Lovely place to spend time and have coffee and snacks. Hot chocolate and white mocha latte and frappe chino are lovely. Chilli cheese toast is amazing. Spacious and nice ambiance. Fast service. It’s high time they should start providing e-menu/ scanned online version of the menucard on the tables. They need to bring back the praline flavour

I don't like the coffew Starbucks serves for some reason, never liked it. However I love the variety and brand consistency they have. So I really liked the staff here. So without the staff ita probably 2 stars. The hibiscus tea was nice but it wa too sweet... And the cold brew was brilliant.

Went today evening for coffee expecting a delightful Starbucks experience. But, this DLF Cyberhub outlet disappointed a lot: 1. They keep sugar pouches of some local xyz sugar company (MB Agro). It was all refined white sugar that too of poor quality. When I asked for brown sugar, they said it was out of stock and it was only 7 pm on a Saturday Evening. If you can stock coffee beans, you can stock good quality sugar of a branded company also (Both brown and white)..How can you go out of stock on sugar when you are fully stocked in coffee beans? 2. Their coffee was very less hot. I asked them to reheat it. But, the server said it's not possible. Looks like they don't even keep a microwave that can reheat the coffee Plus the coffee was not strong at all VERY POOR experience at this Starbucks outlet. Looks like it's a franchisee who just doesn't care. Are you listening Starbucks or have you dropped your standards pan India ? I have had Starbucks in USA and Europe and coffee is served piping hot, they reheat in a moment, and they use good quality sugars and never stocked out on sugars

Great coffee. It really lives up to the brand's reputation. I tried a new type of coffee which was a Christmas special called toffee nut latte. Enjoyed it thoroughly. They also deliver within the cyber to the corporate offices in building no 8 and 10. The outlet is really well maintained and the aroma of coffee as soon as you enter is intoxicating. The service time and staff' response is also satisfactory.

A coffee shop to study, read books and work. No loud noises which will help you a lot to concentrate on what you do. They do have a variety of food and drinks you can select from. I honestly love the great interior all over the place. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! A memorable place to relax.

I ordered pumpkin spiced latte. It was the worst experience I had. Like the worst. Despite asking them to.make the coffee strong, it wasn't.. the taste of the coffee too seemed like they added a little flavour to water and milk and served. We finished half the coffee this is why we didn't return back for returning it but i wish I could have done that. Further, I don't know why there was no survey thing available on my bill. The staff said it is system generated. Do not know if that was true or false but my friends in Kolkata have been getting their survey code on a daily basis (whenever they visit). So, it was hard to trust that employee. Believe me, to spend 500+ on pumpkin spiced latte and that too here, yikes. None should do this. It will just make you feel like you wasted the money.

I love trying coffee at different places and as Starbucks coffee is world famous so I decided to give a try and disappointed with full glass ice alone with 2 sip coffee. I wasn't even confident to cross question them because people won't believe me as it's Starbucks but as coffee lover it's my right to rate it.

It’s in the middle of a lively atmosphere and ambience cyber hub. Big outlet comfy seating at places. Regular coffees. But a tad expensive than other outlets. Tried java chip hazelnut. Java chip is still better of the lot. Cappuccino is ok. Croissant sandwich type was average. Coffees are over priced and savoury nd food are not good mostly. They again are priced high. Self service.

One of the most visited and reviewed Starbucks of Gurugram is at DLF Cyberhub. Due to the footfall of Cyberhub this outlet gets crowded on weekends to a point that you may have to wait for a seat. Having said that it still maintains the quality, the staff is always helpful and the ambiance is really good given it has a good outside seating space. Great vibe, Great atmosphere and one of the most amazing cafe in the Starbucks chain in Gurgaon. Best place to work from a cafe or do a coffee meeting.

Yesterday I was there for a cold cappuchino. He suggested special frappochino and some special treats for my kids. Overall 10/10 for both service and taste.

Starbucks equals good feeling. Get your favorite authentic coffee at a high price but rest assured you will like it. This specific store in Cyberhub is actually very crowded on weekends and there is nothing amazing about it. Ambience can definitely be improved and ofcourse pricing. Hygiene wise it is super.

Last week i visited Starbucks.. this was my first time when i went to a luxurious coffee cafe.. i first thing that i want to say that .. it was really awesome... And the coffee is amazing and the aroma is outstanding.. and the special thanks to the Akshay.. he is a very genuine man and help me a lot.. to find me a better coffee and suggest me the choclate truffle pastry.... Tried first time, the luxurious coffee is similar to the normal coffee except the roasted aroma of the coffee ,which makes you hypnotized

To be very Honest , I haven't tried that much of starbucks menu in terms of Beverages or anything However , Java Frappe is the one I tried recently and It was Amazing. The coffee beans they use are Extra Rich. Ofcourse , Quality comes at some sort of price segment Enough seating , Fast service, Friendly staff Pro Tip : Register a card if you're visiting any starbucks for the first time , Load 200 rupees in it and You will get your any First Tall Beverage at 150 Rs

Starbucks inside cyber hub has great Ambience and located at the right place. It has lots of varieties and compared to other Starbucks this has really good taste and it is near to the park inside cyber hub and evening time it looks crowded especially on weekends. But am sure one of the good places to hangout inside the Gurugram

Excellent location right in the centre of Cyber Hub. It's the best place to have coffee. It's a multi national chain Starbucks in collaboration with TATA present Pan India. It's very spacious and there is seating outside also on both sides. COVID protocols are being followed. It's very clean and hygienic. Overall a great experience.

As always the drinks are great but the staff at this location isn't the best since they gave me my coffee in cup which was dirty.

I have got images to support what's that made giving two ratings but won't share now. The taste this outlet offer doesn't match the standard of the Starbucks. Moreover, what I paid is not what it should cost, what I got is like Rs 60 coffee as per the taste and quantity.

Do not place online orders through Zomato or Swaggy as there is no bike parking for the rider.
