Everything
is
good
enough
but
the
things
you
need
to
improve,
that
is
hospitality
services.
I
think
you
should
teach
your
staff
and
management
how
to
deal
with
the
customers,
how
to
be
polite
on
every
question
and
how
should
they
answer,
especially
by
leaving
their
attitude
behind.
Apart
from
this,
they
should
be
punctual.
I
asked
for
the
dinner
if
it
can
be
arranged,
they
denied
and
asked
me
to
place
an
online
order
from
any
nearest
restaurants.
I
ordered
and
the
food
was
delievered
within
15-20
minutes.
I
asked
the
your
staff
members
to
deliver
the
plates
and
bows
in
my
room,
and
they
took
forever
to
deliver
it.
I
waited
for
more
than
45
minutes
to
get
the
plates
and
bowls,
even
I
had
to
walk
through
to
recieve
the
plates
from
the
reception
area.
Despite
they
make
any
nice
excuse
to
satisfy
my
anger,
they
said,
every
of
the
staff
member
were
having
dinner.
I
do
respect
and
would
love
to
wait
if
someone
is
having
their
dinner
but
how
they
took
45
minutes
to
complete
a
single
task.
Please
improve
this
issues
so
I
can
change
my
point
of
view
and
can
change
my
review
rating
acordingly.
