My journey till now in metroflex gym has been absolutely amazing. Its like we are a family. Everyone encouraged me to level up and be a better version of myself. Till now i have gained around 15kgs and all the credits goes to the trainers in this gym who pushed me above my ability.

I went to many gyms but I wasn’t able to gain muscles but these guys helped me to gain around 18 kilograms in 4 months, Gym is spacious and trainers have good knowledge too..

I must say this is very good gym neat and clean they care about hygiene. Equipments are very good most important crowd is very decent well behaved and helpful I been in many gym but never seen such kind of trainers who help alot to achieving your goal Yes it's been 3 month and I looses 9.5kg without taking any kind of medicine and drugs only workout suggested by trainer and obviously meals. Must visit if you're in Ashok vihar Or palam area totally worth it
