5 star for the staff. 4 star for cleanliness. The bathroom cleanliness could get better. 3 star for the problem in some of the rooms. There were AC leakage in 2 of the rooms in the first floor. 5 star for the breakfast. Network reception in few of the rooms could be a problem. Overall, you will have a pleasant stay.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Person at the reception was very cold in behavior. I asked asked him where should I park my car. His reply was sir hume nahi pata aap apne aap dekh lo. Parking nahi mile to booking cancel kar do. In my room AC was not working, tv was not working. I had to shift my room. In other room also ac was slow. Der was no water in the washroom. Even after constant reminders to the hotel staff, starting from night at 9PM, I go the bucket of water in the morning at 8AM. In breakfast they provided tea and parathas. They come to the room unannounced with tea. Obviously I didn't wanted to have tea as per the timing of the hotel staff.

Sep 20 Visit Hotel is very old and need improvement with the interior 1. Ac was not in good health - it was broken and dripping too. 2. Parking is not available. Most preferable to commute with ola/uber. 3. Bathroom was not clean in healthy manner. Don't know how to expect proper sanitization. I complaint for it and got to change with another room. 4. Need to ask for towel, water and tissue paper.. 5. Other than reception guy no one is wearing mask. 6. The place where it is situated is good 7. Atmosphere of room are good but still required with the need of renovation -- I will recommend this hotel for the last resort. -- Not had any food there seeing the above factor.

I didn't like the place enough. Bathrooms were smelly, No proper housekeeping. Complimentary breakfast is provided, which is good in taste and hygenic too but they can't manage well in case of function or large families (10-12 people). Extra beds are not just disgusting, better to book saperate room if you are 3 even. Tea takes more than 30 minutes to get served here.

It is a beautiful property and the staff is very polite. The rooms are exactly as in the pictures. The food on the menu is tasty and is available 24*7. Would highly recommend for budget travelers. I have stayed in other OYOs before but OYO Townhouse experience was so much better.

I have been to this hotel twice, it was nice in first time, but seem little expensive to the services. During my second visit, it was filthy, dirt all around the room, electrical sockets not working, staff and reception unresponsive, had to ask many times for cleaning of room but no body came, food service was also poor, order served without proper cutlery and without accompliment. Had to ask several times but reception was unresponsive. Overall very poor service.

It looks pretty cool from the outside as well as you enter the reception area. However, the facilities are not extremely good once you enter the rooms. 1) The key holder for electricity didn't work and the electricity kept on going off after every 10-15 mins. 2) Even though the room was shared, only 1 towel was provided and had to be asked for each morning for additional towel. 3) In the extreme cold conditions as well, hot water was available from the taps only was a couple of mins. 4) Food was at its pathetic best when it came to Thali ordered on the first day. Tge second day I had to settle with the simplest food - Egg Curry and Roti which was fairly better.

Went for a short trip to this property. Didn't get to stay here or get served by them. From the outlook, it looked like a good clean place, with clean and well maintained rooms, the bathrooms were clean and the place was spot on when it came to that overall OYO townhouse feel. Not the best person to get the review from, but I want to contribute as much as I can.

This property was under renovation. Denied checkin (off course) > Customer care was pathetic kept me hold for more than 10 mins 3 times and then disconnected, I have voice records of the same > Oyo showed fake Checkin and Checkout of the property. Oyo was having 2 reviews of 5 Star on the app dont know who gave them. Booking ID Booking id NTQO7753. I guess, I am not sure, they will show fake bookings infront of investor, fake revenue and get rounds of Funding.
