Horrible experience with them, their manager Sajid Khan doesn't have manners and insults you on your face. We were having a discussion about price and trying to bring it down, and he downright says to my fiance that this isn't a discount club. Who talks to their customers like that, ridiculous policies to trouble customers. The carpets in the banquet are old and used, not fit for a wedding ceremony for the kind of money they are charging. The rooms are spacious no doubt but very pricey and you can easily get rooms at a 4 star hotel with a similar price tag. Nothing so great about the big rooms they so pride on. I wonder how people hold big ceremonies at this place since they barely have parking space for 15-20 cars. Never using their services due to disrespectful behavior from their staff.

It is a nice place. Just the lighting in gents bath room at GF is little bit less and needs improvement as there is a step inside where one can fall due to poor light

Hi. Recently had a large scale event of 3 nights & 4 days at Patio South city 1. Except for centrally located Venue, nothing great to talk about. Pathetic & worst service standards and probably most ineffective management to handle such large gatherings. Understaffed & Highly arrogant people including GMs office and treats you unprofessionally if you escalate any service lapses. Costed me a bomb with absolutely disgusting & third rate services & arrangements. They literally make you beg for even basic wants. Am posting this as a highly unsatisfied Customer and would want to warn Customers so that they think thrice before opting for Large scale events at Club Patio South city 1 Gurgaon.

It is nice place for club and party. You can enjoy outdoor like structure with your friends and loved ones😊. Swimming pool is also available there for thirst of swimming with your family, children or friends. You can enjoy mini bar to fill your thirst of bear and alcohols. Those who want non-alcoholic can also enjoy there. Club Patio is near Huda City metro, not very far from Cyber city, famous place, in the Gurgaon. Club Patio hotels are quite affordable for those who earn ample amount😉 and it is for VIP people wants to stay in Delhi NCR. Navigation to this place is quite easy. Pleople can travel there by metro, as this place is near metro station. Bus and cab servies are alternative. Facilities available at the Club Patio includes kids club, fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor pool, garden, mini bar, stage for dance and party 🎉. Club Patio hotels provides proper room, mini bar, daily newspaper, bottled water, 24*7 wifi etc. So, it may be one of your options if you want to stay in Gurgaon or Delhi. Now going to the Food quality, I observed that it was not up to expectations and service I observed was poor. During the party event at Club Patio I observed that the waiter was serving the food which was not good and not listening to the people when we asked to remove it. Other things were quite good and I enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks for reading this post. 😊

very good aparoach, nearby to national highway and metro station. food quality excellent. i recommend to taste paneer kulca/ aloo kulcha , dal makhni and veg burger. paneer qualtiy awesome. matka kulfi excellent

I love staying there when i travel for business and work. Each room opens to the beautiful pool view. There are 2 floors and 2 restaurants in the property. If you do visit this property, do try their lemon butter sauce fish with LIIT cocktail just to die for. Ckean rooms, bathrooms, and very efficient team and staff.

I recently attended a wedding at this venue and was pleasantly surprised. Despite its location inside a society, the exterior doesn't give away any hint of the lively function happening inside. Access is easy once you walk in. The nearest metro station is Hud Metro Station. The venue also offers a swimming facility, adding to its charm. On the ground floor near the reception area, there's a picturesque tree and greenery that adds a touch of beauty for decoration and offers a great spot for classy photos. Overall, a delightful venue for memorable events.

This club has the location & facilities, but could do with a bit of a refresh. It's popular, food is flavorful & staff ever so helpful. It's comfortable & easy to spend time here.

Pool side was good, but reaching there had to cross another function , which was not good

Had a sangeet/cocktail function of my wedding. This was a great place, good food and great service.

The rooms are decent with all the basic amenities expected from rooms with this much price tag. The lenins used could have been better. The room also had a blower for the colder days. Otherwise the room was spacious with a small sitting area attached to the bedroom. The washrooms were also decently sized with hit ans cold running water. Overall, a decent stay but nothing great. Happy staying!!!!

I loved there food so much. Each and every food was awesome perfect taste I am fond of food actually once I enter in any city I look for best food and I found in patio club. Helpful staff even security person too.

Huge place with pool! Also has rooms seems just perfect for wedding and other functions.

A Very Good Club with all amenities available. Well Managed Club, with Covid Protocols being Observed. Excellent Multi Cuisine, Good Bar, Very Good Service, Courteous Staff. The DGM has many innovative schemes for Members and Guests. Guest Rooms are a Very Welcome Boon.

We had to attend a two day CEO Summit organized by Women on Wings and the venue was Club Patio. It took us less than ten minutes to reach the Club from HUDA Metro Station. The infrastructure is contemporary with adequate parking space and wide porch. The security personnel and other staff members were courteous and the hall assigned for the Summit was well-equipped and well lit with proper audio visual equipment and human assistance in place. The common washrooms were impeccably clean but slightly smaller in size. The refreshments they provided and the food they served were simply great in terms of variety, freshness and serving style. The branded stationery items which were neatly placed, the pieces of furniture and the amiable behaviour of staff members who were proactive in many ways acted as an icing on the cake. We had an amazing experience at the venue in particular and we look forward to organizing some selected events there in due course of time. I must add that it is a great concept by the Unitech Company. Keep up the great show, Club Patio team!

Spacious and well managed by courteous staff. The building feels old and gives and old world charm. Located a little away from.the main road, the club has ample options for parking. Not too sure about other commuting options and I went early morning

Nice place. Professional and decent staff.Food is very nice. Rooms are so good and spacious. Only 1 discrepancy which I found is bathroom is very small.

The ambience was great with the jungle theme they had a different vibe which is something different in Delhi NCR. The swimming pool was very good and overall food quality was also up to the mark. 😊

Frequently visit this club may be once in a month, for business purpose in Gurugram. Calm, quite, rejuvenating, reasonably good service, excellent food quality, and courteous staff.

This is basically a member only club, not open to all. Either you can go with a member as a guest or you have to be a member. Good food Ambience and reasonable prices for members. Also one can hold large gathering, meetings. Functions or even a wedding here. Adequate parking and good food even in bigger functions.

I usually visit club patio for their restaurants and their pub. If you’re looking for a place where you want silent zone with a fine luxury experience you must visit for there, restaurant and pub Is a really fine dining experience there. They only prefer those who have a membership of club patio.

It's a club cum hotel. Beautiful Hospitality. Good food. Good room service.
