Very Bad staff when i give 3 star review The reception manger declined me to give me room again. for the bad review poor oyo very bad Room services even No clean towels . yelloish bedsheets. un reasanable charge of kitchen. (it applicable when food quality is fine but nothing like this) Even they charge 30 of drinking water bottle of Mrp 20 They have no right for this. Am a regular costomer of this oyo but i really feel when the manager say this to me i always put 5 star to my rating but one day i feel 3 star to this then they call me and argue me for this low rating and say not to provide me room again. it is my review and my point of view Really bad staff never go there you guyz have many option if u go another oyo near to it.

Bad service Bad staaf Hotel is not only to provide room They also have to provide service. This oyo is fine but they have no right to argue to give them 5 star it's all up to me Really bad I never expected this .service from oyo It is ok oyo have low charges and easy booking but oyo have to check out what they guys do with oyo image.

The rooms were just fine. The hotel is easy to find. You can find almost everything near hotel. There's something I would like to tell everyone about thr hotel. The service is super poor. They don't have proper functioning. I had to go outside at the reception to tell ask then for things I needed. The phone wasn't working. The breakfast was complimentary which they served me after I almost died out of hunger and that too after begging them almost 10 times. They don't even have mineral water. No restaurant. They order food through swiggy/zomato on our behalf. I'm sorry to say but I am never going back there again. The staff people were nice and the room too. But the services they provided sucks. And there's something I forgot to mention, There were ants in the bathroom. Nobody came to clean the room and I used the same towel for one night and thr next morning.

A better place to stay near Cyber Park. The rooms are clean and kept tidy. Price justifies for the stay of two. A bit overpriced for a single person. But following the room condition its affordable. It is around 4km away from the main huda city centre metro station. You can take auto or can reach the hotel by shared auto which takes 10 bucks. At a manageable distance you will have restaurants from Cyber Park. Else you can order foof online and have it delivered to the hotel.

Booked a room , confirmed property owner via phone for my late check-in after mid night..he refused to accept booking as reached property and apart from this no one was available at the property to receive guests !! I kept on banging door for half an hr but no one came and when I called Oyo customer care they told me that they will take it as feedback that's it and in the name of compensation they promised me to give 200 off on my next booking !! And what about the extra price that I paid for new booking in different hotel ? Who will compensate that? It was really never expected from such a big brand. You must give full compensation of the difference. Request everyone to double check if you are doing late check-in in this property !! I hope no one else faces same issue !!

Very neat and clean property. Staffs are polite and you feel like home.

Very bad experience. Room service is bad. Rooms stay very dirty. In 5 days stay, bed sheets and covers changed only once. Bathroom cleaner only once. Toilet spray was fluctuating in working. Breakfast served in unclean utensils especially tea cups were dripping tea all over. Worst thing was that in the the complimentary breakfast , tea was charged.

Pathetic experience!! The receptionist took my mobile to check booking while checkout and himself rated it 5*. The service is damn slow, took 1 hr to arrange for extra bed and 4-5 calls of followup! The AC Remote doesn't have cells, they serve food for 3 on room service in 1 plate, 1 bowl and 1 spoon. Rude staff. Would never suggest to visit this place!! Very bad experience!!

VERY DISGUSTING OYO. Caretaker don't have manner how to talk to their customers. Even he was drunk and misbehaving with us. 0℅ cooperative with customers. They charge extra for staying in the name of tax. Also no food and beverages are allowed from outside (zomato, swiggy, etc..) The food they serve is very bad 👎👎. Even he knocked our room twice when he was drunk and this is ridiculous 👿👎how can some one do this. unprofessional staff. Washrooms taps were not working. Everyone has their priority and without no reason he knocked our room. I will not suggest this OYO to anyone. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND 👎👎👎👎👎👎 I wish I could write more about this but i don't have any words. I think this is enough. Thanks for your annoying service.🙏
