So
this
incident
happened
recently
when
we
booked
the
hall
for
wedding.
Manager
Chaman
was
handling
everything.
The
decoration
was
amazing,
no
doubt
about
it.
Everything
was
going
well
then
one
of
the
main
members
from
their
staff
told
groom’s
family
who
were
there
as
a
guest
and
bride’s
family
was
hosting
the
event,
that
the
plates
are
over
(food
is
over)
which
was
not
the
case
but
they
said
this.
Highly
disappointed
embarrassed
bride’s
family
they
took
control
to
understand
what
happened.
They
should
have
communicated
everything
with
bride’s
family
not
groom’s.
Can
you
imagine
how
embarrassed
we
were
in
this
situation.
They
took
entire
payment
even
after
doing
such
blunder.
No
shame
no
reconsiderations
of
what
happened.
I
am
not
sure
what
should
i
suggest
the
one
reading
this
review.
But
please
be
careful
in
future
and
get
everything
communicated
before
otherwise
they
will
do
blunder.
The
service
was
not
good
too.
We
have
to
look
after
the
service
and
keep
reminding
them.
The
event
is
over
but
you
know
sad
part
is
that
I
remember
what
exactly
happened.
