I
have
been
training
in
this
gym
for
an
year
now.
So,
I
think
I'm
qualified
to
give
you
my
honest
review.
Let's
look
at
the
Pros
and
Cons-
Pros-
1.
They
have
a
wide
variety
of
training
styles
to
offer
you,
namely-
Weight
lifting,
CrossFit,
Bhangra,
Zumba,
Yoga
&
Meditation,
MMA,
Boxing......and
anything
else
that
I'm
missing.
And
that's
it.
Cons(long
list)-
1.
They
quality
of
the
training
is
not
up
to
the
mark.
2.
The
gym
occupies
3
floors.
Ground
Floor-
Crossfit,
cardio
and
restrooms.
First
Floor-
weight
lifting
Second
floor-
spin
bikes,
an
open
area
for
Bhangra,
Zumba,
yoga.
Ground
floor-
they
have
almost
crowded
it
with
unnecessary
equipment.
It
gets
really
difficult
to
find
your
piece
of
equipment.
The
treadmills
are
mostly
not
working.
They
have
3
punching
bags,
but
only
one
of
them
can
be
used
due
to
lack
of
space.
During
the
peak
hours
it's
almost
impossible
to
do
anything
there.
Second
floor-
the
Weight
lifting
area
has
very
limited
equipment.
During
the
peak
hours
there
are
3-4
people
using
the
same
machine.
Equipment
is
not
at
all
maintained.
Some
thing
is
broken
and
the
other
is
tattered.
3.
Now
coming
to
the
trainers-
There
are
2
trainers
in
the
gym.
1
Male,
1
Female.
The
lady
trainer
is
good,
has
the
right
knowledge,
but
the
male
trainer
has
no
knowledge.
Rest
they
have
trainers
coming
in
on
per
session
basis.
But
I
have
never
heard
on
any
client
actually
seeing
some
results.
4.
There
is
no
decorum
followed
by
the
people.
People
leave
their
equipment
as
it
is,
after
deadlifts
or
squats.
People
keep
their
phone,
towel
and
bottle
on
boxes(that
are
meant
to
be
used
as
a
training
equipment
and
not
a
table)
If
your
goal
is
to
just
hangout
with
people
and
make
Friends
then
you
are
most
welcome,
else
there
is
no
need
to
come
to
this
place.
Many
times
I
observe
people
doing
an
exercise
without
a
proper
form
but
there
is
no
one
to
correct
them.
Like
I
said
there's
no
quality
here.
They
charge
a
really
low
fee
but
on
the
other
hand
don't
offer
any
value
to
you.
So,
the
bottom
line
is
if
you
really
want
to
make
a
change
in
your
body
go
to
a
gym
not
a
social
center.
I
rest
my
care
here.
