Schindler elevator & escalator Really amazing work , But corporate office has really want to shift any other place , when I visit here every thing is good . But I don't like location , atmosphere of relavant area

We are a running hospital in East Delhi and had horrible experience working with Schindler India. we had done complete payments and were awaiting the lift and all equipment but in vain even after multiple reminders and enquiries. We never expected such unprofessional attitude from such a reputed company. Beware of such big names..

I want to bring for everybody's attention, my non-stop struggle with Schindler since I made the biggest mistake of selecting Schindler lift for my house in New Delhi as the lift has not been handed over to me even after more than one year of its installation. Here is the list of my many struggles with Schindler: 1. Initially Schindler salesman gave me only one option for the lift interior wall- doors with HAIRLINE FINISH even though I specifically asked for a scratch free surface. I was told that this hairline finish has small lines on its surface to make the surface scratch free. However, when the lift was installed, interior surface including doors were of smooth steel finish. Schindler reps told me that I have signed on a contract of hairline finish and same has been installed and if I need scratch free surface, I should have ordered LEATHER FINISH. How I could have ordered this when I was offered only the other option. 2. My struggle with Schindler continued but I realized that there is nobody to listen. So, I accepted the installed interiors, but Schindler demanded AMC charge and advised that now I am not eligible to get one year warranty. Please understand that the delay in lift handover is entirely due to non-cooperation by Schindler. 3. Schindler representatives have damaged the lift door panels and want me to accept the lift as it is. Schindler staff advised that I have no choice but to accept the damaged door panels and pay the AMC charge As Early As Possible. Schindler does not know the meaning of Customer Satisfaction at all. Mighty Schindler knows best how to take the innocent customers for a ride. They just extract advance money from the customers and then never handover lift to the buyers and if at all the lift is handed over, it is in the damaged condition. They never give any warranty of their lifts but want AMC of the lift to be taken by the buyers from the first day of making the lift operational. In the end I strongly recommend all the lift buyers to stay away from Schindler as far possible because this is a cheater’s company since they know all the tricks to harass the customers after taking the 90% advance payment.

Parking rate very high only 5 minute 30 rs

Extremely difficult to find No marking No telephone contact number online Such a big MNC having a office in such a shabby place is disgrace for the same Etc etc

Trying to connect with them from last 7 days but couldn't. Yesterday I got a call from them and forwarded my request to some other person but still waiting for the same. Very bad....

Very poor and pathetic service. No one listens to customer complaints. We took Diamond AMC, the highest possible. They may false claims. We have marriage in our house and Lift not working since 2 days. There are 2 area managers Mr. Vijay Sharma and Mr. Ajay both put onus on each other due to Area concerns. Their help line will tell that Mr. Ankush Sharma is Area Manager. Mr. Ankush Sharma promised to call back but never called back. Later his phone is transferred to some other number. He kept on telling me that this number does not belong to Ankush. Later he told that this elevator is not under Ankush but Vijay. Service engineer says talk to Mr. Vijay Sharma as he is Area Manager. Mr. Vijay Sharma will not pick phone call.
