    Everything is good enough but the things you need to improve, that is hospitality services. I think you should teach your staff and management how to deal with the customers, how to be polite on every question and how should they answer, especially by leaving their attitude behind. Apart from this, they should be punctual. I asked for the dinner if it can be arranged, they denied and asked me to place an online order from any nearest restaurants. I ordered and the food was delievered within 15-20 minutes. I asked the your staff members to deliver the plates and bows in my room, and they took forever to deliver it. I waited for more than 45 minutes to get the plates and bowls, even I had to walk through to recieve the plates from the reception area. Despite they make any nice excuse to satisfy my anger, they said, every of the staff member were having dinner. I do respect and would love to wait if someone is having their dinner but how they took 45 minutes to complete a single task. Please improve this issues so I can change my point of view and can change my review rating acordingly. Thanks.

    Property is not well maintained. Reception manager who goes by name "Golu" is a experienced liar. Glass door of rooms cannot be locked and any body can open it from outside as keys of those doors are not available. Kitchen at basement is dirty. Be attentive and make sure details of yours are correctly entered before signing in visitor register as they enter fake details in it.

    Property with worst service.. Firstly, they won't entertain bookings via any booking app (Agoda, OYO, MMT, Goibibo etc.) and would deny the check-in which eventually would require you to contact the booking partner's customer care and the whole process would waste your time (forget about any urgency, if any) and you might be needed to pay some extra bucks to hotel manager at the property (like some bribe) to get your booking confirmed. Moreover, no toiletries were provided and staff would make excuses even if you'd ask for towel/shampoo (forget about extra pair of toiletries ;p) Even the breakfast was not served since the cook was not available and each and every person (from other rooms) complained about same to the manager but nothing was arranged. The room television would play only free to air channels, no subscriptions were available (forget about Prime/Netflix).. We had India vs Srilanka T20I and we had to watch the same on our mobiles. Can't expect anything worse than what i experienced here..

    One of the best hotels in Gurgaon, staff was very polite, food was good and homely. Rooms were clean. Hotel price rates are moderate.. Hotel surrounding area is very safe.. Even one can go for a morning walk.. and walkable distance to Medanta Hospital..

    i booked the hotel via Oyo, but when i reached there they refused to check-in and after asking them the reason they told me that Oyo doesn't pay enough tariff to them, i shared the same thing with Oyo and their executive agreed to pay more tariff but now, the manager again refused to check-in and said that we'll not give the room and wasted my 1 hour there, I don't know what's wrong with the manager but that was the vulgar behaviour by the manager.

    Hotel management is absurd. They harass you if you have an online booking. I saw them practically blackmailing a couple to pay more who booked through OYO. When I made their complaint they forced me physically to leave the hotel

    The staffs are friendly. The rooms are nice. The stay is worth your cost. I suggest this place to everyone. Don't forget to taste the Food.

    Poor is small word for oyo they are cheaters I had to pay for complimentary breakfast no one at oyo is bothered to resolve

    1. I booked two rooms, in one room fan was not working, in other room they didn't had an AC remote, they arranged it after sometime. Rooms were just okay, service was bad. 2. They charged extra for the breakfast at the time of check-in, when next morning I asked for breakfast, he said they only serve Paratha in breakfast for anything else I have to pay. I asked him why he didn't told me this at the time of check-in, they didn't responded and simply ignored me.

    Worst hotel in gurgaon.. very rude behaviour of hotel staff and the owner..we booked through Oyo app and they denied check-in and forced us to leave the hotel.. the hotel owner was very rude that he started shouting and unfortunately we called the police... As far as rooms are concerned, we asked several times for a quilt but they didn't provide us , we were shivering in their cold rooms..no toiletries were there... Please don't book this hotel...

    Hotel is very well maintained and staff is very nice, and rooms and hotel are very clean and receptionist are well behavioured and I love this hotel They helped us lot and my family enjoy the stay Thanku....☺️

    Me & my friend stayed here for two days and during these days we changed 3 rooms due to bedbugs, rat crawling on the floor, lack of water in washroom and when we asked asked what's should we do then they said "Bhaiya ab ham kya kar sakte hain isme". After all this which we faced here, if you are still booking this place then book at your own risk.GOOD LUCK!!
