription expired and washroom was not very clean. We were provided with just 1 towel even when we booked for 2 people, hot water tap was also not working. Getting so many things sorted after long tiring journey was bit irritating. Still overall experience was good. (Food served was homely- another positive)

The place feels like home! Its spacious and the service is very welcoming. Doesn’t feel like you are away from home. Also medanta is very close so that solved our purpose too. We stayed for about 15 days. I would surely recommend.

I found them to be the best serviced apartments in town. Friendly staff, good custom made food make it the ideal place to stay. Like to thank Danish and his team for warm hospitality and always willing to help. We stayed here for 25 days.. kids also loved it.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, it is good with a clean room and clean washroom. But that's about all there is. I booked a so called 'mini suite ' but it turned out to be just a room with a bath. Do not expect any other facility. Food comes from a different property they supposedly have in the vicinity and because it is cold winter season right now , the food was cold by the time it reached us and it was quite a dampener.

It was my first ever experience to visit India. I was travelling alone and because of this fact, I was quite nervous. I arrived in Delhi and had already booked my accommodation with when in Gurgaon suites before I arrived. The staff were extremely helpful in getting me a taxi from the airport. Mr Anish Thakur was the front office manager and he attended to me with a very friendly manner and was extremely helpful during my stay. I wanted to do a tour of Delhi and the owner Mr Altaf Ahmed arranged everything for me taking great care with incorporating all the locations that I intended to visit in the day tour. The whole experience at when in Gurgaon suites was a superb introduction into the hearts and minds of the people of India. I will definitely reccommend this place to any first time travellers or anyone for that matter.

A 2 day stay for a birthday which was marred by one problem after the other. An electricity problem which the guests were told nothing about led to my plugged in device going up in smoke due to the overload, which included a smartwatch, Alexa smart speakers and my laptop. Random bulbs and AC inside my room also burst, and even then we had no intimation about what was happening. While the staff was friendly, it is just unacceptable that I had to endure a financial loss of more than Rs.30,000 without any repercussions for the hotel. Trust me, I even had to pay money to the hotel after this situation. The management of this situation was just immature and reckless as they first moved us to a higher floor, before asking us to shift again to a new property at 1am. We had to move our heavy luggage up and down 3 floors as there was no electricity to use the lifts. If that wasn't enough, the new property we moved to had a bug problem in the washrooms, where we couldn't even stand without stepping on a bug. I mean I would have requested a full refund if it was on me. But this should not happen in what seemed like a well run hotel.

My family always resides in When in Gurgaon when we are here for holiday trips or for medical check-ups. I have tried several places in vicinity of Med City but this place out beats other by class, ambience, location, service and hospitality. Rooms are spacious, price are just about right. Food is good. Anish, Front Office Manager, has been wonderful help with great attitude. He has been our quick solution for everything we need and has made our stay very pleasant and worthwhile. This also goes for other staff members as well.
