BOOKED HOTEL ROOMS AND CATERING FOR A FAMILY GATHERING rooms were excellent, premises was clean, rates were reasonable food quality was just average, but KITCHEN/BUFFET SERVICE WAS PATHETIC – uncoordinated, had to self-manage the labour guys, snacks were 50 min late vs. agreed time of 6 PM, breakfast was 30 min late vs. agreed time of 8 AM, guests had to wait for too long for refill/repeat service, soup/tea/coffee/cold drink was served in paper cups, served snacks in paper plates - took 10 min to fight for proper quarter plates, no forks, oversized spoons, had to count and ask for missing items from the buffet - e.g., ice cream wasn't served till asked, not all bread type offered – many had wrapped their plates by then, had to ask multiple times for basic items such as ketchup and tissue paper

Despite the fact that this place is advertised as a 3 star hotel, it did not quite feel like it. The location isn't very central and the rooms are pretty basic although my "Deluxe twin" room had its wall peeling off from a few places. The breakfast was ok.

The location of the hotel, is easy accessible. The service and staff do not seem to be prepared for hospitality or customer service. Breakfast is made ready after 8.30 am . A 9 inch spoon is available to eat cornflakes from a 3 inch dia bowl. The plates for room service are neither cleared in the day or during the nights. They are left outside doors, wonder why. When you call for housekeeping a staff will come. If you ask him to bring something, he will tell you to dial 9. We had expected better. Payments taken in advance at check in.

We booked our hotel on new year, staff denied check-in and refused to cancel our online booking based on local IDs. I have not seen such fraud hospitality in entire Delhi NCR region. Pity on owner!!

The rooms are big but not well maintained. The staff is very well trained, courteous and helpful. There is no detailing in what they are doing. There is no elevator but a poster is put up for safety. Incomplete tea coffee amenities. The directions on Google maps take you on a parallel road which is non paved. The hotel management should do something to help guests use correct road to reach.

Ok, rooms and service are okay- nothing exceptional. Parking is on the road. They have a strict no-unmarried couples policy.

Functional place. It's a large house with 20 rooms so if your intention is only to have a room it's fine. It has no restaurant but they do service fixed menu thali for lunch and dinner.

The complimentary wifi was the fast and reliable allowing me to stay connected throughout.

Rooms are good n wifi is good, just the staff are not very supportive n hospitality very poor.. breakfast is free n in room treebo paper says free breakfast in room or in thier restaurant but thier staff when i asked to get just one plate of breakfast stuff they say if in room it's 250rs extra...even after staying there for 4days n when i am checking out i asked for 1pm checkout so they said pay 500rs extra or checkout before 11am..even though thier many rooms are empty as i heard from maintenance team as many having ac issue so they need to fix them...no lift in hotel..

Walls need a serious touch up. Otherwise staff are good. Location is great. Food options although limited are tasty.

Poor quality breakfast. If you are Non veg lover pls do not stay. Service is poor. Very money minded staff. They will take money before check out. Treebo Hotel not that matured as they have charges tarrifs from customer. Stayed for 5 Nights due to work location. Breakfast was terrible. I will not recommend for others. Asked for wifi at beginning but shared later.

As a solo traveler, I found this hotel to be a great choice. The room was cozy and well-appointed, offering a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was convenient, with several attractions and dining options within walking distance. While the staff were generally friendly, I did encounter a minor hiccup with room service. Nonetheless, it didn't significantly affect my overall experience. I would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travelers seeking a pleasant stay.

We booked this hotel for pre-Marriage/Haldi ceremony for 3 days. I would like to thank the hotel and especially mehboob Ji (the hotel manager) for fantastic service and arrangment provided to us for our guests stay and haldi functions. All our guests were extremely happy especially by cooperation provided by. Also the quality and taste of food was also very good. Awesome facilities and location for carrying out small pre-wedding/ haldi ceremonies. 5 star service

limited number of water bottles, only two small water bottles were provided in the room if we ask for water bottles it was chargable. Receptionist behaviour was pathetic, the guy who took our checkin was very slow and at the time of checkout the person who took our checkout was disgusting he doesn’t know how to talk with guests. he speaks in a very rude manner with us very pathetic staff.

Rooms are neat and clean. Service is very good. Dinner and breakfast was on point.I had a very good experience staying there.

Staff is unprofessional and untrained. Plumbing in the washroom is broken,. You're better off skipping breakfast buffet, it is a disaster. Dinning area is a breeding ground for flies, not enough tables to accomodate guests. No lift in the hotel.
