Firstly, the 5 star reviews here are probably fake. Unless you want to wait for months and months, enjoy having to call multiple times for updates, receive no response from customer service, have them mislead you everytime, DO NOT ORDER from Haute24. I ordered a YSL bag in the beginning of November, was given a two month timeline- should have reached me by Jan first week. However, its been a month of calling and messaging them for a response, but each time a new person answers the phone and gives a random update. I have been told 7-10 days 4 times now. I waited for more than 15 days to write this review, and there is no sign of the bag. I was finally told 10 days ago that if i did not receive in 7-10 days, I would receive a refund. Received an email from them a week ago saying the bag has reached their delhi outlet and i would receive it in 4-5 days. Yesterday upon following up, i was told it was in customs in Delhi(huh? Thought it reached the delhi outlet???) and today i received a message saying it is in transit from Paris to Delhi. There is a lack of transparency from everyone in this company. I truly regret having spent so much money on a random website!!! Who in their right mind would want to make a luxury purchase, only to be treated like this!?! I repeat, pay a premium price elsewhere, but DO NOT ORDER FROM HAUTE24.

The worst shopping experience ever!! They have the most terrible customer support after an order is placed and amount is paid. More than 3 months that my order has been placed and not even a single update on the order. Despite multiple WhatsApp messages and calls, no revert or update. Thousands of rupees paid and the order is not there. Just very disappointing. They are absolute cheats.

SCAM SHOW!!! Please don’t buy anything from then it will be like wasting your money. Ive suffered a lot with them, filed so many complaints, sent emails to the owner as well, but to no avail. They have customer etiquette, they never stay on their promise. I have ordered stuff worth 80k from them and I’ve just faced disappointment. My money is stuck with them, they haven’t provided refunds, they are not responding as usual. Please stay away from this organisation

Someone suggested me this website to collect things for my sisters trousseau. I got to experience live shopping with them. Ashwini showed me things on a video call, I booked it on the call itself. And the best part is I have received the products. My sister is super happy. He in-laws are happy too with the gifts. I think on every occasion our family will only buy from them.

Worst service they have. I ordered 6 products on July 4th (order I’d 9238) for which they told that they will ship all products within 2 months. It’s been 5 months I have received only 3 products. They don’t respond to mails, WhatsApp, maximum of their phone nos are switched off or not available. Me and my wife have been continuously trying to reach them and after knocking them for months they send You the wrong product which is much cheaper and of poor quality than what you have ordered. Again after this no one will respond to you. I have been reading reviews recently and I think maximum people are being fooled in this way only. I would urge everyone to come together and file a legal suit against them to teach them a lesson and stop them from fooling other people.
