went
to
Vivanta
yesterday
night
at
2
am
after
a
long
flight
and
they
turned
me
down
and
said
they
won’t
accommodate
me
as
I
had
a
pet
and
when
I
showed
them
the
online
profile
on
google
says
they
are
pet
friendly
and
that
is
why
I
had
booked
it.
They
refused
it
and
said
we
won’t
allow.
Now,
I
understand
hotel
policies
and
all
but
they
didn’t
even
try
to
move
my
booking
to
another
hotel
and
expected
me
to
do
another
booking
at
another
hotel
at
3
at
night
and
pay
RS
27,000
+
taxes
for
the
remaining
night.
They
offered
to
pay
refund
but
what
good
is
that
when
I
am
stranded
3
am
at
night?
The
staff
was
upright
rude,
while
they
tried
to
make
calls
to
check
on
prices
but
again
if
I
had
to
pay
more
I
would
have
done
that
already.
Moreover,
their
staff
would
come
and
touch
my
pet
without
consent
which
is
again
very
rude.
A
5+
star
hotel
but
0
star
hospitality.
