Good and we'll organized gym nearby sector 9 equipped with latest machines, weights and other equipments. All teams members (Trainer, Managers or Front office) are very polite, humble and always ready for their students.

Good infrastructure buy poorly trained staff , poorest hygiene and cleanliness. 9 out of every 10 times machines are covered with dust may it be cardio machines or dumbbells. No proper dress code for trainers also no proper information is provided to customer before gym holiday. Shifted from hype but am not evn 10 percent satisfied. Most genuine review on this Gym

It has great glory due to good trainer like Sunil Rohit Mohit, Bhumi and Ravi playing a good management Mr.Rohit Royat is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time in a long time I feel like I’m looking after myself properly which is thanks to his nutrition and exercise support. I’ve lost weight and improve the muscle strength, got fitter and feel so much healthier! The amount I’ve been working out has dramatically increased because of his fun and varied workouts that regularly change so there is no chance to get bored. He is super reliable.
