Food taste and Hygiene Level: The food served was hot, fresh with the accurate spice levels. I have tried almost all their menus from sweets to thalis. The hygiene level of food met expectations. Food platting : Simple level of platting. Staff : Helpful and Polite Cleanliness Level: Well kept and well organised seating arrangements. Affordability: From low to high pricing. Kids and Elder Friendliness: The food served is on accurate spice levels. They have a range of Namkeen, snacks, sweets, icecreams, juices, pastries and much more.

Totally waste of money. The food quality is very very bad . Thella food is much more better than haldirams. Very disappointed 😔 Service was very slow and staff was very rude. I ordered raj kachori , which was empty from inside.lol Bahature is like papad and dosa is very oily (jo dosa serve kr rha tha use baat tak krni nhi ati thi 1 gante mein to dosa diya)🤮 i regret to go here. very disappointed 😔 worst experience.

You can never go wrong with Haldiram. The taste is and always has been finger licking good. This Haldiram too serves you pretty well. And located in the largest mall, it is very spacious. I love how they even have an area for washing hands separately, yet inside their premises so people don’t have to go outside to wash hands. All in all a true Indian delight for all the customers.

I recently visited Haldiram's and had a mixed experience. The untrained staff was a major disappointment as they were using abusive language in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Moreover, some dishes, particularly the chole bhature, didn't taste good at all. However, the meals were reasonably priced, making it a decent option for a quick bite. On the positive side, Haldiram's offers a wide range of both North and South Indian dishes, catering to different tastes. They also have a variety of packed food and sweets available for purchase. Overall, the inconsistent food quality and unprofessional behavior of the staff left me with a somewhat unsatisfactory impression.

The restoration has definitely improved the ambience of this store as well as the services and taste has been enhanced. Peak timing might attract a bit slow billing or delivery but trust me it's worth the wait. Must try: dhokla , rajbhog What the hell... Go for everything ..go banana 🍌

Recently I visited haldiram ambience mall to pick up a quick bite for my driver, as I was traveling far off. The guy at the counter named Jeetender was atrociously rude . No manners and absolutely violent. I wanted to slap him and teach him a lesson, but refrained. The staff is misbehaved , ekdum jaahil and felt like a góndaraj is happening in Haldiram. Secondly I saw the oil in which aloo tikki was being fries was very dirty and old oil which is being reused again and again . It is very dangerous for health. Authorities please take action or I will take some action.

A must visit place to have their special Dahi vada and all the other chaat items at a reasonable price... The Masala dosa and chole bhature are also a must try as well...

located at 3rd floor of ambiance mall , Gurgaon... the food here is fine .... but i feed compared to earlier times .... its quality declined.... we had chole bhature, raj kachori, patties n lassi .... all things were fine.... but i didn't like their raj kachori... previously it was better...

It used to be great to dine in there but they have degraded their quality too much. Even I told several times about special masala dosa now feels like simple masala dosa photos attached but no one bother. Their billing and order counter has no proper coordination and customer feedback has no value for them now.

Masala dosa: Both the chutneys and dosa were below average. Lacked species and flavor. It was just butter. Sev puri: Good enough. Cutting tea: Below average. No elaichi, no adrak : ( Vada pav in brown bread: Again lacked taste.

Very inactive, lazy, unprofessional staff. Everybody simply giving excuses nobody is ready to work. It's not jus Me, for most of the people there service and behaviour is inappropriate. It's been an hour and not even single person knows the price of the product in the entire store

Every time I visited the Ambience mall and had food at Haldiram, I decided not to have food again in Haldiram at the ambience mall. No taste in food and very spicy too. I am surprised, is it the same Haldiram brand, as in Nagpur. Because I love the food most at Haldiram's in Nagpur

Economic food with good level of hygenic food maintained. Quality is decent and so is the quantity. It’s always jam packed so one might have to wait for the tables to get free. Food usually takes 15-20 mins to come, depending on the rush and waiting line on the counter and the food area!

Jitender floor manager service was very poor and disgusting behaviour we were eating pav bhaji and we needed one extra pav for which I asked but he refused to give before bill we paid him and requested him that we will bill immediately after we finish and you can take money if you don’t bill He misbehaved and asked aise thodi hota hai yanha

Service was very poor at haldiram. The staff were not cooperative. Specially JITENDER DAR do not even have the sense of how to treat customer. I had my kulcha , and asked for an extra one. He even after insisting several time, refuse to give so, and talked in unpleasant manner,having zero just zero ettiquettes. I request Haldiram to kindly take stict action against this person.

Nice collection of Navratra snacks and food . That’s a good initiative ! Other than sabudana tikki which was extreme oily , rest all items were pretty good

More importantly is very hygienic. Har indian ki dil mei ghar mei basta h Haldiram right guyz, I think even foreign tourist should visit haldiram to taste indian foods and snacks right guyz.

Haldiram is a delight for his tasty snacks and foods for all veggies. They offer some of best snacks. At Haldiram, you always find it difficult to choose what you wanna eat. Also you will always find your friend's platter to be tastier than yours.. Ambience make it more special. Enjoyed most of my late dining with family at Haldiram 😃

The food here is tasty. I ordered chole bhature(4/5), noodles(5/5), idli Sambhar(3/5), lassi, badam milk and masala chaas (3/5). They have a service at seat option also where you order and you will get an order where you are seated. Overall good please for family gathering.
