Worst hotel to stay in. They didn't have proper shower gel and toiletories in the room. The room was extremely small. Also flush wasn't working on the last day of our stay. They charged extra for the early check in when it was promises without any charges while booking on make my trip. The breakfast and lunch menu is extremely limited. They do not provide menu in the room.

They have the lowest standards of service…I kept requesting for water(waiting for my son’s IELTS exam to get over),but the man at the reception would simply say that he has asked someone to get water for me…45 min of sitting there and 6 times requesting them, yielded no result-ultimately had to go to a nearby market to get water..,shame on such hotels where basic standards of service are also not followed! It’s our Indian tradition to even serve water to the delivery boy also(at-least that’s what I have seen around)….such places should be shut down -where staff is not even trained in basic soft skills…shame on the staff, owners and even promoters of this shady hotel!!

It is a nice hotel within a gated community. The hotel stuff was very friendly. Even an employee named Baishaki went to the extra mile and showed us around the city. It was very heart warming to receive such service. I would definitely recommand a stay here.

Too many issues to count but major ones.. balcony doors don’t lock, bed lining are dirty, non-smoking room smells like a cigar club, electricity keeps going and with every power cut AC stops working.. in last 4 hours it stopped working 5 times (don’t know how the night will be at this place). Absolutely not worth the money and the pictures online are age old.. it’s not as it looks in the pictures.

Remotely located. Sub standard rooms will average service. No phone network in rooms on the ground floor and restaurant. Average food.

It is a good hotel in budget price. Employees at the hotel are cordial. Their complementary breakfast is truly delightful. A stuff named sonu was really cordial to me.

One of the best hotels I visited. The environment is also very natural and the location is also good. Staff behaviour is also good. But I found that there is no shed parking facility to it's the thing that they should improve

A hidden gem in the heart of the city! This hotel combines elegance and comfort seamlessly. The beautifully designed rooms, delicious dining options, and exceptional service left us thoroughly impressed. An oasis of tranquility amidst the bustling city. Can't wait to visit again!"

We had booked out the entire hotel for to house our guests who had come for a wedding for about a week. This was our worst decision ever. The hotel housekeeping is non existent - the sheets were stained - the rooms smelly. We had to bring in our own housekeeping supervisors - we had to buy our own atomisers - room fresheners, cleaning equipment and material. We had to get a team to add flowers and decor events like lamps and cushions and do a daily check of the rooms. The staff of this property is rude and callous - and one of the housekeeping boys misbehaved with a friend when she asked for a more thorough cleaning of a room. I believe the problem stems from the general manager who was just not bothered. There was no concern shown as our guests complained. My team of friends and professionals had to personally stand everyday and get the housekeeping done. To make the property more bearable, we had to add flower arrangements, cushions, lamps. There was no concept of service. The front desk and the general manager Karan - just did not deliver the service that the head quarters had promised. Their default response was no to every request my guests made. Even requests for water bottles were not taken into account saying they did not have adequate water bottles. Please avoid this property - it is not even a 1 star property.

booked it for my parents who are 50+ and to be very frank it was not a very pleasant stay that i would recommend this place to others, first of all no water bottles in the room and then it was late night even there flush was not working which you cannot expect with a property charging as much as 5k for a one night stay only. pathetic experience it was. not at all recommended.

Please be careful when you are visiting this hotel to give IELTS exam. They refill the water bottles and place it for the people to drink. When I caught them red handed ,I was given a clarification that it was a clean water......seriously??? Don’t you know it’s a crime using plastic bottles to save a few more penny and misleading the guests at the hotel?? There is a whole nexus that is going on in the hotel with the connivance of the Reception staff ,IELTS officers and the hotel workers....please be careful in this hotel-if they can do something like this with water bottles-u cannot be sure if they have cameras in the washrooms,or serving u old food in the restaurants....I am beyond horrified to visit this dingy place...please please be very careful-carry ur water, eatables etc-and IELTS charges so much money ...don’t they have a decent place to organise the exams so that the candidates and their parents feel safe....what a shame!!!

If you mistakenly leave anything at hotel after checkout, they won't return it. You cannot afford to leave anything at the hotel, they won't bother to return. Really surprising that in hospitality industry they don't care about customer.

Had to visit the hotel as it was exam centre but other than Candidate accompanied person was not allowed inside the premises. This is weird, can't even let anyone sit in reception area ? So whosoever is coming with the candidate has to stand outside. If it is a school or anyother institute then it would have been fine but being a hotel this is weird experience.
