Wonderful place to stay, neat and clean rooms esp washrooms. Very humble and co-operative staff. Very helpful and safe place to be at. They serve great breakfast, i requested for tea ( to be made without sugar) and the staff was always abiding, thank you to the one who made such a wonderful tea, too good. Just one suggestion, please ensure that the watermelon's you cut are well covered otherwise they get surrounded by flies. Everything else was great and taken care of well. Thank you for your service

Front desk, service staff behaviour is very friendly, polite, professional. Found them very resourceful. Got the room without balcony is nice, peaceful. Bedsheets were neat, bathroom was clean and food is fresh, hygienic. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with a view makes it a great place for dining in.

I recently hosted a get-together for 30 people at this hotel, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. While the starters could have been better, the main course truly impressed everyone. Sagar, who helped plan our event, was exceptionally cooperative and made the overall experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff behaviour is very respectable. Usually its a problem at most of the other budget hotels. Here its all sorted. Good food, courteous team of staff, bed linen was spotless, bathroom was clean, their hospitality was truly commendable. Felt safe staying here as a couple. Also, great location workwise, just 10 minute from huda city centre, sector 44 and sector 32 corporate hub

Clean rooms and bathrooms, highly valued services, delicious food, beautiful rooftop to enjoy evening dinner and a nice spread of breakfast. It all made a very good stay for our team. Sagar, Inderjeet and Pankaj are a great management team. Very resourceful and helpful people.

Rooms with and without balcony are both spacious. Staff is well trained and supportive. As a female guest I always felt safe and the clientele around are all business travellers so the hotel was also very well maintained. Having all my dinner at their rooftop restaurant was a treat. Food was very tasty as well.

I didn't liked at all the behavior of morning shift manager, my stay was not good, food was good,when I was questioning him for the charges of good and all he was very sarcastic. Felt unsafe, would not recommend the say, the night manager was very polite

The hotel room was quite spacious, neat and tidy. The staffs were humble, prompt and went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Food was too good and pricing was also descent.

I stayed with family for one night , hotel location is easily reachable and rooms was also spacious and clean . I would like to share order your food from outside as food is average and chicken preparation is tasteless . It's better to go with zomato

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Sai Village. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help. I went there to celebrate my birthday and everyone had an amazing time. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. My friends and family really enjoyed and had a blast! They even allowed a late check out which was great! Special thanks for Mr Sagar who was extremely accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend to this place to everyone.

We picked up this hotel based on online reviews and we checked out as happy customers. We were four families two of which were from overseas. A great place to stay. The place and the rooms are neat and tidy. It is situated in quite an accessible location. We stayed for two nights and the whole experience was lovely- The service was excellent- Food was great and the staff customised the orders according to our needs. Owners are nice, service staff and cooking staff made our stay super comfortable.

I have stayed in Hotel sai village 2 weeks for a business trip, It is a wonderful place to stay, the food is good, staf are friendly and very polite. The hospitality is good, Cleaning and maintenance is great. I suggest Hotel sai village if you want to have homely environment. It was lovely staying at the hotel. Wholesome service with 24x7 food, scenic rooftop restaurant and comfortable rooms. Kudos to their team!!!

We visited this place for a family/cousins get together. And we simply loved the hospitality, arrangement and the cleanliness(very important). Rooms were spacious and had all the needed amenities. For party they gave us a separate area, which was air conditioned, saved us from scorching heat. Party area was big enough to accommodate 30-50 people easily. We were 10, so was bonus for us. Highly recommend this for a long/short stay. Host is fantastic, Sagar will give you more than what you need. Location is a plus, in the heart of Gurgaon. Book it without giving a second thought!!

Really helpful staff. I am from South so our biggest barrier is language. Its really helpful to find the team at the hotel always helping us with our queries. A great place for short as well as longer stays. The place and the rooms are neat, clean and tidy. The building is situated in quite a decent and accessible location. The service is up to the mark, in line with the price of renting out a room. And importantly, the host Sagar seemed very hospital, friendly, approachable and likeable.

Good and affordable place to stay. The owner is extremely cooperative, friendly and open to feedback. The thing that stands out is that i had forgotten my earphones in the hotel and he was gracious enough to courier them to Mumbai without charging me a penny. Cheers!

Me and my wife stayed here for half a month and we really had a great time interacting with Mr. Inderjeet( manager) and Mr. Sagar ( owner)....they are amazing hosts and take a good care of guests. Rooms and washroom are nice and clean....hotel location is also great. All staff members are so welcoming and well mannered. The best part is kitchen is open 24x7. I highly recommend this property for short as well as long stays without any doubt. All the best guys...keep up the good work.

A good decent property in the city. A pure business hotel with a team ready to customize their food menu for your taste, lovely rooftop restaurant and great banquet for corporate events. We organized our team meet here. And we were highly impressed.
