Please take this review seriously. Its my worst experience so far in any hotel booking with OYO. The bed sheet was so dirty and torn , room was very dirty and unhygienic, used condoms were there behind bed, bathroom was dysfunctional as flush was not working and hotel staff refused any help for that, the blanket was dirty and burnt by cigarette. And the next day I planned to give rating to hotel according to my experience but the receptionist took my phone and gave himself full 5 star rating. Who gave that receptionist right to take my phone and give himself full rating. Now I understand, That's the reason of its high ratings on OYO as I filtered hotel according to rating. And the staff is so violent and rude that last night they actually had fight and abuse with one customer. I was scared to spend my night at the hotel. The condition of hotel was near to Kotha

hotel staff either misbehave or are not friendly after checking out. In our case regularly ac was switched off in August month with no ventilation in room and only fan. After continuosly calling them they switch on ac for some time only and then again cut the supply, leaving us sweating in mid night, with no option of changing the hotel. 6am -10 am and 6pm-10 pm ac will not be switched on stating the reason that govt had issued the order. We thought it was a genuine problem so ignorred it and went outside 5pm - 10 pm. Even After coming back they frequently switched off ac whole night. No water for guests stating no water supply was their even when we can see water can at reception. Location is poor in some shady and narrow lanes. Rooms are tiny as compared to pics shown. Bedsheet and blanket are really dirty with visible stains on them. Buckets had dirty water filled in them and no proper sanitation was there in room with used face mask and what not in their room. When you will ask them for basic water bottle that too will be overpriced selling on double rate. I would strongly recommend to not book this hotel even if this is your last option.

Best Advice: Simply avoid this Hotel.. Location: situated on a small street, not visible from main road. Food: pathetic, tasteless especially non-veg. Ordered half plate fried chicken, got only 4 small pieces and a bill of Rs. 240. Moreover in place chicken biryani, got veg fried rice with boiled chicken pieces in it. Hygiene: dust was clearly visible on wooden carvings and pvc panels of wall. No proper cooling, At midnight they switched off the AC. No proper ventilation in absence of AC. Rooms are very small.

I booked the hotel after seeing the enticing pictures and good rating in Oyo. The experience was just pathetic, mentioning then below- 1. Matchbox sized room, room size was around 8*7 sq ft. 2. No sunlight, no mobile network, no wifi was provided. 3. I left the next morning. But even then I was fooled again. On pretext of generating Oyo exit code, silently they themselves gave the rating 5 out 5. And in Oyo app I have not found any way to change it by giving an authentic review. If you are ok with these nonsenses, then please book this hotel.

I'll rate in -1 all the reviews written here are absolutely right Oyo also shows fake photos of this hotel Very bad ambience Very bad location with tearing and dirty rooms and furniture bottles of water and beer lying every where no hygiene nothing worst ever experience please do not ever book here. And do not trust oyo they also displays fake images and then give no refund policy this place is worst. Manager also do not takes any responsibility of cleanniness it's worst experience . Doesn't eveb deserve 100 rs. I cancelled my booking for my family . Here with no refunds .

Really BAD experience.. Have been a lot of Hotels in life but this is the worst one.. Had booked room but after seeing this pathetic hotel there I had to change my mind and booked another hotel. Staff is also really bad... They just attract customer by showing good pics and cheap rates of rooms but in real the rooms are more than dirty and smaller than a matchbox. Believe me guys,.Never try this Hotel.

Well, I got room for 700INR. It doesn’t even deserve to be for 500. Lodges are better quality in terms of cleanses, behaviours. I don’t have photos but I didn’t use the toilet instead used paid public toilet it’s not cleaned at all. Towels given were wet and used. They didn’t bother to clean even bed sheets. I was dead tired after 37 hours of travel hence as paid (my mistake giving money before seeing room). After all this while checking out they were demanding another 200INR for service charge lol what sort of service you gave me? While they offered me Body massage from some girls (you know what service they meant). Absolutely disappointed with façade of the hotel and entire different story for the rooms and services.

Not a single amenity was provided by the hotel on time. Do not go for this hotel. The rooms are not well cleaned the washroom is not at all hygienic . And also there is frequent Power cut in the area

The staffs are rude, they snatched the phone and rated themselves 5 star on their app. Checked us out from their end, there was no Ac, such unethical businesses shouldn't exit. The rooms were like matchstick box. Worst experience ever. No ome should go there, there are far better places nearby.

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Even after paying the full amount of booking in advance, THE HOTEL REFUSED MY ENTRY and told that they have no collaboration with OYO. I had to book another hotel in emergency.

Worst hotel ever, It is mandatory to give 1 star in the review, otherwise it is not worth a single star. something else is shown in the photo and a really small room has provided with Dirty badsheet, No TV in room, ac was not working broken geyser , No lock in bathroom, No drinking water facility. No wifi service available at all.

Excellent hotel stay for 5 days in this hotel very very low price compared to near by property. Booked 2 room for my family and we stay there for 5 days the hospitality they are given to there guest is commendable. If you plan to go Delhi and want to stay near rlyways station must visit for at one time.👌👌👌👌👌
