I recently took the membership of Aimfit for 3 months and on Day 3 when I visited, I saw there was only 1 floor trainer who was also busy giving a personal training session. While I was told at the time of membership that there will be adequate trainers available, now they told me I will have to manage. Also, the manager of the gym Rajveer was blunt, rude, and extremely disrespectful during the entire incident. When I wanted to talk to the owner, he kept arguing and asked me to leave. Apart from the embarrassment, time and effort going to waste, the most important thing was that I was requesting the most basic service that any gym should provide i.e. hand-holding the beginners who are afraid of injury due to the wrong posture.

Reaching out here after trying all available options. So, this gym owners opened a parlor in Sushant Lok 1 by name of Glamworks and got their members take annual package. Closed the Parlor overnight and now unwilling to return requests for refund in cash/ service. Even blocking calls/ messages. Gave 2 years (Covid is hard on everyone) but I sense foul play by the response of owner & wife. Wondering on my options - would definitely want to spread awareness and prevent others falling into same trap. Yes - the Business is different but it's the same person. If they can cheat in one Business, there is no reason the Gym can be closed and all membership fees withheld without refund.

They are big time liars. Blocked me on Fitternity to encourage manual and cash payments. Unprofessional staffs! All 5 star reviews are fake. I know Fitternity is not being controlled by you but you have the option to block a person there. I have the proofs along with screenshots.

Staff missbehaving with your customer nd staff are not professional nd behaviour was illtarate like that. My frnd was crying after join in this gym becoz staff missbehaving my Frnd.

A new venture yet so professional, location is convenient and above rest the Coach's are thorough professionals. Would recommend highly as not only the training is given with complete supervision, in fact proper guidance and nutrition plan suggested builds a great transformation journey backed by availability of latest equipments

Insane amount of machines for any muscle group. My favourite thing about the place is that I don't see much of the judgement, everyone's just minding their own business. The staff is super friendly, If your looking for a serious gym to get quality gains, this is the gym to go to. State of the art equipment, endless variety of machines targeting specific muscle groups. Quality cardio machines. Highly recommended!!

Gym is very good.... machines n equipments are well maintained. Gym is spacious n clean. Trainers are awesome...bit pricy but worth it
