Worst ever seen behavior. We reached there in midnight because of emergency and it was the nearest Maternity center. Doctor behavior was very erratic. They are purely money minded. They will unnecessarily ask you for the tests and show you only problems. I personally don't recommend this maternity centre. Only good thing was Staff... all staff members are polite and helping...doctors are ridiculous. Better go to Prashanti Nursing home Rohini... the lady Gynaecologists is very good and they always prefer a normal delivery first.

Hi all , I am Chaniya Jaisinghani, R/o Shalimar bagh. Delhi. I first consulted Dr Siddharth Jain when I was first diagnosed with PUJ Obstruction. There was a narrowing in the tube connecting mu kidney and the bladder. Dr Siddharth explained what PUJ obstruction means and how it could affect my kidney gradually in a harmful way. He explained me how an operation is required to fix this problem permanently. I trusted the surgical team at Jain Multispeciality Hospital. But personally, my only concern was my one year old son. I was anxious about the long hospitalization stay with a young one at home. My house is on the second floor with no elevator and I was hesitant to make frequent post operative visits to the hospital. Not only did my surgery go well, my recovery was quick and so I discharged early. Considering my personal inability to visit the hospital because of my baby and no lift, the nursing staff went out of the way to provide all post operative care at home. The staff would come and send videos of my wound to Dr Siddharth and followed Dr Siddharth’s instructions real time. Now my wound is healed and I am carrying out my daily activities without worrying about my PUJ problem. I will like to thank the entire team at Jain Multispeciality Hospital as I could not expect more.

We visited the centre for consultation with Dr. Siddhartha Jain for our father. He is a petient of liver Cirrhosis. Doctor Jain took care of our fathers case and we were really convinced with the way he understood the history, diagnosed the issue, explained us the situation and recommendations he provided for future treatment. In case, someone is looking for any gastro related treatment, he should be the go-to-doctor. The centre through which he operates is also very good, well-maintained, clean and you get all facilities. Highly recommended this place and the doctor if someone is looking for the right care.

Conscientiousness is the word that reflects Dr. Siddharth Jain. He was patient, listening to all my problems before arriving at the appendectomy surgery diagnosis. The surgery went well, and the post-recovery care was remarkable. The nursing staff at Jain multi-specialty hospital is the most attentive (round-the-clock monitoring, medication, etc.) yet friendly and caring. The entire insurance processing at the center was a breeze without any delays.

Dr. Siddharth Jain is very good, intelligent, and soft spoken Doctor. He is really good in his work. My husband(Himmat Singh Thakur) is his patient and he is really satisfied with the treatment.

We started consulting Dr Surekha Jain after suggestion from a family friend(also doctor) during 13th week and since then she always provided us with the best of care and guidance. Her experience and expertise combined with her helpful and pleasant nature is a great combination. Dr Surekha jain is very experienced doctor. She treats the patients calmly and understands their concerns and issues. Her expertise speaks very well. Staff is also co-operative, although, numbers of members should increase. Overall, hospital is good to go.

I have delivered two children here one was born 6 years back n my 2nd child just 6days before. My experience with this hospital has been truely amazing both the times. Dr G C Jain is also very humble n kind person who takes any problem so patiently n casually that half of our stress is relieved in respect of d child. He does not make us panic instead gives so easy solutions to cure the child. Dr Molshree Gupta is the best doctor for ultrasound . Whenever I use to visit her I use to enjoy watching my child growing inside me. She is extremely patient n gives proper time. Dr Siddhartha Jain is the best surgeon. He operated me when I delivered my 2nd child . All the doctors are so concerned n all time available that be it any time of the day they have been always there to answer my calls n they themselves keep a track of how I am doing etc. A big thank u to all. Now speaking about d staff of this hospital..each one of them starting from d very soft spoken Ravi bhaiya, Mishra ji, Nirmala ji, Kajal to Anamika,Sakshi,Pooja,Anjali,Jyoti, Seema n everyone if I missed any, everyone has been so supportive n always ready to serve us with such ease. I have recently delivered baby at Jain maternity hospital. Dr.Surekha Jain is well versed with great knowledge ,helpful and friendly. Staff is very cordial. I am very satisfied with overall services they provide.

I would have given all stars but no. The pain i am going through is severe. Everyday i wake up i get back pain. My Admission days were near new year days when staff was not available my glucose bottle was leaking and being admitted i called on reception as an outsider to send nurse in my room. All staff was i suppose busy in doctors own new year celebrations.shame. while getting admitted they said delivery will be normal. The moment my mother left the hospital to bring some food and stuff they immediately opted for Operation for some confusing reasons. I literally went through so much pain and i was ready for a normal delivery.i tried beneficial exercising when alone but one of a nurse stopped me doing that. After delivery too my stich was open for which i came 20 days for stich healing because liquid was coming out of it. The next day of my delivery One of a nurse i remember saying me and teasing me "tum bhi chalna shuru karo tumhari bhabhi bhi agle din se chal padi thi" in her हरियाणवी accent. I am blessed to become a mother i am thankful to god. I have no intention to insult but humanity doesnt exist at all. I guess everyone is in hurry ki kaam khatam karo jaldi paise lo or jao. Every damn day i wake up with terrible back pain every day i use heating pad on my back and i am just 28 y o.had it been normal delivery i wont have been in pain till now. Pain is severe. I wakeup like i have got sharp thorns on my back i literally cry.

Dr Siddharth is an excellent surgeon and person. I had my hernia surgery done here by laparoscopy. The experience with the staff and doctors was good. Everyone helped me, was concerned and caring. Of course, most importantly my surgery went well.

Had a great experience. The staff is very courteous, the doctors know their work well. Dr. Siddharth Jain, liver specialist is one of the best in his field. All the needed facilities are provided in the hospital and its pretty much on the economic end as compared to the others around and the ones providing similar treatment. 10/10 on cleanliness, hygiene, treatment, hospitality, management, and the way to deal with patients.

Dear All, I am Ashish Arora H/O Shipra Chadha Arora. I am Consulting Dr Sulekha Jain for the past 3 months and my experience is mixed some of them are: 1. Dr Sulekha Jain is a Nice and sympathetic Lady and really respects her. 2. They never discuss/disclose the charges which are higher than the other doctors/centres, believe me, I have experienced it. and always the reception guy demands it before providing any service or treatment. We don't have issues with your charges but please disclose them before. 3. Always deny for providing bills and always emphasis on cash and he always creates some issues with the card machine, you have to be stubborn if you want to pay with some other mode than cash, I don't know why they prefer cash, which is sincerely annoying. 4. Attitude of their front line staff is nice but specifically the person sitting in the reception is very rude and pathetic, He believes that he is offering free service and treat patients like they don't have any self-respect and he is favouring us. He doesn't deserve to sit in the customer interaction area because he doesn't have that skills. 5. He is the only person due to which now I am not considering this hospital for my child's delivery, As I have to manage with him at the time of delivery in various processes as a one-point contact. And He always finds a way not to work and deny customer requests. My sincere request, swap your receptionist with any of your other staff, It will impact your customer service and patient stickiness. NOW THE RECEPTIONIST CALLED AND APPOLOGIZE .. THANK SFOR THAT... BUT HE SAID , WHENEVER WE ASKED YOU MONEY YOU ALWAYS GOT AGGITATED AND CREATE NUISANCE IN THE HOSPITAL... BRILLIANT SUPER CLAPS AND A STANDING OVATION FOR YOU MR. THANKS FOR YOUR CALL..

Very much satisfied with the services provided towards my patient (my wife). All staff very cooperative and supportive. Specifically Dr. Surekha Jain & Dr. Nymphea Walecha, who attended my wife immediately after admission at early morning and assisted my patient for normal vaginal delivery within half an hour.
