I had Colecistitis surgery done at Sarvodaya Hospital on 21-2-22. It was a wonderful experience. I was treated by the best team of doctors, greeted by a courteous and ever helpful staff. Fooding for patient and attendant was superb. It was as if I was staying in a hotel and getting treated.🙏 Much beyond our expectation. Hats off the Management, staff and doctors.

After reading the reviews, I was a little scared that this place is going to scam us, charge us a lot of money. But that didnt turn out to be the case Dental : I went for flouride treatment, the assisting doctors said its not required and everyone has fluorosis here in Faridabad because of the tap water quality. She just suggested a softer toothbrush and said we can get cleaning done. The cleaning charges were Rs 1500 so obviously we didnt get it done. Also I feel the main doctor should atleast check before asking the assistant doctors to fill the cavities. Gynaecologist : I visited the gynaecologist to get myself checked because I am ttc. The doctor Seema was very sweet and friendly. She wrote some tests that we should do before planning and thats it. The gynaecology department had a huge crowd and it took us 30 minute to see the doctor. So try to go early on a weekday Ophthalmologist : I have a severe eye dryness condition because of which I saw the doctor. He carried out the different test required to assess the damage caused to the eye and wrote prescription accordingly. We got all our test done at the hospital and since we are covered under CGHS we paid price according to that. We didnt feel that the doctors or the admin treated us any differently. There are clean washrooms, cafetaria and a big waiting area in the hospital. In front of the hospital there is free parking lot for two wheeler as well.

Worst experience with this hospital trying to harassed the patient slow billing process and tpa persons are don't know how to speak only trying to make the money never tried to provide the solutions, Also delaying the process every time, After getting the tpa approval took more than 3hrs to settle the payment process, Horrible experience with tpa and billing process Think twice to use their services.

Hospital is nicely constructed with staff very sweet and polite at least with the ones I interacted but don't go for a check up on the weekend or go very early like before 9 else will end up waiting for hours and hours to get it done with

The level of service received in this hospital is highly commendable. Friendly nursing staff and cleaners and very helpful doctors. There is always a clean environment and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. A professional well run administration and friendliness with which we were treated. You can feel the passion of all hospital employees have for the vocation. Far better than any “Big name” hospitals I have vested. My experience at Sarvodya hospital was extraordinary, the nurses, catering and doctors staff are all kind and caring individuals. Very poorly handled covid vaccination service. You pay to get vaccinated by private hospitals expecting better organization and service. But you will be surprised to see the chaos, which includes no parking spots, poor queue handling and slow registrations. They just cannot handle the number of registrations they are taking.

Dr. Tanuj Bhatia (H.O.D. Urology) is an excellent surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He is very patient and caring. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I took my father (72 Years old suspected for Cancer of Prostate) for biopsy to him and am very satisfied with his work and results.

I went for full body checkup and my experience with hospital’s wellness center was not good. You need 2 days for full body checkup i.e. one day for checkups and another day for final consultation. Wellness center is poorly managed and I got ‘office-office' kind of feeling when I keep getting response ‘kal aana’ for my final consultation. In final consultation with physician; in response of a query doctor asked me have you not read what I have written in report? I think I should have taken the help of Google or Chat GPT to help me understanding reports and physician ‘notes’ instead of visiting hospital’s wellness center.

Pathetic department and management Whole opd treatment is done by sarvodya They suggest me one injectio. Which i have to inject from day care unit. From last 5 months its free. But now they are charging with lots of excuse. If some higher or superior person will call day care unit then it will be free. They are charging high level of amount.

Now this is time to re-review. From past 2 months I am see lots pf changes in hospital and example of bed service. Currently there are lots of issue of bed. You have to wait full day or next day for admission of your patient. If you are coming through any pannel then you will face lots of issue of bed. They will assign you general ward with reason that they have shortage of bed but same time they will assign the bed to payment members. I have suggested to all panelists to re-review the current situation of hospital and think about to add it on pannel or not. See the condition of general ward.

Had a wonderful stay at the hospital. All the doctors are supportive and excellent in their profession. The entire staff be they nurses, housekeeping, food provider, sanitation workers…all are very polite, cooperative and professional. The services were timely and excellent. Thanks a lot🙏

A fortnight back, visited Wellness Centre of the hospital for health check-up. Nice experience. I was properly guided about the tests on telephone/whattsapp and also at the reception. A number of packages at reasonable rates. The staff at the centre is very courteous and helpful. Soft-spoken Dr. Soheila Mostafavi meticulously notes down the history and at the end provides detailed advice on findings and also on any other health issue you may have. I myself/wife have been periodically availing OPD services for past 2-3 years and am more than satisfied with the services at the hospital. Yes, some of the staff do need some soft-skills training. Good hospital. 👍

Staff attitude towards patients are commendable, cleanness of the hospital is good, very nice experience with the staff members they are very supportive. Good care taken of patients. Have been a visitor to Sarvodaya for all my medical needs for more than 10 years and the experience keeps on getting better every time. Getting treatment during Covid times, having my first child , some critical procedures for my father etc have been many examples. Clean and Well maintained infrastructure, efficient billing, helpful staff and crucially, good doctors. Highly recommended.

My mother was admitted in sarvodaya last week. But I must say that if i would not be with her in hospital all time, might be my mother will fall ill too much. As there is no supervision, due to lack of supervision- all ward assistant were misbehaving. Even doctors also visit only once n give only 20 seconds to one patient without confirming pateint actual condition. Even one doctor forced me to visit in his clinic for heart treatment. I confimed CT scan charges, they confirmed Rs 7000/- but they charged Rs 9070/- which actually is charged Rs 2200/- in BK hospital n when I asked to get this done from BK hospital, they clearly declined. They were challenging BK hospital tests which is govt hospital. They are making more loss of medicines as they provides new medicines and throw old medicines in dustbin when all new and old medicines were same. I asked to return that and use old one , they declined for that also and charges Rs 3011/-. I face many problems. All sisters were screaming on pateints. Even when my mother was feeling restless, I tried to contact doctors and sister, they were ignoring us. They clearly knew that my mother eats pure veg food as I confirmed each time. Then also they were giving onion tasted food and my mother did not eat properly anything there. She was literally crying when she was not able to bear her hunger. When I requested to discharge her, they started to ignore us and injected her. After that again my mother started to feel restless and vomiting. It was very hard time which we faced in hospital. They using same this behaviour with all pateints. As there were 6 pateints admitted in our room, all were crying due to this. I would suggest that kindly dont refer Sarvodaya hospital ever in your life. Just delete this hospital from hospital list for your entire life.

We are sorry to say, but this Hospital is totally commercialized. No care of even critical patients, Doctors of the Hospital are really very careless. They don't bother about the seriousness of the case or patient but yes they bother about their holidays/ Sundays. Totally useless. I think a small clinic in your neighborhood cares better than this 5 star facility.

I went for the COVID vaccination here. The Hospital is superb in managing people. Their 24×7 call support is also appreciated. Cleanliness in the hospital is superb. Sarvodaya Hospital is a well known hospital in the country for it's best in class facilities. And they actually provide that. In brief and short it was good experience to get vaccinated at this place.

My mother was admitted suffering from serious covid for close to 1 month. The doctor initially was negligent and could not spare a minute to talk about the condition of the patient to the family, even when she was critical and later on her condition deteriorated to a level that she could not get up from bed. Thankfully she recovered from it and later she told me about the unhygienic environment and the rudeness of some of the nursing staff towards her when she was bedridden. Many times nurses rudely commented that they are fed up of her as she couldn't eat herself. Sometimes food was kept in front of her and taken back as she was not able to eat, when she was in ICU. Dirty glass were kept for 3-4 days and used. I am writing about some nursing staff because there were good ones too, who were polite and respectable and I want to thank them especially the one who gave her head massage when she was in ICU. And for the other ones I am writing this if I would have known at that time then I would have personally handled this directly, just wanna say to u guys I know it may have been hectic for you too but my mother was not enjoying that condition also, she was away from her family for weeks, had both pain, weakness and a bit scared for her recovery and as said by one of you she wasn't '' acting''. So next time please try to show some empathy towards such patients.

My Dad underwent monthly chemotherapy sessions across a period of 6 months in late 2019, early 2020. We found the entire staff team in the cancer ward very dedicated, caring and courteous. We found this attitude extended to all other patients who were undergoing chemo there. I found all the medical professionals we encountered had real heart and were genuinely interested in patient care. A special thank you to Nurse Sylvie and Dr Imam. As for Dr Sumant Gupta who oversaw Dad's overall care, our family will always owe him an incalculable debt.

He did the TKR for my mother left knee. I am very satisfied with his treatment. He explained everything in a very polite and detailed manner. No extra or unnecessary tests. I found him to be friendly approachable and caring and even give some good tips on the physiotherapy to be done. His entire team is very competent and responds at all times. Would certainly recommend him to all going in for knee replacement surgery.

We went to Sarvodaya for delivery and as usual we had confusion whether doctors will ask us to go for Cesarean or normal. However, we found both the doctors Dr. Seema Manuja and Dr. Renu Gupta very mature and humble in their approach. They encouraged us to go for normal delivery and guided us accordingly. Even the floor manager (forgot her name) was very helpful during our 1 day stay there.

Had my Father’s Laproscopic Cholecystectomy done from here by Dr. Anushtup De. Experience was really good. Nurse Priyanka, Nurse Dushyant and Nurse Keerti did a great job in the in patient management. Anjali Sharma did a great job in providing room as well as timely discharge. Very good service. Dietician Rekha was very nice. Her counselling was very nice. Housekeeping response was perfect. Nursing service very co-operate. attendant food came prefect which we expected that only we got from here. Sarvodaya hospital is very good from other hospital. In future we will prefer this hospital only.

Services and doctors are good. However, rest of the staff is average or below average. The security team is most pathetic and can get into physical altercations with the visitors. They will even get down to a level of using inapt language and misbehaving with attendants who are already under facing a lot. They will overrule doctors instructions and will harass you as per their whims and fancies. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL.

I can't say for the other diseases but in case of pregnancy/ delivery one of the worst hospitals, as they opt for c section even for smaller issues like cord around the fetus neck. What is the use of those long years of experiences as the experienced gynaecologists claim and are not able to go for normal delivery in case of smaller issues and recommends for C-section. It implies either they are fake experienced or they have just opened money making business. Later I decided to go to the other hospital where the doctor even didn't thought to tell the problem (as the coord around the fetus neck was so common issue for him). I will strongly recommend don't go to sarvodaya in case of pregnancy atleast. It is better to visit Govt hospital which are crowded but they rarely go for C section.

Got admitted to Sarvodaya Hospital, Sector 8, Faridabad recently during one of my tough times, but the hospital staff really made me feel at home. Rooms were new with utmost care taken on hygiene standards. Dr. Sumit Aggarwal who treated me is a great doctor and took every possible means to provide best of the treatment, explaining the line of treatment at every step. Very professional and empathetic. I went to Sarvodaya wellness for general heart checkup and it took 4 hr for complete checkup and i find the value of money as well as quality services . The way their staff get engaged with patient and guide each and every step and take care of patients so well. They services TAT for each test is on time and their is no long queue and crowd. They provide good quality of breakfast to patient. I recommend to take their wellness package so you can get best treatment as well as reports along with doctor consultations. Try their ayurveda wellness programs also.

I had a wonderful experience at Sarvodaya Hospital, Sector 8, Faridabad. I had severe issues with my teeth. Dr Saipriya who is with the Dental department did a wonderful job. I underwent the Root Canal Treatment. The entire process took around 2 months months spread across different sittings. The entire process was transparent as she explained everything clearly. She knows her job really well.
