I was a walk in customer this evening. Everyone was polite. Great! What went wrong? The fleecing of innocents who do not know what they are getting in to. My handler Rohit was very polite and professional. I commend him and stop there. I was given the price of hair cut and coloring. But fleecing starts when you start trusting them and don’t ask the price of what they would do to you. An offer of a bottle of water or “green” tea would cost your underwear. They dubiously offer you face cleaning, manicure etc that you innocently expect to be cheaper than the major job you entered the place for. I can afford but can’t be socially irresponsible to pay Rs. 11000 for the job I can get for 5000 Rs. . I asked for the itemized invoice just as record. The ugli story came Aas a haircut worth Rs. 11000. I paid but left to feel the stupidity of not asking why we are failed prop

An idiom in Hindi “Unchee Dukaan Feeka Pakwan” . Its the perfect example. I went in for a haircut . They made me wait for 20 minutes after committing 10 minutes then after 20 they were still not sure how much longer it would take. I finally exited the place to never return. They just had 2 hairdressers , one of them was wearing a mask casually below the nose which I pointed out.

I saw the reviews and went in for a haircut and requested specifically for Suraj. This gentleman who was not a gentleman came and started saying that my hair was so tangled after wash and was so dry and bla bla. He made me feel really bad about myself. Not professional and would highly not recommend.Also the hair cut was sloppy, I expected better of him.

Enjoyed the way I'd been cheered by the staff of Toni & Guy Salon. Was there for beard crafting. Stylist Imran was perfect with the service he offered. They really treat their customers well ❤️

This saloon offers very good service. Good staff and good ambiance. Amir Ali is very good with hair cut my husband has been getting his hair done with him since last six years. Monica is excellent with facial and other beauty treatments.

It was an amazing experience at Tony and Guy at good earth mall sohna road . There are very few places which give an excellent haircut when you have curly hair , and this was one place where I got that . I highly recommend Javed , a very professional person .
