Purchased Wakefit Wardrobe on 25 march considering good reviews & price. However I will not recommend anyone to purchase this wardrobe. You can purchase little bit costly wardrobe but this wardrobe is just like a paper which bends by weight of clothes. I felt installation issue on 29 March only then 31 July the door lock become in-operational & later on 9 Nov the main shelf of double door wardrobe got bend. It got bend just because of weight of clothes & hence lock can't be applied. Really pathetic service. I raised a complaint on 9 Nov and till date no resolution. I simply asked for refund as faced three major issue within 6-8 months time. Now I am in a situation where I am not left with anything just to use it as the way it is. I want everyone not to buy wakefit wardrobes as they are cheap quality. You will start facing issue and will waste your hard earned money. I am just trying to aware other buyers. Everything that Glitters is not Gold.

I am writing this is discontent and to let the public know that their operations are totally bogus. I had received my sofa set on 17th of October 2021 and was told that the installation will be done in the next 72 hours. After several calls and chats on their website along with exchange of emails to escalate the issue, I am still waiting for the installation of legs. The whole is lying in my living room (unpacked) due to which I could not host Diwali party at my place. No one from the management has reverted or called since then and I have been given an extension of TAT after every failure. Worst service by wakefit, they delayed my order & delivered a faulty product to me, it is very surprising that they delivered the sofa without legs & lock. After many follow-up with store & online customer service issues not resolved. If you want to suffer after sales service go with wakefit. They give you only false commitments especially store sales people. 5 days completed but the issue remains the same.

My experience with wake fit was absolutely awesome. Have never come across with this level of customer centric company ever across. Bought a queen size bed and mattress from them. Regarding issues with mattress they completely went beyond my expectations and helped until issue was resolved. I will definitely consider them for all my furniture and bedding related purchases. Highly recommend them.

Have been a fully satisfied customer for the past one year. Been buying bedsheets, which are priced at such reasonable prices and the material is super soft that you don't wanna go back to any other brand. Have most of the colours from their solid bedsheets range, hope they launch more unique colours.

I'm writing the review after 150 Days. One thing I can tell You is that it still feels like Day one. The Wakefit Mattress is really comfortable. It's easy to sit and work on it as well considering the fact that a lot of people are working from home. I've added a folding table and made it my workspace + SleepSpace 👍🏼

Great experience, delivered on time with great care. I have a dog who prefers to be on the mattress most of the time, but no damage was done to the mattress cause of hime so far. The customer support team is also very helpful sharing the instructions on the usage of the mattress. All in all very happy with the purchase...

After many days of use, it still gives feel as new,. I’ve bought mattresses, beds, bedsheets and pillows from Wakefit and all are amazing.

Please don’t buy wakefit their services is worst..no support from customer executive 1.Don’t get fooled by the products displayed at experience centre because they deliver the low quality product as compared to displayed product 3.sofa is making noises and the assembling is done with very low quality screws which is not durable at all and also some screws are missing. 4.The filling of cushions are not proper 5. i have received a damaged product and its been 4 months they haven’t resolve my issue 6. please check the images attached

Bought a 3+2 sofa set, a teak wood bed and an engineered wood wardrobe in a span of 2 months. The bed and sofa set were bought theough the experience store and wardrobe online. So far it has all been worth the purchase. I specially want to mention that the staff at the store, Rohit in particular was excellent in helping us make the right choice for the sofa set. He patiently listened to our needs, answered all queries and supported with the purchase delivery process. Really impressed with the brand and am sure I'll be making more purchases in the near future.

I love this mattress it's so soft and comfortable you'll only gets to know when u feel it yourself..!! I'm highly satisfied with my purchase but still those who thinking to purchase this particular one should be aware of that it's made of various types of foam hence you need Tobe more careful with spilling of water or any sort of liquid could ruin this it's not waterproof but still the outer cover is washable which is a Good thing as the measuremens are concerned it's perfect fit you can check that in the pictures which I uploaded.. In one words just go with this one you'll love it and worth every penny you you'll be paying it's my honest opinion...!

I purchased Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam 5-Inch Single Size Mattress its been six months of using it and the results are great. The quality is good would recommend also recommend to people with back pain.

I had a terrible experience with wakefit so far. First i visited the pune experience center and the staff was so rude there....so definitely that was not kind of experience i was expecting. Even then i ordered a chair on 9th July , the expected delivery date was 3rd of Aug but I was told that normally it gets delivered before it. However the product is not delivered, there is no concrete date which they can offer....no provision to cancel....so in a way i feel like cheated. Wakefit guys didn't even bother to call the customer for delays....i am already nervous about their after sales service...... Wakefit’s products is excellent. As with all online purchases, After order placement, got regular updates from their team on phone. After delivery also got calls explaining how to use and care . What surprised me very much was when they called again after 1 -2 month asking for feedback and asking if we were facing any problems and if we were happy with the purchase. I have never ever seen such concern and dedication toward customer satisfaction - This is very unique and gives so much confidence to us regarding this new brand. Hope they continue this level of service!

Visited this place and Sonu attended very well and explained everything clearly. Bought Bed from here . Delivery time was 1 week but based on special request Sonu helped me to get it delivered in 2 days. Happy with wakefit bed (already using wakefit matress since 2 years and happy with that too).

I got a wardrobe from wakefit. They are good on pocket as compared to other similar brands with similar products. Delivery was told to be in 25 days and very much to my surprise the wardrobe was delivered on 5th day itself. Excellent service , value for money on products

I had a very nice experience with orthopaedics memory mattress I bought nearly one year back. I give 4.5 out of 5. Only one suggestion which I think can gain more attention is the outer cover which is white in colour, can have more options with new colour. It will also save time from frequent washing. Above that its awesome product, I recommend to each one of you go for it.
