So today i went with my family to this place for a nice peaceful dinner. The service was so late even though it was all empty. The vegetables in salad was rotten. Then the main course, we ordered mix veg (cause of lack of options) and dal. When they brought out the mix veg it stank. Seemed like they cooked it in gas chamber. It was so stinky that we were unable to sit there. Really annoyed with the service and especially food. Not expected from such a big chain.

Good big suit rooms with a personal kitchen, bar, storage and a good bathroom. But service is very bad. They don't have Tea kit( electric cattle) for all rooms. You need to call reception to get it. They don't have additional glasses for rooms or party. SPA is there but only one therapist is there and they don't keep their promise. Breakfast spread is good but lunch and dinner spread is very limited. Refill waiting time is also high. Guest need to wait for long.

Hotel has big suite . Rooms are so clean .they take care of hygiene . King size bed has very good MATTRESS. We had dinner buffet. It was so delicious. Chef jitendra made food delicious. Soup was so good. Check in & out was so smooth. Mr. Brajesh Hotel GM always take care of each & every guest . Thank you so much lemon tree to make our stay so comfortable.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, the service was very prompt. I especially appreciate the fact that they have employed differently abled people in their services. Great initiative.

Spend a good time with family but has several issues regarding food which is somehow lacking in taste and varieties. Secondly the rooms were not properly dressed as we expect from a 5* hotels.Swimming pool is also kept without any assistant which in turn is risky for small kids or any emergencies. In short its not a revisit property. Its has to mark the difference to have excellent customer reviews.

Lovely big rooms with A/C. Breakfast & dinner buffet reasonably varied. Drinks very expensive! Service a bit erratic...a lack of understanding despite language. Location not so good, nothing within walking distance!

Despite the big rooms, they were only average clean and towels were not changed only after asking more than 3 times. Service below average, lack of language skills, we had to wait around 30 mins until someone came to take our order. Buffet was not filled up, swimming pool was very dirty not possible to swim there.

Chess ,Ludo, Table Tennis, Carrom Board, Swimming Pool,Zym,Cycling.. We really enjoyed it ..Thanx Mr Prabhanshu ,for Perfect Stay and Mr. Ramanuj,Perfect Swimming instructor. Overall Except Breakfast 4/5.

The plus point of this hotel is its big, roomy all suite rooms, and that's all.. Leaving a whole lot of scope for improvement in terms of building maintenance, cleanliness, better service, and better Linens. Once inside the property, it's hard to even compare with a proper 3* property in terms of quality.

This place is good and the ambience and staff is quite good. There is just a point that the location of this hotel is however on the Sonha Road, but if you miss the cut then you have travel a 2 km (2-3 min) drive to make a u-turn. Apart from this, the food is good, service is good staff is good and the ambience is also good.

Overall a great experience. Ample parking space. Near the highway. Superb rooms, big spaces, luxurious dining area. Great service. Very nice swimming pool and play area. A little away from the main city but quiet and peaceful.

Awesome place. A Nice view we got at night time. Superb view and superb hotel with best staff and services. The best thing that I like most here is, the view from the side of the swimming pool. The blue clean water and the shadow of the hotel in this clear water was so amazing. Fresh air during the evening and the relaxing chairs. Night time is the best time to visit anywhere with the lights. It seems that many of the stars came on the earth. I felt very happy when I visited any such place. I hope to visit it again and enjoy that moment again. I always ready to visit such beautiful places.

This hotel badly needs a make over. The rooms are large but badly maintained. Not a single switch point in my room worked properly. There were too many power cuts. Even the food at the restaurant was just average to below average.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who checked me in quickly and efficiently. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Overall, I would highly recommend the Lemon Tree Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The top-notch amenities and exceptional service truly made my stay one to remember, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Severly understaffed. Be it the morning breakfast or the room service, everything takes abnormal amount of time for a 4 star hotel. Even the food and cutlery in the buffet are not refilled on time. I am appalled at it. Having said that, rooms are amazing. Clean and well maintained. Food is fine.

Huge Appartment rooms. Great Buffet mornings and in the evenings. Comfortable Lounge at the Reception. CRamped tight bus Restaurant, however split eating times relieved this problem. A kilometre or more to facilities outside the hotel. Friendly staff.

My mother and aunt visited the property. There experience for amazing. The rooms and service were phenomenal. The best part was the service They were served by Prafulla and he was very sweet and hard working. Would recommend this property 100%z.

Very good stay at Lemon Tree. I am always a loyal customer of Lemon tree and I love the way they have their presence across India. Very standardised and consistent in the services , infrastructure and food quality. I love their chicken Club sandwich

Keep in mind, this is not a 5 or a 4 star hotel!! There is no valet, you have to self park. Hotel building is next to an abandoned building, looks like they ran out of budget halfway during construction. You shower for more than 2 mins and water clogs and flood the bathroom. There was a cockroach in our room. Reception have us smoking room on their own, we never asked for it. It had bad smell, then they changed it when we complained. Hotel walls has mold. Whole hotel stinks of lemongrass smell. Staff is not people who have studied hotel management, they will just do the needful. Manager Chanchal Saini will stand at the reception with his hands in his pocket but will not greet or smile at any of the guests. The only good thing was I forgot my wallet in the smoking room they had first given, and some good soul was kind enough to return it. Overall, will not visit again. If you are spending 20k for two days, spend 5 more and go to 5 star.

We stayed for a weekend with our families. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were nice we were upgraded to a bigger room with kitchenette. Play area was nice for kids. Breakfast was perfect. The only thing that we didn't like was chicken dishes ordered from room service were not good, we ordered 2-3 different dishes and they all tasted the same. Chicken was fried when we ordered chicken tikka. Looks like they used the same fried chicken as base for all different dishes. That's why 3 stars. Food in dine in was average, not worth visiting again for sure.

Very nice place to stay. People on front desk are helpful. We booked a studio room but they upgraded it as the initial room they allotted was smelling like a cigarette. Although all the rooms are non smoking and it's clearly mentioned but some of us are "bloody indians". The cytrus cafe is good. Breakfast buffet was very nice. The items which we ordered for the dinner were finger licking. Overall surrounding area is also nice.

Amazing hotel.. it fulfills the standard of a 5 star. Comfortable stay, all services intact. What i loved the most is the behaviour and approch of staff. They have handicapped and disabled staff as well. Giving opportunity to these people is an amazing though and deed. Keep the same approach. Thank you for being human. 😇😇🤗🤗

Reason i chose Lemon Tree sohna road, since its considerably on outskirts, preferably it will be less crowded, also service will be great. I did enjoy my stay and hospitality was definitely great. Although i feel, breakfast spread and quality could have been but better. But for sure, i would give another visit for a weekend get away

Location-wise it is kinda far. But my allover experience was pretty great! Great Breakfast Lunch and Dinner buffet! Food quality is amazing! Ambience is cool, and the hotel services were top notch. Great Place to stay at.

We stayed in suite. Room was spacious. Very clean and hygenic. Housekeeping was good. Maintenance to be improved as some bathroom items need to be periodically (weekly/monthly) checked for performance. No hair dryer, shampoo available. Some of the bathroom items like showering gel, hand wash gel are not filled regularly. As you know it's the highest polluted area, so much dust particles flying inside as it's a closed room with centralized AC. Will recommend to have a air purifier too. Food was good and fresh.

I would never recommend LEMON TREE HOTEL, SOHNA ROAD, as they have expertise in misleading their customers. I booked a STUDIO SUITE last week, and during my check-in, I wasn't informed whether they were providing me with a smoking or non-smoking room, and FYI as per norms, the FRONT OFFICE has to share all the details about the room. After 3 hours, when I wanted to smoke, being a vigil guest, I asked at the reception that CAN I SMOKE IN THE ROOM? They denied it by saying it's a non-smoking room. I told them to change the room, but they said all their rooms are booked, moreover, instead of apologising the front office person HIMANSHU arrogantly said, IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, YOU WANT TO SMOKE AFTER 3 HOURS OF CHECK-IN? I mean, is it a way to deal with the customer? I booked it; I'm paying for it; I can smoke whenever I want. It's their mistake they didn't inform their client before handing over the room keys. I decided to check out there and then. I went up to my room to collect my stuff and check out. While packing my stuff, I made a call at the reception and confirmed what charges would I need to pay; HIMANSHU at the reception said MAM, THERE WILL BE NO CHARGES FOR YOU AS YOU ARE CHECKING OUT BEFORE 4 HOURS. He requested me to check out soon to get the room ready for some other customer. In another 5 minutes, I was at the counter, handed over the keys to HIMANSHU, and he asked me to wait. I did what he said, and in another 5 minutes, he sent their staff boy to check the room's condition and asked me to pay half of my tariff. I WAS SHOCKED! I asked him that you told me NO CHARGES. He answered, MAM, YOU HAVE FULLY USED THE ROOM HENCE. I AM ASKING FOR HALF OF THE TARIFF AMOUNT. My only concern is that THE STAFF SHOULDN'T LIE. Either HIMANSHU was unaware of the HOTEL'S TERMS OR CONDITIONS, OR MAYBE HE WAS NEW, OR MAYBE HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER! That person at the FRONT OFFICE CLEARLY MISGUIDED AND MISLEAD ME; I was standing there in front of him with all my packed stuff, he could have informed me about the CHARGES beforehand when I called him. Furthermore, instead of accepting his mistake or convincing me to avoid check-out, he was made me run between the reception and room. THIS ISN'T THE TONE THAT A PERSON FROM THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR MUST USE. If there could be an option, I would recommend minus or zero reviews to them.

This is the place you should consider at last if you are about die without a room. Hotel is pathetic, rooms and services are very poor. don’t go on the good reviews they are almost fake or old reviews. If you are planning any trip with friends or family you better avoid this place so that you don’t spoil your weekend. Mind it there is no buffet at all for bf or dinner and ANUPAM KUMAR F&B manager’s behavior is so rude he had no sense how to speak with a guest.

The rooms were no doubt excellent, just as the site promised. However the service was abysmal. TV in the room had no set to box, faulty remote controls, room service was not coordinated, lunch was passable as edible and to top it all breakfast was poorly managed. Requesting Lemon Tree group to focus on service and not ruin any future stays for any visitors

As a reviewer, I found this hotel at a peaceful green patch. Away from city life. Good food, cosy stay.
