We made a regrettable decision by booking this venue for my sister's wedding, as it turned out to be the worst decision we’ve ever made. The occasion was a lack of proper arrangements, and our trust in their commitment to providing the best services was clearly misplaced. I'll outline the numerous issues we encountered, and it felt like they took advantage of us under the guise of offering top-notch services. 1. Elevator Malfunction: Upon our arrival, the elevator was out of order for a frustrating 25 minutes. We had to use the stairs, which posed a significant challenge for my elderly grandmother, and there was no staff available to address the issue. 2. Decoration Deception: The promised decorations were not delivered as committed, and the chandelier bulbs were malfunctioning. The lobby, intended as the entrance for the baraat, was shrouded in darkness, causing embarrassment. 3. Unsanitary Conditions: The venue's carpets were filthy, and the staff displayed a lack of professionalism in basic guest service. The baraatis were served cold, half-cooked food, and the promised snacks on the tables were absent. 4. Beverage Shortage: To our surprise, there was no availability of coffee or tea. The explanation provided was that there was no chef in the kitchen capable of preparing these beverages, which is highly unacceptable for a service-oriented business. 5. Security and Lost Items: Our valuable wedding gifts were lost on the day of the event. When we requested footage from the venue's cameras, we were told that they were not functioning due to rats ate the wires. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, as the responsibility lies with the venue to ensure all equipment is operational before taking bookings. I implore anyone reading this to reconsider booking this venue to avoid ruining your special occasions. Our experience resulted in both financial loss and embarrassment in front of our guests. Given the opportunity, I would rate their services below one star, possibly even zero, due to their utterly disappointing performance. We chose Club Florence for our engagement and wedding venue and we couldn’t be happier to see the hospitality and arrangements that the team provided for us. The staff is to the point and arranged everything fantastically without us facing any hassle. They arranged everything as per our need and as a bride i can say “this place provided everything to the point that i wanted” from the food, to the decor to the staff everything was done in a smooth and professional manner. We hosted our brothers ring ceremony here. Mahesh and his teams support was fantastic. The decoration was beautifully done. The food had good variety and was delicious.All in all it was fantastic

Our family hosted wedding here, this turned out to be a nightmare, they forced to pay full advance, on day of wedding all agreed arrangements were discarded 1. DJ refused to play music 2. Food was terrible, not even close to what was offered during tasting 3. No service staff during wedding 4. We were refused coffee ..excuse was that 'Chef was not available' ... to cook Coffee 5.Washrooms were in pathetic condition, no housekeeping staff to clean regularly 6. Agreed decoration was replaced without consent 7. Rooms were not provided as per agreement 10. Carpets were dirty 11. Chair covers were filthy All in all a recipe for disaster If anyone wants a memory... look elsewhere , this place is full of Cheats and Thugs

Its the best Club in Gurgaon. Very well managed with all 5 star facilities. Suites & Rooms are spacious. A perfect place for holding Conventions, Marriage Parties (Big or Small). U can have a Poolside Party also. Mr Mahesh & Pooja are gem. A must visit place.

We have done our baby first birthday party here and we must say that we liked the service was amazing. We have enjoyed the party. We get our booking done through Meenaz and she took care of all the things. She was very flexible and cooperative in catering to our needs and providing beat solution. The food was also very good and the guest have also appreciated the venue and the food. So thank you for helping us plam our special event. We will be looking forward to book them fot our special events.

We organised my nephew's first-birthday party at Club Florence. Club Florence was not my first choice, but I am glad that it ended up being the venue for the event. Every person I interacted with at the Club was a pleasure to deal with. Starting from Pooja in Business, to Srishty in Events to Sanjeev in F&B. They were extremely fast and helpful. Each one of them did what s/he could to ensure I got everything I wanted at the best prices. They even got me connected to a decorator who took good care of my requirements. The food was delicious, the arrangements very good, and all the staff very helpful. I strongly recommend Club Florence to anyone who wants to have events managed for family and/or friends. I will have no hesitation in hosting my future events at the Club.

We organized our child's first birthday at The Ballroom. We had selected "Unicorn Theme". The decoration led by Akash was wonderful. He totally understood our ask, suggested better and cost effective ideas and was proactive in finalizing things. The final outcome was more than what we had imagined. The entire decoration was in line with the theme and absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making our child's first birthday so memorable!

The experience at Club Florence fell far short of expectations. Overhyped and lacking in quality, the ambience was very disappointing. Services, especially regarding the booked pool area, were pathetic, as access was denied due to prioritizing their own guests. Overall, a regrettable and unsatisfactory experience; not recommended.

Pls have a pest control as too many cockroaches were there. Our overall experience is very bad since we entered the place. In April, summer season we went there and during the checkin process (20mins atleast) asked for the welcome drink or water the receptionist told us, water is available inside the rooms pls have from there. When entered the room, inside the washroom there were a leakage and when I called to the receptionist again he concluded without checking the issue that alternate rooms are not available. Although they have no choice as the leakage was the genuine problem told by the person who has been sent after 2 calls. Staff was rude and seems frustrated, So we stopped asking for anything as booking is for 1day only. They have given us a wrong room key. In breakfast beverage only tea option was there as coffee machine was stopped working and no juice options. Swimming pool was also closed. Nothing kids friendly. I celebrated my son's first birthday. Everything was amazing. Pooja supported us in big way. Arrangements were good. Food was good. Only problem we had to deal was with decoration. They had bad vendors to support. Their prices were extremely high compared to market rate and then what they delivered was much less than their commitment.

The club has lots of open spaces. Parking too. Perfect location for big gatherings and event celebrations. Rooms are also spacious though the sanitary fittings and plumbing require heavy overhaul. It has a fitness center too with, I think, a Squash court too. The major drawback is the house keeping standards, they need to be chased for simple tasks. And the pantry/ cooking needs a change. Standards are below that of a dhaba preparation wise. No ill feelings but a stay of 4 days with all 3 meals inside followed by a severe dose of food poisoning/ reaction justifies my comments. Management needs to seriously consider this.

I want to give 5 star to club and it's services but only things I felt disappointed because of their restrictions for few limited decor vendors of their own. We celebrated our son's bday there. Food, service and everything was amazing except the decor which we did not like at all after paying such a huge amount. Elves and Angles vendor were not prominent for that. Don't go for those guys. Really disappointed.

We used their banquet hall for an event and it went quite well. The decorators (Mr. Caharnjit Singh's team) had set everything beautifully and it looked very nice. There was a small miss in the seating which they were ready to fix, but it worked for us without it, so they adjusted the payment without any fuss. The food was also quite nice, and our guests appreciated the taste. The serving of the snacks could have been better, but there were counters where the guests helped themselves from. Ms. Manju Yadav from the Club team was always approachable and very supportive. We had to book a room for one of our guests, and it was a much better deal to buy from cleartrip, rather than the club directly, at least on that date we got a 60% discount. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.

It's an amazing place for family outings. You can visit this place and have a relaxing weekend with your loved ones. The rooms are good and the services are fabulous. The best thing about this place is the corridor music which plays piano tunes.

I went there for my friends marriage. Overall a nice place but there should have been more vegetable options. Staff were mostly new so they did not have any idea if you want to ask them for anything. Washroom was not clean and flush wasn't working properly. There was leakage too. Moreover tap water was functional one out of three.

Excellent sales and service team that offered assistance during the engagement ceremony...esp. Manju Yadav who introduced us to all the aspects of club process in a very polite and helpful manner. Some really tasty food at this venue.

I had hosted my sisters engagement in their banquet hall. It was a gathering of 100 people. Reshma assisted me through the booking procedure. She was very co-operative and lent a ear to every necessity of mine. The menu was well planned. The service was prompt and every guest was well looked after. The food especially the starters were lip smacking. Will look forward to host another event there soon.

Rooms are good and nicely maintained. Food is so so. Managers are friendly. I liked their friendliness behaviour.

My brother in law's reception was hosted at The Club Florence. Everything was great here. Services and the management were really nice and helpful. The food they served was amazing and everyone loved it. I would recommend this venue to everyone🙂🙂

The location is great but no roads in front of the club. No fixed parking and you have to find your own parking on the road. The roads are also not made so it is dusty and during rains lots of potholes and water around. The club seems to be ok.

We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday at Club Florence. We selected this as the venue as we had a lot of great feedback from our known family and friends. We had an amazing experience, the staff is very curtious, supportive and very well trained and experienced in thier field of craft. We also booked over 8 rooms, the service was best in class. Room service was fast and efficient. Food here is for sure amongst the best that's for offer in Gurgaon. The hall is very good for functions of large scale. They also offer collaboration option with good decorators and photographers making this place one stop offering to make any of your event a great success. My highest recommendation to opt this place for any function be it family or coperate.

Rooms are too old. Like 10-15 years, like 10-15 years, booked at a very low price, so passed one night here, overall experience is not so great, restaurant is ok, Don't expect too much.

The Club Florence is a events arena with decent rooms and a beautiful galleria for hosting parties. I had a chance to experience its vibes and services right before the COVID times (28 Feb 2020). A note to the property owners, in case they are reading. “Please keep random checks on your management. Their carelessness may cost you a good business.” I won’t say things were bad or make any specific remarks on how the services are there right now but I came across one such incident which caught my attention. I was there with my office team, and we were celebrating pre-holi drinks. I observed that the beers they served expired 3 weeks before the day these were served to us (expired on 09/02/2020). I was not aware of the fact when I was at the venue. I simply like taking pictures for Google Maps, and that’s why I took the picture of the beer label too. When I found out after reaching home that the beers served to us expired 3 weeks back, my office team decided to not make a big fuss out of it. But I personally believe that such minor incidents make a dent in the image of good places like these. I hope things have changed now, and I believe people must always stay aware of what they are consuming.

So spacious and worth the price! It has a bathtub and the biggest room in any hotel. Includes fun places like table tennis, air hockey, swimming pool, gym and other stuff downstairs and many more activities! Worth the price and a must stay for a couple!

Rooms, Location and Ambiance is best. But team need to work hard on cleaning, should change old equipments such as ACs. Must check all equipments are working fine before room allocation to guest. If management works on these points thn this is one of the finest properly within Gurgaon.

Been there for a lagan ceremony. Food was not very good. There were many dishes but many were not upto the mark. For example pizza was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. It was so hard that you could dig with it. Waiters were also kind of lazy just standing at one place and not offering everyone. There's a big Hall and some open place. Hall can accomodate around 200 people. In the Hall they put the dishes and just near them they have put chairs and tables so either you get a chair or you else there's not enough space to stand and eat. They need to improve on food items.

My wedding event decoration was headed by Mr. Charanjeet Singh and each detail was beautifully crafted. They took care of all the requests and were very diligent in their work. The final decor was just how I imagined it to be without any issues or delays. Great job done by the decoration team!

Good place but food management can be better

I had hosted my daughter’s first birthday party poolside. Ambience and all the arrangments at place were very good. Pooja assisted us from event planning to aligning everthing which we would be needing till event completion. Menu(food), decoration etc services were executed very well.

We have booked this place for our 3 wedding functions and the services we got was amazing. From good to decore and staff was also good. Thanks to Ms. Pooja for making it so effortless. Do visit if you are looking for a good place for your parties.

Our daughter marriage function was on 13th and 14th December. We and our guest had excellent experience. Club looks is Royal. Room sizes and decor is excellent. Mouth watering food was served. Event decor was very elegant and Royal.we feel our dream come true. Special thanks to Mr Mahesh tiwari ji Ms pooja Arora and Mr Charanjeet ji,Mr.Subhash Chandra ji all helped us throughout the event to went flawlessly. We would surely recommend this place to others.

Nice spacious ambience with Pool, Gymnasium, Ball Room and Party hall with good air-conditioning and staff service. Luxurious gathering of around 200 300 person cab be arranged both in open and enclosed area here with all the amenities.
