    -Zero quality Product, Service, Management, I have complaint chimney last 20 days before and no solution up to till the time of writing. Company seems not to be responsible for there quality. They are reply in copy past format. All are are popate reply. I am highly discard HINDWARE products Parvinder

    #Hindwareappliances is nothing but a company with no ethics, they will give guarantee with products, but they can't afford to change a faulty spare part worth 500Rs. Employees will tell you they don't have spare parts. Its been a more then a week I'm struggling to get service from this so called brand name #Hindwareappliances #Hindware #Hindware.. Stop making fool of consumers.

    After Sales service is Looter service. Bogus quality. Bogus people and bogus appliances. We purchased just a year back electric Water Geyser. The capacity is 3 liters. It heats after 7 minutes 1 litre water and then for another 1 litre we have to wait for 7 more minutes. After complaining to company. The person came and said your product is under comprehensive warranty but you have to pay 500 ruppees for service. We can't do anything. If it completely stops working then only we change parts. If it malfunction during Comprehensive warranty. We can't do anything.

    Cool navigation to the location but for the confusion in the parking space on the road opposite to the building. The building houses many offices and not much info available immdly to find your way. Not really a commercial Place, one will only go if required

    Last one month I was talking to Hindware local team to get the solutions/KAR0900916; however no one has helped me, they offered a worst services. Finally they closed the service request without even attending or given any solution. I will now decided to go on social media to expose Hindware!

    Cooler stopped working within a month. The motor started heating up and cooler doesnโ€™t work anymore. My wife is pregnant and my mother got urine infection. Its been 1 month since I have raised complaint to them but service center denied service under warranty. Hindware customer care stopped picking up calls. I tweeted multiple times but they donโ€™t even respond to me. Called flipkart but flipkart says talk to hindware. Itโ€™s been more than a month and my wife and mother both are suffering in this hot weather. There is no humanity left in this world. Please please donโ€™t waste your money on this cooler. I even sent a legal notice to Hindware but they just simply donโ€™t respond. They got the money, if you want you can buy a new cooler. Warranty is just for namesake. Donโ€™t waste your hard earned money on buying from these losers at hindware. Believe me you will regret it for your whole life.

    Everything is good as of now. The product looks promising. Service guys responded within 3 hrs of delivery. Performance is good. Good product for a small family as the capacity is 7litres. Totally serves the purpose. The service guys responded well and with patience to my queries. Overall I am happy and moreover, it's the cheapest in the market. Good to go.

    The product is good but the installation stuff is done in a very nominal way and the technicians whom u guys have sent have just literally wall-mounted the chimney and other than that they instructed us to do the chimney hole thing which u could have mentioned it in your installation terms in a clear and precise way and for your surprise, the technicians didn't even insert the chimney tube into the hole properly and they have left in a rush. Also we have been instructed by them to even bear their travelling expenses from their location to our location which is about 120kms in addition to the installation charges u guys have specified which u could have again clearly mentioned in your installation terms...however the product is good and the installation could have been much much much better...

    Usually, I don't write a negative review, but the Hindware experience made me write this review I bought 2 products from Hindware a geyser and a chimney in 2020, believing Hindware is a reputed company, the features & pricing were attractive so I went ahead to purchase, but Geyser failed in Jun 2022 due to water leakage & short circuit, since then I booked several calls and written many emails for the basic service but till now no resolution, all booked calls are cancelled without any resolution. This is the worst support from service support from the company. I feel bad about my purchase decision. I do not recommend this product. if anyone from the brand happens to read this message, please reply with your resolution. I am happy to revert my review. Thank You.

    Worst service after sales. Booked a complaint on 09/09/2019 which was not attended for four days. Called area service incharge and was assured to address the issue on fifth day I.e today. Again called the area incharge and the moment I enquired about my complaint he disconnected the call. Tried to call him twice but he disconnects calls. The speaks of arrogance of the incharge. No accountability of local complaint centre. according to them the issue stands resolved without visiting the site and sharing of happy code. Never ever go for the products of hind ware.
