Worst service provider, not deliver their service as per the time.

Worst service Changes the price according to their own wishes and sometimes quotes prices more than official ceat website .. Kindly visit some other places for better and affordable options .. I called their official contact 2-3 times and every time they quoted different price for same tyre firstly 2000 and later 2300( which is even higher than official ceat website )

0 Star to these People From My Side, I have received their Information as a good People from One of the Ceat Official. When i have gone to their place for checking my bursted tier and one of the tier which is in also same shape near to burst, swollen from one side. They have just looked and denied and said it is already gone out of warranty. When I have asked for rejection report which is Ceat Norms. They have started shouting on me and raising their voice. After their bad experience i have visited Ceat office, their those guyz thoroughly checked both the tires and said it is under warranty and i got a claim just within 20 mins. TEAM CEAT, Please look into this person's behaviour and resolution capacity.

Despite having a Company offer of Free balancing n alignment, the store denied Ceat company's offer. Poor customer service. Staff dint even care to share Ceat Officer 's number to clarify.

Very rude and arrogant staff; especially guy named Sonu. They dont have basic manners to talk and even scolded CEATs customer care guy. Also, the owner charged extra amount which was unjustified and unethical. I decided not to take their services, it was almost as if they were doing a favour on me.
