Visited recently, vry bad experience faced, unhygienic, badsheet was nt clean, bed is not in good condition, getting lot of sound, charged higher as per booking amt and not provided any receipt for the same.

Some improvement are welcomed like foot may when we bath & come, bucket or mugs in bathroom, night lamps, commode lids missing

Smell in bed sheet pillows . Dirty bathroom . Very dirty room

I will not recommend to stay at any OYO as their customer service support is not at all helpful all they just want is to end the complaint on top of that this oyo 069 i wont recommend any person to stay if you are in the town for more than 24 hrs and after returning to room you need a decent environment to relax. Rooms are totally rubbish not as shown in images on top of that no cleaning is done whether of room or of toilet. And one more thing breakfast is added as complimentary but only if you can get one, because in my booking period breakfast was added but i got nothing, over all a very pathetic stay with a pathetic staff response, rooms were dirty, poor service, no breakfast provided and no resolution from oyo customer care as well.

Very pathetic condition of the hotel room provided by hotel manager. Very very disappointed. Room was very very dirty, bedsheet, pullover everything was very dirty. I was unable to stay in the hotel so decided to move any other place instead of spending night in the hotel.

Location of this hotel is good, you will find most of the things near to this place, I stay there for 1 night, rooms were okay, but in this price range its a nice place to stay, you will find most of the places in Gurgaon near to this

Pathetic experience with Oyo . Tried it for the first and last time . Would never recommend anyone to book Oyo . Booked a room through Goibibo and paid in advance but after reaching there was denied check in and was told that hotel is sold out .

Oyo, started as an exceptionally promising option for budget stays both for leisure and business. It offered state-of-the-art services at a very reasonable price. However, lately, the business model is at it worst. The partner property Owner are unhappy with the incentives paid by Oyo to them, forcing them to lessen the efficiency of their services. Oyo, now no longer safe or healthy for couples. Properties are all dirty. Rooms are unhygienic. Property owners are no longer afraid of any actions. I'm short, Oyo is such a bad option to use especially by couples these days. I wish someone looks into this matter and prevent further decrease of the convenient services. This particular Oyo 069 townhouse, was even worse than a lodge. Bedsheets were highly stained. Walls had sepage. ACs dysfunctional. TV doesn't have paid channels. Room service was pathetic. This is an unbiased review of my stay. Experiences may vary. Enter at your own risk

Best place to stay. Its really affordable if you share a room with 3 people. Fantastic service by oyo staff

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The rooms are very unhygienic and dirty. Management is rude and unsupportive. I was not allowed to see the rooms before check in and after I checked in and refused to stay at the place. OYO customer support said they can't do anything because I checked in. I feel like I am scammed by the OYO.

When i go for check in but reception worker saying room is not available. I am very dissatisfied with this service ch*tiya hotel.

Not at all a good place for stay. In the times of COVID safety, this hotel lacks even the basic hygiene as guaranteed on the oyo app. No proper maintenance. For food, the paid one is far better than the complimentary breakfast. Not recommended and didn't see any reason to justify this being included in townhouse category.

Room condition was not good, like lights were not good and tv was also not working. And the seat in washroom was broken. One thing is faculty was good, friendly and good in nature.

The rooms of this hotel are very nice and the staff here were also very nice, I liked it very much.
