Ohk so, Hotel was very good. Neet and clean. About their services then also they are very decent towards their services. Hotel located in Sector-15, Gurugram Nearest metro station is Huda City Centre which is approx 5 kilometre far from the hotel location. Thanks.

Best service ever !! I love this place and the pleasing attendees who werr very much active and concerned about our satisfaction and comfort. One porblem is you can't find a restaurant or hotels near by. But you can always order it. And the complimentary breakfast fast is amazing l.

Staff were adamant, they nerve serve on time, you have to give two reminders. I asked for tea at 1715 and informed them at 1600 hrs but they served at 1740 after two reminders. There was a pegion in the room with dropping, had to get it cleaned after entering the room. I asked for Iron stand, it was torn and was asked to o use towel as stand cover. Stand worked in only one position. They don't serve before anything before 0730 not even tea as they have outsourced the kitchen. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction. Room seize are good and bedsheets had marks. Bathroom was clean.

We stayed here for one night ...3 pax... Nice clean room , nice location... But there was some kind of peculiar smell which was constantly there in the room...either it was from wooden floor or i don't know what... One mattress was lil dirty but was replaced immediately on request.... Desk person Mr. Singh was very polite and cooperative.

Breakfast is not so good, rest all is very good. Awesome location, near by there is market, great garden ahead. Must fix the breakfast, I need more healthy and variety of breakfast. At least plan a combo where you can provide a great breakfast even if it is chargeable.

The place has been designed like budget stay but the service is bad. Oyo needs to have structured training for the folks in their properties. Food is also okay but the menu can be improved/expanded. Overall, needs to improve a lot.

Very poor invoicing Service. They demand advance payment for stay but if you ask for invoice. They will not provide neither having setup/printer to generate invoice. They will say you will get invoice online from Oyo but Oyo says get your invoice from property at the time of check-out. Infact, Invoice must be handed over to customer at the time of check-out. Oyo will send invoice lesser than your payments after deducting thier commission. Hence, You will be in loss if want to claim from office. In my case, they also charged dinner twice. OYO also charged along with room as well as hotel charged separately. Don't stay in this hotel. Facilities are good but not transparent in billing. They are not honest in terms of invoicing and taxation.

Awsome experience. Infrastructure is very good alonwith superb asthethtic. Amenities are fine. Staff is so co-operative and professional. I liked the location. Even combo meal and thali are affordable. Must visit this Townhouse. Worthy for stay.
